This place is horrible! I will not ever go back. The lady who did my service had clearly never done a fill on acrylic nails. I was so disappointed with my nails. They were lumpy, bumpy and super thick. I even told her which tool to use. The same tool the owner used to correct part of the problem. The owners waited too late into my service to try and help, I was over it! They get no stars in my book!

Great service and Helen always does a good job. Their deluxe pedi is recommended!☺Edit* went back on 8/13/21 and Mia did my toes Im sorry but she cut me in several places and I had to tell her to file down some nails that obviously were crooked.Went to get my hands done after but before I asked for water, my mistake, I was given a cup with lipstick marks all over the rim😑 I know I should carry my own water, but the stains were bright pink! I know every one works hard there but I just cant overlook the cutting which isnt the first time and the lack of care for their customers, I found that disappointed. I wont be back. Thank you though.

The tech that did my pedicure was rushing 😩 had to stop her and tell nit rush because I wanted a good job done. Did not like the pedicure service at all. As for my nails I felt like the tech was also rushing as well and would get upset when I asked her to file my nails a bit more because I like my nails to look natural. Im not sure I would come back. Not impressed!!

Bad experience

I called at 5pm to ask if I needed an appointment or I could walk in they asked what time I wanted I said 540pm he said ok see you at 540. I get there The lady said to wait 5 minutes. I said ok I waited patiently . no one ever gave me update on how much I needed to wait so I left at 620pm

Went at about 7pm just for a color change they did look nice by the next morning the polish peeledOff like a sticker I called about getting a refund guy said it didn’t work like that since I my nails done for a day already

Worst mani ever! My pedicure was awesome, but then the technician kicked my sandals ro me instead of helping me put them on. I used to come here often and even brought a friend but never again. I deserve a refund or a new mani

Walked in this afternoon and they were able to accommodate me in less than 45 minutes which was no problem as I had errands to run.

It was my first time there!!! I am so disappointed!!! I payed $26.00 for just a pedicure!!! Im never going back!!! The lady didnt speak English at all. I had to speak to three different people to explain what I wanted😒plus I still tip her $2.00. So expensive and horrible service!!!! Im not going back ever again!!!😠

Gel did NOT even last 1 week without chipping. The workers were rude and refused to paint my nail the color I wanted because they thought it would look bad.

I got my nails done by Tim,First time I got my nails done where someone kept burning my nails with the machine and would not even apologize. I understand it happens but not every single finger over and over.and the worst he wouldnt even say sorry.I wanted a coffin shape all I needed was a fill and he Im messed up the shape they looked oval and square,I walked out I didnt even get my pedi..

I got my nails done by tim and he completely messed my nails up. He rushed, he made the white national il polish look dirty, and I payed extra for a “M” just to wake up to it being gone the next day; and just to top it all off its only been 3 days and my nails are already falling off and looking bad.
