The WeWork space is in a prime location in Pasadena. They have a wonderful staff: Dominic, Heran, and Laney, whom all have been so accommodating with me. Everyone has such a great attitude. I send my highest regards to them, they know how to get things done in an efficient and timely manner. I have had such a pleasant experience here and it gives me a space to be productive. The space holds a large enough common area thats clean and peaceful with beautiful views. Definitely check out this location!
Came here to work with another friend and it was a really great experience. The space was nice and open, with enough room to distance from others. There were conference rooms if you really wanted to stay away from others. The amenities were great and it felt like you were at a really comfy workspace or at home.Lets start off with the location. Getting to the WeWork was kind of a mess. You cant see the sign from any angle of the building, except in the front so at that point I had to assume I was going to the right place. I parked in the parking garage right behind it and it was a bit pricey for parking but, which was a hefty $15 for staying for around a whole day. I parked on what seemed to be the 6th floor, which lead to the first floor of the building. WeWork is just on the second floor which was an elevator ride away.Walking into the WeWork was like walking into a beautiful office for the first time. You are just taking everything in, looking at how beautiful and aesthetic the place is and of course, being greeted by nice people check you in. Once we were checked in, we went to the conference room that we reserved and went to check out the kitchen. The kitchen is fully functional, with essential appliances, like a stove, microwave, several fridges, and some complimentary cold brew and seltzer. The main room, which I assume is kinda like the first come first serve room where anyone can sit, was nice and spacious and there were several couches, independents desks, a bar, as well as other sets of benches and tables. I wasnt able to look at the entire floor, but I believe those were for other patrons of businesses renting out larger sections of the officespaces.Overall, I had a great time here. It was a change of pace for my work from home set up and the customer service was great. Although there isnt a view since youre only on the second floor, the space itself was already breathtaking enough. I would definitely come back because of how comfortable I felt there and how close it is to other lunch and coffee places in case your tired of the cold brew.
More comfortable than other weworks Ive been to - friendly staff, stocked amenities, clean and safe.
Great alternative to my “wfh” nightmare! The staff is all really great here. Forgot my keycard twice and Dom at the front desk gladly helped me both times thanks again dude! The space is very clean and inviting. It’s been great to kind of work “in-between” the old office and my dark bedroom desk. If you need a change of scenery this is the spot!
Great Place to work in the SGV! no doubt. Clean, super friendly and responsive front desk.
Truly a fantastic experience, has been a revelation throughout this entire pandemic being able to have a reliable and quiet workspace.
Cool place to drink beer and work on stuff. I also needed a place to escape the wife.
Very nice staff and good vibes all around. Cold brew is a major plus.
Some guy working the front desk tried to give me his mixtape. It was lowkey fire. Overall solid place to get stuff done.
Great work environment. Also the guy at the front desk was cute lol.
AWEsome place to WORK at :3
Good people Thank you
Another fantastic co-working space in Pasadena. Good vibe from staff and people in the workspace. Open desk area is quiet and work gets done. There is collaboration with other tenants which is nice. Plus there are regular events at lunch and after work hours.
Highly recommend Wework. The concept is simple but powerful and well executed. They really done a great job making it feel like a community. Its always growing so its a continuous work in progress. Loving it so far.
Good pricing for office space and a good spot, the old AT&T building. Lots of local food and all walking distance. Close to metro station and old town pasadena.
I’m a long time wework member I can honestly say I used to love WeWork. I was first introduced to we work in 2015 in New York City since then I fell in love. In 2016 I launch a new company from the Pasadena location. I was one of the first tenants. I reached a point where I was spending over $5000 a month with WeWork.Since then I left to my own private office with a few employees. But I always maintained membership through the other member programs you offer (digital member) because I still use WeWork to host meetings occasionally.Today I visited the Pasadena wework my old location. The moment I walked in the door I went to go get some water as it is summertime and over 100° outside. Upon getting water a WeWork community staff member Approached my guest and I and asked us if we were there to visit someone. We were not there to visit anyone I was there to host a meeting but since I knew lots of members in the building I told her I was there to visit my friend. And at that moment the community manager asked me to put my drink down and to go with her to check in. I did just that I followed her i put my drink down and I checked in.At that moment she had asked for her team of four other community managers Circle me and ask me who I was there to visit. I told them one my friends name. They abruptly said they’re not here anymore please leave. At that moment I explained that I was already a member I’ve been a member for years and I have already booked a meeting space. At that moment it got very uncomfortable they then asked me to see my key card, I didn’t have my key card on me.She asked me again to leave. I said I had already booked a space. She looked at her computer to see that I did. She then canceled my booking and told me to sit in the corner, keep in mind all of this was happening in front of my client. I’ve never been so humiliated in my life.I told my client feel free to go get a beer while I sort this out. My client let me know that the beer tap was broken. I mentioned the beer tap to the community manager Rebecca she rolled her eyes looked at me and said yeah will get right on top of that rolling her eyes chuckling with her friends/community managers.I was finally able to get a room to host my meeting. Once we got to the room I left the room to get a beer and what do you know they put the locks on the beer taps right after I mentioned I wanted a beer. This is the worst experience I’ve ever encountered at wework on top of that my client was embarrassed for me and told me that we should reschedule. I was completely humiliated and harassed by their staff.I’m so disappointed and wework Pasadena my old home.I would hate for this experience to happen to anyone else of color.I believe this is an act of discrimination and racial profiling. I saw a number of different members walking past the front desk with no problems whatsoever but the second I did it was a huge problem.I received a phone call two weeks later after I complained to management via email. She said it was my fault since I grabbed a beverage before checking in and brushed off my complaint. With so much new competition in the shared office space industry I don’t know why WeWork acts like theyre still the new kid on the block. They act like they can treat their members like dirt. Sorry guys, there is literally a better shared office around the corner that charges less.Since this experience I ended up walking across the street to the CTRL Collective on Arroyo Parkway. In my opinion the office is MUCH nicer and staff actually greets you with a smile and “would you like some coffee or a water”. I would recommend them over WeWork Pasadena any day. Save yourself the nightmare and high cost, don’t go here.
Great communal work space
Staff told us we were ‘too loud’ for taking calls in the kitchen area...so where should we take them? In the parking lot? We had a giant cockroach in our meeting room (and I mean giant). Key card worked on and off which was super annoying to get to our space. Won’t be back soon. P.S. I posted a photo of the cockroach in the room but it’s somehow been deleted...hmm.
Horrible parking and get ready to pay the max every time. The office was OK, but I dont know that I would work in one of these glass bubbles.
Beautiful space and lots of open seating.. they have community events, too. Staff is pretty friendly, too. Matt Jones is your guy there.
Amazing workspace. Very modern and beautiful.
Great coworking space, lots of conference rooms, strong WiFi, free color printing included with membership, friendly staff, most affordable prices in old town area
Uber cool shared workspace. WeWork is like a Regus, except that it has a certain cool )or hip) factor.
WeWork Boyz
Pretty awesome coworking space. Loved the atmosphere
Nice location but not the best. Music can be loud in hot desk area.
Cool working environment, but expensive!
Nice layout and furnishings for a cooking space
Good place. Love it.
Really nice space. Parking is expensive though.
Musix is too loud even on the weekend when no one is here.
Awesome place to brainstorm, collaborate, unwind and create.
Music plays rather loudly, 7/24, in the common areas. Even nights & weekends when few people are there.
I love it.
Nice office building
Nice option.
Great workspace
Great place
