Stopped by to get some stuff for ants and they had plenty on the shelf. I like coming to Lowes because its organized and not congested all the time like Home Depot. Now the prices are a little more pricey but better quality products

Kendra Pearson is wonderful. She is extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the entire store. She goes out of her way to help you even if its not in her department. Next time your in the store or ordering curbside thank the employees that work there.

In efforts to finding what we need to repair damage from pipes that burst, Lowes seems to have it all. What a relief. We still drove around and looked at what other stores had just to make sure we were getting a good deal and had choices. Internet included, Lowes still won out.

I hate to give Lowes such a low star grade but I was really displeased. We were in the garden section trying to buy pots for the Giant Sequoia trees we purchased as Xmas gifts and although the selection was nice...there were no prices marked on the planters themselves nor the displays. Regardless, we loaded our favorites and headed for the registers to get price checks. There was no one manning the registers nor anyone about that we could ask. We headed inside to see if they had the scanning stations similar to what Walmart has....no such luck. We ended up having to stand in line, just to get the price checks. And after we chose which we wanted, we had to go get the appropriate size bag of soil...so lost our place in line...we did buy from them but it was a frustrating experience.

Dont waste your time just go to Homedepot, this Lowes delivery schedule is abhorrent and rectifying a mistake on their part is impossible. Save your time and go to a Homedepot.

Horrible service. If you want anything custom cut, no one will help you. First time I wanted wire cut I waited over 45 minutes. Hoped it was just a one time deal. Nope. Most employees will ignore you and do your best to avoid assisting you. Only reason I don’t give 1 star is there are some good service members who work in the tools department. Everything else is 1 star.

If a customer explains to you that they have purchased a product from your store before as well as double checked online to make sure that you have the product available before I make my purchase. Please dont argue them down and tell them they dont know what they are talking about or that your store does not sell anything like that, never have. Instead maybe ask them to pull a photo or where online they saw it. Dont just dismiss them.

Go here for all my around the house needs. Lowes is more user/beginner friendly, compared to Home Depot. It feels like you have to know what youre doing in there. Lowes is great. I just wish you could find more people on the floor

Initial sale goes smooth enough, bit do anything that requires even an ounce of customer service and things go downhill. . .quickly!!Made a small in person order at customer service with an option to pick up a couple of days later. Called an hour before I got to the store and was told it was ready. Well Ive been here an hour and not only do I not have my pre-purchased order, no one can tell me where it is.

After countless hours wasted in trying to buy a fridge, it was finally delivered, and left in my backyard without any prior notification. If this is how Lowes wants to treat a veteran on a Veterans Day sale, I would suggest to change your advertising. Thanks for cancelling my 1st order 16min before scheduled delivery and thanks for wasting my day. Really great customer service...

Always a good place to go for all your home improvement needs. Its not just a hardware store for certified handymen, they have a variety of organizers for your room, kitchen, porch, along with many simple do it yourself ideas. There is too much for me to write to tell you what they have, you just have to see for yourself. The store is also very clean and organized while the staff is ready to help. If one employee is not sure about a question, its guaranteed another will have a positive answer and then some ideas as well.

Had a great price on packing boxes. They have different sizes to choose from, so you dont have to go to U-Haul to buy these boxes. You like that.

I enjoy going to Lowe’s prices are competitive with Home Depot. I find myself getting in and out faster too. There’s always an abundance of supplies and materials. There store is in my opinion more organized and easier to go thru. Craftsman tools are also carried there i know there not made in the us anymore but it’s still a reputable brand that every American knows and trusts.

Came to return an item I bought at lowes in baytown they would not return my item even with receipt in hand because I bought it at a baytown store location and they would not take a loss ridiculous!! I spend so much money here to remodel my restroom and they couldnt return an unused item with a receipt because the manager saud he didnt want take a loss.

