I applied for what I needed desperately lol and kritana helped me through it all Im a pregnant teen lost rn and she made me easier too me I thought it was gonna be more difficult than it was but its not because i got help
When I arrived I called in gave my information for curbside. The lady on the phone asked me my information and what class I took and someone would be out to get my card (12:45)..I GAVE HER THE INFORMATION...(1:20).....later I called and no one came to get my card the lady sent a Ms. Dolores out and asked me the same exact information asked if i had a child n the car. I replied no she said u could of cane in but I was told someone would come out n get my card and she walked away with my card..(1:30) later the lady I spoke with called back and asked me the same exact information but she added I needed to renew in July.. At his point its almost an hour...........The lady did say she was sorry however it should be more structure w this covid-19 and I am pregnant.. uncalled for hopefully I can switch locations!! 1:38 got card and benefits..The lady came out was very understanding but this is a no no no..whats sad is I have been coming her for years so I knw someone is working correctly here...making notes being accountable... Crazy...............Update from 1 star to 4 stars ............3:50 I received the call from the office from the manager. She was warm and sorry and really just wanted to know how she can fix the situation next time so that it would not be a next time..That call meant so much to me because people especially managers dont take the time out and pick a phone to ask what they can do to better their business or make things right..I really appreciate the apology. With the manager like that I do see this WIC office changing for the better.THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR TAKING THE TIME OUT SO SAY MAKE SURE ME AND MY WELL BEING WAS OKAY....
Horrible customer service!The lady at front makes you feel dumb for asking questions. I was told I would receive a call for my appointment and never did so I came to the office and Left once again with out them being able to schedule me an appointment. The new location used to take me as a walk in (I’ve done so before) and they told me that’s wasn’t allowed, that never happened. Why would I lie about being able to do a walk in before ? On top of that Its always hard to find a parking spot come early or park all the way at “el Rancho.” I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.
Horrible horrible service they never answer the phone & are rude you can call 5 mins after they open when they are not busy & still not get an answer.
THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES. THEY KEEP EVERYONE ON HOLD FOR MORE THAN 30 MINUTES. So unprofessional. If you hate your job, get a different one. Don’t take it out on the people receiving your services. Answer the damn phone.

Have been calling WIC and no answer .... they keep hanging up on me after the 30 min mark.Update: 12/3/19They still don’t answer after 1hr of being on hold...
They have really bad service in everything at this office, never answer the phone after more than 1 hour of waiting and they when I have a schedule appointment Im always there for more then 3 plus hours. 😡😡😡😡😡
Been calling for 4 wks no answer! Im on hold for more than 30 mins I get frustrated and hang up. What is going on that no one ever answers!?
Ridiculous I have been on the phone for 32 minutes to reschedule my appt and they still don’t pick up. Feels like im calling IRS or Social Security.Y’all need to hire some new people that will actually pick up the call line.

I called during my 30 min lunch break and had to hang up. Was on hold for the appointment line for OVER 30 mins. Wanted to reschedule my appointment for the next day. Yet if you miss your appointment they say, “why didn’t you call.” They don’t answer!
My appt was at 130 & i got here at 1 & ive been here for 3.5 hours!!! RIDICULOUS & the people are so rude

It is the worst wic clinic, and I say this because it takes a long time to answer the phone, the last time I called to reschedule my appointment and I spent an hour waiting and they never answered me, in other wic clinics, the longest I waited on the phone was 15min, they should pay more attention to that and improve.
