It was a great workout so happy to be back doing this again. My trainer was fantastic, very helpful, very informative and really worked with me.
My schedule is pretty hectic so It takes a lot for me to be able to commit to a full hour workout. So when I saw that the Perfect Work out was 20 minutes I knew I had to try it. I was not disappointed! Not only are the employees amazing, the workout itself has me pushing myself and reaching new goals every week. Gyms can be very intimidating but the Perfect Work out makes me feel very comfortable. I tell all my friends about it!
I am a member for two years now and noticed an increase in strength and overall energy level. Trainers are very professional and focused. Anwar is the best! Highly recommend method for people that dont have much time for exercise and want a controlled environment with maximum results for the time and effort.