This store has very poor customer service. Tried to call the store, when I finally got a person, was put on hold and they never came back and the automated system hangs up on you. I called back 3 more times to have the exact same thing happen. The associates have no interest in helping you, just put you on hold and wait for the system to hang up.

Employee had no idea where anything was. Had to find everything myself. Unbelievable an employee doesnt know their own store. Hire people who care, not just someone who needs a job. Will never go again

Can never get any one to help. Bad service no employees available every time I go. Please get some better employees that will assist the customers.

Service in the store was very good but their delivery service is terrible. I was told my appliance would be delivered the next day but it never showed up. I never got a call or text or email or nock on the door. So I called the next morning and they said it would be delivered later that same day. Again, without being contacted it never showed. The next morning I called again and they told me itll be delivered the next day. That didnt happen, again without them contacting me. Every call to the delivery service line had a long wait or sometimes I was hung up on.I got a refund on my appliance and Lowes lost a sale due to their poor delivery service.

Customer service really sucks and when you find someone they dont know anything. I havent found a knowledgeable person in their own departments. How do they hire?

Better price on the items I needed than Amazon Prime! Even better that I didnt have to wait two days for stuff to arrive to my doorstep! GET OUT AND SHOP LOCAL!

I’ve been going to the same store for years. In the past, I received great customer service- very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. Recently, the service is lackluster. No one seems to know their area of expertise especially the paint department! I am baffled! I even tried to follow up with a customer service phone call but the phone “disconnected.” Very displeased.1) when asked about fittings, the guy in the plumbing section shrugged shoulders and said “man, I don’t know.”2) when asked about paint swatches and possibly matching we were told to pick a color on the wall to have it mixed. We picked a color and were told they couldn’t do it! Good grief!3) called customer service and got the disconnect line after waiting for 10 min!

Super fun day! Lowes had great stuff, i didnt want help so I finished in just shy of 2 hours. It was well worth it and I will be back soon to find my next project!

I had a bad experience today in Lowe’s I always buy at Lowe’s or Home Depot and there is always stuff that I return when I don’t need them and sometimes I return it at a different one and the problem is that sometimes I don’t take my receipt but they still give me store credit and today was one of those days and I return a door because it was not the correct one that I needed. The person in costumer service named Jessica did not want to help me and told me I needed to have my receipt and after that I go to the 610 woodridge Lowe’s and without a problem they pass the code of the door and they solve the problem and if this ever happens to you then say something because the worker are there to help you and they didn’t want to on fairmont.

Picked up another person going to LA to work/help out, with my daughter, at the Gonzales store, for 2 weeks.

I was interested in a clearance grill. I spoke to 3 lowes employees about it, one was a manager. I decided to purchase it. I waited in line and we were about to load it in the back of my truck. Another manager came out and said the grill was sold YESTERDAY. I was upset but did not escalate the issue too much. He basically said there was nothing he could do and I had to wait in line AGAIN to get a refund. Because it was a clearance item that was never actually loaded, it took an act of congress to get a refund. The manager said he put a sold sign over the price tag on the grill. I think hes full of it. He is either incompetent or was going to purchase it himself. If it was sold.....TAKE OFF THE PRICETAG, GET IT OFF THE FLOOR, or at least move it out of the way where hundreds of people are not walking by it. I had a similar experience in this same store and I believe the same manager handled the situation. I was purchasing several items with actual price tags on them from the clearance rack and the prices were not honored. I spend at least $500/mo in this particular lowes and alot more in others for our business. I do not think we will be wasting our time here anymore. Everyone makes mistakes but this seems to be a pattern. AND in my opinion, the store making the mistake usually tries to make it right in some way. I was just told it was my problem, not theirs.

Poor customer service. Asked a employee to help me load a large job box and he told me to go find a cart! I did and when I returned he was nowhere to be found.. Finally had another customer help me load the job box.

Jeff the gentleman who helped me get the stove. The one I wanted was out of stock and he was able to get me a better brand and a lower price due to the other one being out of stock and I could get both dryer and stove could be delivered at the same time.

