The shaping is bad and they are super chunky, I’m disappointed because I’ve been there before never had complaints but this was 50 dollars for this😞😔I was way over charged!

Anna is by far the best gel manicurist I have ever been to here in Pasadena. I would even call her a nail doctor! She can fix ANY nail problem, and her manicures dont peel or chip because she keeps the nails in the dryer much longer than usual so the polish really adheres and is long-lasting. She is meticulous about every aspect of the manicare. If youre tired of your gel manicures peeling off or chipping, make an appointment with Anna. Her pedicures are great too!

Call set an appointment, for manicure and pedicure first time trying this nail place, first so difficult to find parking finally after 20min found parking made it on time, seating down the first thing they said was we dont dont accept credit cards or 🏧 only cash. I got so upset because they should say that went I call to set my appointment. Very bad impression

I have been going here for years. Anna is always so polite. Ruby helped me today and she did amazing work. I was overdue because of Covid. The prices are fair. The place is clean. Just call for an appointment, the new normal.

RUBY who did my pedicure was so efficient, her work was amazing and clean. Disappointed with my dip. I kept telling their manager that it looked too thick and i wanted it thin looking naturally but she brushes me off and kept goinf with her work. I will have to find a better place to fix my dip tomorrow.

Very sloppy took 3 hours for a regular pedicure (which was lovely) and a gel manicure where I asked for a very simple nail design just two lines looks like a child did my nails. Not even filed rough edges uneven paint all over my cuticles. Cost me $88 and 3 hours of my life embarrassed to let anyone see my nails!

It was okay. The lady who did my nails was super bad. My boyfriend heard her say that I’m picky and difficult but honestly I was picky because she keeps missing spots to paint my nails. I keep telling her to fill the spots in but she still doesn’t. I don’t like how it looks but I still paid anyways cuz I’m done with it. Ruby was the only one who does great mani and pedi there!

I am new to California and was unsure of what salon I should choose and I picked this on a whim! I was not disappointed! They have fabulous prices and both ladies that worked on me were so sweet and did a GREAT job! I would highly recommend to anyone!!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE going here. Their prices for gel nails are super good and they have tons of colors!I love the service here! Everybody is extremely friendly and accommodating. I came on my birthday and they were kind enough to give me a free manicure for my birthday! Definitely recommended for everyone :)

I was really excited to go to this place because of all the good reviews. They say they open at 10 but theyre not. Please post the correct time that your business opens or get here on time! There were 3 other women waiting outside, 3 lost customers more like.

I went in for a mani/pedi and they did a great job! They were sweet, the shop is clean and cheerful, and their prices were lower than most shops.

Its really hard to find a good nail shop. I rarely go to a nail place more than once, until i found this place. I love how they dont try and push sales on you, they dont try and talk to you, (they allow you to sit in peace). On top of this, they do a GREAT job on my gel nails.

Lame. Ive been going to this place since it was for 20 years and each time lately I just feel like I got ripped off. 2 days after my toe nail polish is chipped and they didnt trim my cuticles on my toes or hands as far as I could tell. I went because someone bought me a gift card. Ill never go there again. The best thing about it is the massage chairs but I go to a place (SunNails) in echo park/silver lake and their chairs are just as good.

Extremely rude person. Thai or whatever her name is wants me to deposit money $30.00 before I go and then says she can charge me over $70.00 to cut my nails. It is absurd!!!

Came in as a walk in tonight with a nail design I saw on Instagram. Renee did a great job on my stelletto ombré nails ! Shape is on point. Ombré came out awesome ! Definitely will come back.I also got a pedi and it came out to perfection. Not even dramatizing :) my cuticles are clean.

They had the worst foot pedicure I’ve seen in the many visit I had in a saloon. I still had areas untouched. I could have done a better job myself.

I liked that it was open late on a sunday, lady was fast on my fill and polish, they were left a little lumpy but still good job.

Ive worked down the street for 5 years but just moved here 4 months ago and was scared to go to a new place for my nails. So my coworker introduced me to this place. I was very fortunate to have Tina for my first time. She is amazing! Ive had acrylics pretty much for 15 years cause my natural nails suck and I have a nervous habit. Of course the wear and tear didnt help either. When I met Tina, I already took off my acrylics and wanted to start fresh. She ended up doing a mani with gel and pedi. I was one happy camper. I never thought my hands would look so nice and natural. It has been 4 months and I still just get gel. I love it! I request Tina every time.

THIS PLACE SUCKS SO BAD!!!!THEY STILL HAVE THE OPEN LIGHT & ARE IN THERE WORKING, 2 LADIES WITH CLIENTS, 1 DOING NOTHING!I BROKE ONE NAIL & OFFERED HER $100.00 TO FIX IT SINCE SHE CLAIMED THAT THEYRE CLOSED.... I WAS VERY RUDLY TOLD NO! & RUSHED OUT THE DOOR ONTO THE STREET TO WAIT FOR MY HUSBAND!!!IT IS 10:PM & THEYRE SIGN STILL SAYS OPEN & IM STILL STANDING OUT HERE!!!😡😬🤔😧🤥

I came here to get my nails done I was getting married and my fiances grand mother brought me here. And let me tell you it was horrible! The women who did my nails was the owner and she filed my nails down so much on the sides more than 4 of them looked crooked she was busy talking to her employees and wasnt paying any attention to my nails. I told her oh these ones are crooked and she filed them down more and asks me if that was better and it only made it worse didnt bother to try to fix them I just told her I wanted them redid and she had one of her other employees do it not her. So unprofessional not about customer service from the manager at all. The second lady who fixed my nails was so nice and fixed them and made them so much better. Just waisted a whole two hours there because she didnt do her job right. Dont get your nails done here save your time & money.

Worst salon Ive ever been to. So unprofessional, women sitting around chatting instead of answering the phone that was ringing off the hook. My acrylic with white tips looks like a toddler did them and it took her over an hour. I have been through beauty school and have been getting my nails done for a long time, this woman had no clue what she was doing. So disappointed that I couldnt get a nice looking set while I was on vacation.
