Wonderful service and a beautiful shop!The ladies doing our pedicures are so nice and very gentle. Also this place is so clean and doesn’t smell like harmful fumes at all! Im from out of town and had some time to kill. Walked in for a pedicure on a Saturday morning and the staff was polite and accommodating. The young lady that worked on my feet was great. Gentle, thorough, and meticulous. Absolutely no complaints.

I have been there 3 times over the spand of 4 years and they remember right away. Wonderful customer service. I brought in a photo of how I want my nails to look for my Birthday day because I am going to Disneyland, and Lynn did an amazing job. She matched the Disney themed photo with the changes I added and she just made my Disney nails sparkle.

My daughter and I were in town for a wedding and stopped here to get our nails done. They were awesome! Hands down the best mani pedi I’ve ever had. I very much recommend this place!

Ive been looking for a good nail salon in LA for years. Last Sunday, me and girlfriend Crystal decided to try out this new nail spot in Old town Pasadena. WOW...we were so impressed by the hardwood floor and modern decor when we first walked in. The staff here gave us the best welcoming feeling, Tina picked the perfect color for me when I have no clue where to start. I love their Spa chair and glass massage sink. The foot massage was so enjoyable and I almost fall asleep :DOverall, we love this SUPER clean environment and professional service here. I definitely recommend to all my friend this HOT and NEW place! Of course, Ill come back often for sure:))

In short, this nail salon charged 50% more than they quoted me when I walked in, then put my shoes back on when my nails were still wet. The big toes were completely messed up within a minute of leaving. I would never go back here; waste of time and money.The longer version... when we walked in, I asked how much a pedicure was. The woman at the counter said $20. I asked how much gel was, and she said it was an additional $20. I said I didnt want gel then but wanted a regular pedicure. When we went to pay, she charged me $30. I asked her why and she said because I had received the deluxe pedicure. I said I never asked for that and that she had told me it was $20 when I walked in. She just acted confused and said oh... sorry and I still had to pay $30. And then I had to redo my nails anyway so it was a complete waste. The women who do nails there were all really nice and did a nice job, but the blatant unapologetic ripoff for totally messed up nails was sufficient for me to still give one star.

This is my favorite nail spa. They do excellent work here and its easy to get appointments.