My husband and I were buying some plants and soil and the guys in that department were super nice. They made sure we found all we needed.

The return counter lady was very, very rude, she made me Im bringing my return in and out of this place several times because she thought it was a generator, it was a pressure washer. I figured the picture is on the box so she would understand that it was a pressure washer.

The is a gem of a hardware store that still impresses me on every visit. The customer service associates really go out of their way to help you find what you need.

Purchased a dishwasher monday the 3rd. $853 and we made sure it was there in stock so there would be no shipping issues. The lady informed us since it was there, we would have it installed in 3 to 4 business days. We call today to check the status and they said they can come on the 17th. Which of course we were not happy about. Then they lied and said they called us yesterday and twice today. My husband has to answer all calls for business reason and there was not one missed call. We asked for a full refund. I wont be doing business with lowes ever again. Be aware people all they do it lie!!!!!

Every time I have not been able to find something at Home Depot I check at Lowes, and am not able to find it there either. Virtually every item at one store can be found at the other, and if one doesnt have a thing, neither will the other. Plants are about the only exception.

Well my wife and my self went to buy a washer. So we purchased the washer and they told us it was going to get delivered 2 days after the purchase. Well I was at home waiting for them to come and deliver so I decided to call to see what was the hold up. There answer was we ran out off stock and you won’t be able to deliver so I had to wait a hole week for them to come and deliver. There staff is not prepared the manager kept blaming the new employee that she should had checked before selling the washer to us. But she had a veteran employee helping her and he never told he what steps to take so shame on you and Lowe’s y’all are not abut customers service y’all suck. Well at least the fairmont aria. Next time I should go to another Lowe’s.

The absolute worst experience. I will make sure to never visit this store again. I had ordered a lawn mower online that was in stock and available. I show up to pick up my order and they “can’t find it”. It was marked for pick up but no where to be found. I waited outside for them to bring to my car for over 30 minutes until I walked in to see what the issue was. I drove from out of town to pick this Father’s Day gift up only to be very disappointed in the fact that it was either misplaced or sold to another customer. I will NEVER shop at Pasadena Lowe’s again!!! Do yourself a favor and drive an extra 20 minutes to another location to save yourself the headache and disappointment.

Nursery was well stocked and organized with well kept flowers, plants, different types of soils, and a large variety of planters both plastic and ceramic.

Delivery is horrible I was supposed to get my refrigerator Friday never got a time frame they just show up we got a phone call and the delivery guy said we had 15 min too get home so they left they changed the delivery day too Saturday same thing no time frame they call my husband miss the call call them back 5 min later they didnt answer they changed the delivery again too Monday this time we had a time frame 8-12 delivery guy called at 10 said he was coming no one showed up we had too call the delivery guy he said that now they didnt have the refrigerator i called lowes they say is in stock and they dont know why is not been delivered bad bad service and delivery

3rd time i have came to this store trying to get someone in countertops to give me a quote only to be told that nobody is working in that dept today. How do you expect to sell anything when you dont have an associate there!1st time it was late but gave associate in appliances my name and number, that someone would give me a call the next day.. 3 days later with no phone call I visit and meet with Kiara who tells me she cant give me a quote and will have to give me all all back later as her 5:00 appt showed up. Today supposedly nobody is working according to associate in appliances. Looks like I will be buying elsewhere as you obviously dont want to my business!

Went to get 4 keys made for the house and I am not sure what the Associate did with the key making machine but I received 4 different cut keys that did not work on my door. When I compared the 4 new keys to my original I could tell it was a completely different cut key so obviously the Associate did not know what they were doing.

Went in to buy an Electric Weed eater, I chose the Kubalt, I have been using their lawnmower and it works great other than having to pull the extension cord everywhere.

The worst customer service ever I will never be shopping there again if you do not have proof of purchase they will ask you to leave regardless of the fact that they are the only company selling those tools locally and those tools have a warranty and theres nothing wrong with them dont spend cash at Lowes unless youre willing to spend more cash to get there warranty otherwise they will treat you like someone that never came to their store.

