Great service. Called the office made an appointment for 2 days later. Requested a call when they were on their way, received the call with an estimate when they would arrive and the estimate was correct. I was informed when they arrived if they had to dig more than 6 inches to get to the septic cover there would be an additional charge though they should have mentioned when I scheduled. It was not more than 6 inches the technician informed me so no additional charge. Technicians were pleasant and answered all my questions and explained how the tank system worked. The cost was $25 more than I was told over the phone (I think?). But I did not question it. The charge was $20 more than a competitor that a neighbor used. But overall it was good experience. I would use again. See you in 2-3 years.

They did a wonderful job showing up and politely pumping our septic, but a year and a half later tell me I haven’t paid?? I had to look up old bank statements to prove they deposited our check and that we did, indeed, pay. Very strange accounting practices. Would have been five stars if it hadn’t been for having to prove I paid already.

Wonderful company to work for and very family oriented with excellent customer service.Boy do I change my statement 100% on this previous statement from a year ago since they dropped me as a employee like a cheap suit not even one day after telling me that they were so glad they hired me and I was doing such a great job then was not even giving a explanation or anything as to why they let me go. Treated myself and my daughter like we were family the whole time I was working there then after they let me go blocked me like I had done something wrong from their social media pages!

I have to say that mike and his wife from A1 are great people they are responsive and help anyway they can I had a septic back up in my house and I called them and they told me what to look for at the septic tank and reinsured me the problem wasn’t there that I had a blockage in the line again thank you so much and you have a great company
