I highly recommend A1 Septic. They are quick to provide service and willing to make recommendations and educate on how the system works and how to best maintain. I had used them for inspecting and tank pumping. After having a major failure with our main waste line we had multiple plumbers come out to assess the issue. A1 Septic scoped from the tank to the house and discovered issues the plumbers did not. They recommended a reputable plumber to take care of the inside work and provided a timely and reasonable quote for the work outside. Great customer service from their office as well. When you find a company like this, you stick with them and let others know.

A-1-A Septic really helped me out. My pump had stopped working, thanks to a lawnmower blade. 😀My tank was full and with the recent rain had started overflowing. Yuck. I needed the tank pumped. I called around 730am and they worked to fit me in when they already had a full schedule. They came out and were done by 1015am. Done!Communication: Awesome. We texted about the job and availability. I got a quote via text and the invoice via email before he arrived.Price: very reasonable.Very professional and timely. I highly recommend them and will use them again

Had the A-1 Septic teem out today, I was surprised when I could get them on a short notice as I did. They came out smiling like they won the lottery and got right on the job. My job was a real mess some dummie was using those dam moist wipes. You know the ones that are supposed to dissolve in your system(liars) but that did not deter the teem. They were diligent and worked and worked the septic till they got all those rags(wipes) out and all my other liquid gold, likidy split. I would recommend, any time.

Had to use a state of md cerified company so went with A-1 they were never on time put us off a week or so with every excuse in the book. Poor final grading my original yard was sand now its clay because they didnt hall what they dug up they spread in yard so when they seeded(spotty) and put straw down they left the rope used to hold bails togeather mixed in so i had to gather them up so when or if i mowe the rope dosent jam the mower--BAD choice

Had the septic pumped twice in one month and when electrician checked, it was full! BEWARE!!