Saturday 12 29 2018. We are attempting to purchase 11 blinds for the house windows. We have been attempting to check out since 3 this afternoon, it is now nearly 7 in the evening, and they are still not prepared to get us checked out. They seem to be having a problem getting it into the computer to where we can check out and leave. By the time we get out of here it will have been over four hours trying to check out. This is absolutely absurd. I was wondering why my Lowes stock was dropping? If this is how they are handling their business now, I thouroughly understand why the stock is dropping. If they cant managethe business better than this they will not be in business long. Sears thought they could do what they wanted when they wanted and it didnt work for them and it will not work for Lowes. They should have a manager here that can override everything and get the problem solved. This is the store on Fairmont in Pasadena Texas. It needs some upper management to step in here and correct things ASAP!

Went there for these super buys. While there it was next to impossible to get any reasonable help. Let me say, I see why Lowes is in the financial situation that its in. People shop here because of price and their only competition is Home Depot. If there was a third mega home improvement center both of them would be out of business.Back to my point. The sales price in the store is different from what is being displayed in the store. Theyre aware of this but you have to demand the sales price. Then a head cashier (never a manager) comes over and gives you the sale price. Why should you have to jump through all these hoops for something theyre advertising?After all the back and forth, I just got too frustrated with this organization and just paid their sales price, not the advertised sale. This by design from corporate. Its like this at all their stores and its corporate culture to do this to the public. Why arent the offices that are supposed to regulate this type of activity not doing their job.Hmm, sounds like there should be a job vacancy in these state, county and local municipalities.

Unfortunately, Home Depot is out of Stock ( Pothole Patching Material)I had a back surgery three months ago. I couldn’t get anyone to help me load the bags of Pothole Patching Material on the Cary. I maher to push the cart to the registers by the building material area. There I saw to big employees ( men) behind the counter. I asked one of them if he can get me help to load up the bags in my car. He can see me clearly wearing the medical brace on my waist. He asked me why can’t I load up the bags myself. (Really ?)I told him I just a had a back surgery ( Fusion of the back). He went on to say ohh I had one too but look at me I’m here. I wish I could have returned the material but I already had people on the job and it’s Saturday evening I had to finish. Needless to say they helped me. I thanked them a lot. But I really need not hear that from him. I will never shop at Lowe’s ever again. I will go to Home Depot no matter what.

Lowes is my go to place for all DIY projects, not just for the lowe prices, but the excellent staff as well. Big shout out to Shelena at the Pasadena location, twice shes gotten me exactly what I needed ( Im a major novice) and out of the store in no time flat. Very knowledgeable and friendly!

Plan on bringing a sack lunch if you visit the appliance department.Made an online purchase and as we arrived to pick it up were told it was damaged but could look at it in the appliance department to see if it was acceptable or if we wanted to cancel the order.After waiting 35 minutes with no salesman at all in the appliance department a young lady from the cabinet and countertop area came to help us. We appreciate her help as she didn’t have to leave her department to help us. And I would give her 5 stars.While waiting we called customer service to ask if we could get help, no one came. Asked several other employees if they could help. Answer always the same; “we’ll call and get some one”. Nothing.Lowe’s lost 2 additional customers who were also waiting but chose to leave do to no one working appliances.If we hadn’t already made our purchase we would have left and gone elsewhere.Bad move Lowe’s.

There were several items on our list: kitchen sink, faucet, and plumbing gear. We spoke to three members. Each was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. 5 stars for speeding up my trip and employees that are worth a darn. No wild goose chases, shrugs, or made up answers like their competitor.

I bought soil for my spring planting. I had 2 problems: I was unsure what I needed and because of my arthritis I couldnt carry the bags. So, I asked for help and a gentleman named Rick was kind enough to help me. Kudos to Rick! He was patient and explained everything to me and put my soil in my car. Thank you Rick!
