I reached out to Jim in the late evening when I realized I had sewage backing up into my house. He responded immediately and was able to come out the following morning. He was honest and kind and pointed me in the direction of another company that could assist with a possible bad pump. He did not charge me. He came back 45min later to meet the other company in case they needed him to assist with a pump out. He ended up not being needed and did not charge me again. I was so impressed with his knowledge and honesty. Since I had him on site I had him pump my septic. I will use his service again and again. Very happy customer! I highly recommend this company.

Last week, Jim McDonald and his young assistant did a terrific job pumping out my overdue septic tank. They arrived on time, got right to work, and did the job efficiently and thoroughly. They were both pleasant to deal with and Jim was able to provide expert knowledge on adding a new, larger access port to my tank. I have had several positive experiences with septic companies serving the Pasadena area, but in my opinion, AJ McDonald was the best.

Called on Saturday, showed up promptly on Monday to install two risers and pump my double container septic tank. Young Jim surmised I had a double tank and took the time to find the second cement lid. The first septic service provider to do that! This is Horrible company. I schedule Septic Cleaning 5 days in advance they was supposed to come out 7:45 am to Clean i wasted 3 Hours waiting I call multiple time Keep getting voice mail and i get call after 3 hours they told me they lost my paperwork and then they tailing me that my trees on Driveway to low Without Knowing How low is Tree on driveway Truck Comes on My driveway all the time no Problem Then He told me i Need to get my Tree Cuts Then Only he come out his name is Jim I would not recommend any one to use This company. Waste Of time I would Use Shilling Septic is much Batter .
