I probably won’t be back anytime soon. Don’t get me wrong they’re chill people and are willing to help and are nice. But I don’t like how my nails came out that much, some are lumpy and it’s not that much of the shape I wanted necessarily (coffin). From afar they’re cute but if you closely observed in person it’s average. I never got the water I asked for after she offered me a drink, I’m guessing she forgot that fast. And they had to switch the people who was doing my nails so yeah not for me unfortunately.

I love coming here. The ladies are always so nice. They take their time and always do a good job. I will always come here for my pedicures.

I went to get dip for my hands and a pedicure. The pedicure was okay...but the manicure was terrible.After the first attempt, I washed my hands and told the man that was doing my nails I was not happy with the result. There were scratches on my nails and I wasnt going to pay for that.He tells me okay easy fix. I will fix itThe pictures below are the fixed nails.I sat at the salon for about an hour and a half. No lotion on my hands or a massage for my hands at all.As I went to pay, the man at the front asked to see my nails and immediately offered to fix it. My nails were sore and I had been cut in several places from the buffing. I was ready to get out. So I did decline a third attempt at getting it right.The place is really nice and clean but I recommend staying at your usual spot.*Note the crack on my thumb that I am confident my manicurist saw.

Yvonne worked on my hands and was extremely professional. She took notice of my thinning nails and continued to work on them ensuring she wouldn’t cause me any discomfort. She took her time and was attentive to detail.

This place is amazing. The customer service is excellent. They treat you like your in a SPA. They are very clean. They discinfect after each customer. There are plastic shields in each of the pedicure and manicure areas. They are very reasonable and have a new manager, Karen. She is wonderful 🤩

I decided to try this shop today after trying many shops in the Pasadena area and I LOVE it there! The shop is beautiful and modern! Everyone is really nice and polite! Their work on my nails and feet was wonderful! I’m so glad I decided to come and I will definitely come again! You would be silly not to come here!!!

I have been here 3 times and all 3 times my nails came out great, however they try to talk me out of getting my nails short the way I like them because I can not function with long Freddy Kruger nails. I understand they have to use suggestive selling tactics like any retailer but it is annoying. Anyway, the place is very clean, new, many colors, and they make conversation.

This place is over-priced for quality of service you receive. Rough handling, uneven edges, and messy. Ive never felt my nails so sore before.

I had my first visit here on Thursday, 5/9/19. I walked in and was taken right away for pedicure and shellac manicure. The service was good. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was inviting. I was treated to a glass of wine with my services, which is always a plus. Everything was great. My nails were done by an adorable and personable young lady and she seemed very thorough in her technique and follow through. She was great. The woman that worked on my pedicure was all business. She did a good job despite a few ouch moments, but no blood, no foul and no points deducted for that. The 2 star rating? After only 2 days, on Saturday, 5/11/19, I have chipped polish on my index finger and my middle finger on my right hand. Several of my other fingers I can already see the separation that is happening with the polish peeling away from the nail, so I imagine it will only be a few days before I have more chipped nails. If I wanted a manicure that only lasted 2 days I wouldnt pay for shellac, and that is where my grievance lies. I spent a good deal of money on the services received and left a more than fair tip. Im disappointed that it didnt last the way it was supposed and I hate having to leave a complaint when it was such a pleasant experience.

I’m so glad I stopped in to get a pedicure. Ms. May did a fantastic job on my feet. It was super relaxing and well done. It just so happened to start pouring down raining when I was drying. One of the other nail techs was so kind to walk me out to my car with an umbrella. I will be back!

This is where I go for all my girly needs. They take their time and make me feel so relaxed and special. My nails are in tip top shape! Along with my toes and I’m ready for bathing suit time! Their prices are very reasonable beginning at very simple mani pedicures to the very professional look. This is the best place in Pasadena and I have Mike and Ann to thank for it and I don’t have to remember anything. They even remember my last nail color I picked so I can go back and look.

It was my first time here I loved the service. The people were nice and welcoming. Its close to my birthday so they wished me a happy birthday. Clean environment which is a plus for me they have earned a customer. Pedicure was awesome.😍❤

My aunt comes here all the time and recommended that me and my sister try it out. This place is great! Modern and big place and you get drinks while getting your nails done. They have TVs for you to watch and music playing. The staff here are really friendly. Can’t say that a lot for nail places. They have so many choices on colors, so your bound to find a color your wanting.

I was shopping around for a new nail spot and passed by. The service was great, very friendly but the prices kept changing. I was told one amount in the beginning but when it was time to pay, it somehow went up. They charged for every little thing. Supposedly, I was getting a discount since it was my first time but I ended paying more than the other salon I came from. They need to have a price list shown upfront so theres no misunderstanding. Still on the search...

As soon as I entered I was greeted with smiles and taken immediately. There is a iPad that you have to sign in on so that you are taken care of in order.This location is very clean and relaxing. And service that is over $35 includes a adult beverage, and their menu is very nice. Great staff, and they even have a point system for every dollar spent.

I have been going to Texan Nail Spa for years. It was disappointing when they turned me away this morning because they did not have enough employees (even though I was the only customer there). Luckily I drove past Nails Lux and decided to give it a try. This is a brand new salon and my experience was fantastic! Sophia took great care of me. Highly recommend.

The first time I went to Nail Lux of Texas, my nails looked beautiful and lasted for over a month. The second time I went, my dipped nails lasted a week and a half. I dont think the nail tech knew how to dip nails as it took her a very long time and she didnt seemed please with her work. If I paid $45 for a full set of dipped nails, I would expext them to last longer than a week and a half. Not too happy.

I love how they make you feel so welcomed. They dont try to tell you how you should do your nails. I just love Sophia.

Have had great experiences each time I visit. They are very sterile and clean which is the main reason I stopped going to my previous location because they started reusing the disposable tub liners. When I was pregnant I would enjoy a yummy virgin piña colada from their drink menu. They have a vast selection of colors, powders, gels and tons of pedi options. I love that they send you various specials and discounts via text and you earn points for every visit where you can earn gift cards towards a future visit.

I went Monday the 25th they looked good besides the few bumps under the polish pedicure was amazing but in less that 7 days 2 nails have broke 1st taking the wrap of milk and just now picking up msons clothes half of it broke the nail is super thin the other nails are not bit for 45 I at least expect them to last 2 weeks and my nails look way to grown out

I got my nails done here for the firs time about 3 weeks ago. By far the best place and best customer service. They did such a great job and not to mention that my piña colada was yummy!

Bad job Quality l’ll not recommended she was so rude when I told her the one hand looks different to another hand one was short didn’t have the same shape my nails look horrible.

My wife went for nails and a pedi and she spent 78 for both which isn’t bad but her nails fell the next week and looked like sh** she called and they said they couldn’t do anything about it never again

I was shocked when the nail tech offer me a beverage and when I told that I couldnt get wine unless my service was 35 or more, WTF, I have never heard of anything so ridiculous and rude, I WILL NOT BE RETURNING EVER AGAIN
