Gym is always clean. Great group classes, especially Thursdays @ 5:45 pm Body Work, Ms. Monica is great instructor and she will make sure you work out!!!! Excellent 💪

Great staff and clean facility. There are plenty of stations from beginners to advanced lifters. I especially like the mix of free weights and machines.

Every time I go into LA Fitness its super clean. Because of that people always rack their weights its never messy in there. Getting a workout is easy when its cleaned and everythings in its place

Best gym on this side of the city...you can ball, swim, soak in the jacuzzi, cycle and get ya paper on the weights real proper like!

The leggs extension machine is broken for over a month and they have only one. It dosent matter how many times I tell the staff, they dont care.1 star cause theres no 0stars partia de singaxs.

Good gym, not jammed packed, its clean and all the facility from the work out machines to the showers and Saunas are will maintained. The Staff is all top notch.

Good workout facility and courteous staff. It is busy as all get out in the evening which makes getting the machines you need a little difficult, but overall a very nice place.

Channels arent working... Ive asked to have them fixed but no one seems to want to take responsibility to get them fixed.Equipment isnt properly maintained. Ive complained of faulty maintenance for over 6 months and no one cares.

Nice place, super friendly lady at the front desk, but a bit crowded in the early morning.

An absolute joke for service went in for a membership and got ignored. Then when someone finally did speak with me they said I’d need to wait for someone else. Long story short I waited so long I just left. It was a complete waste of my time.

I love this gym because stop is really nice and the equipment plus the weights are great. They offer classes such as swimming and spinning classes for my family members and the basketball games are always great as well just heads up they have volleyball on Wednesdays in the afternoon Ive been signed up here for two months now and I can honestly say that Im really enjoying my experience here compared to other gyms in the area.

The gym overall is one of the cleanest facilities I’ve been to, absolutely clean and stays clean. However, This has been missing for almost a year and half now and the wifi is extremely slow.

Been here twice and both times couldnt get a squat rack. Especially annoying that half the people tying up squat are really playing with cell phones or doing some exercise that does not need squat rack. Gym is ok other than that. I will not be back to this LA fitness

The extensions machine has been broken for 1 month, the reception staff is horrible and rude

Closes at 7 on sat and 6 on sun. What do you expect us losers to do on the weekend?! The sauna is adequately hot at least.

Nice and new! I have been to a few LA Fitnesses now and this one is really nice. It doesnt have as big of a turf area as some of them, but I like the lay out. They have ALOT of machines and free weights. Good selection! Also the staff is really helpful. The place is clean and they have good places to sanitize around the equipment. The locker rooms are also really clean and nice and new. I like this LA fitness alot.

Was told they would be open all day because there is no rain here and the hurricane isnt coming this way either. So I drive 30 plus mins and get there only to walk up to the door to see. They would be closing at 3pm. This was all within 2 hours of me calling. Dont like when companies over react the storms arent even hitting till late this evening. Just 1 more reason Im glad I have cancelled my membership.

If you have any doubt of whether LA Fitness is following CDC guidelines. Fear not. They are cleaning sections at a time all day. They also are enforcing face coverings, taking temperatures and social distancing. Im amazed at the clientele that are respectful of social distancing and wearing face coverings. Bottles of sanitizers are available to use as you work out.

Its good place to workout be there from 1 - 3:30 PM before its gets busy. After those hours goodluck finding equipment to workout with.

I love this gym! Its super nice and super clean. It isnt too crowded and it seems like the employees are constantly cleaning. Would definitely recommend.

I really like this gym. You can go to the other place and pay less but, for a little more money, you can go to a lot nicer gym where the equipment works and so do the staff! After only a few weeks, I feel so much better and have a lot more energy!

Extremely disappointing experience. We joined at great summer discount pricing and were set up with a “free” assessment with a trainer who was supposed to give you a workout plan and overall assessment of where you stand and what your goals should be. Get ready for a ride and a total change in demeanor when you are hit with pricing for working with a trainer ONLY after you have spent two hours listening to how you will achieve your goals and how it will take 52 weeks to gain the 10 pounds of muscle you’ll need to effectively burn calories. Be prepared to be told you are slightly obese at 20 pounds over your ideal weight. And the final blow when you decline to spend almost $300 a month to one workout a week is being told “oh you can’t afford this”? “When will you be able to afford it?” “You can’t squeeze this out of your budget?” These folks apparently do not have homes of their own and of course have no idea what it means to plan for retirement. As soon as the young lady understood my decline, her demeanor went sour and the nice gym welcome was gone. What a shame. Of course this is all after buying the line that the gym is not crowded at all between 5:30-7:00 pm. Right. Good luck finding parking unless you park at the bank or Kroger’s when you arrive at 5:30 and you will be waiting on weights and benches. Nice gym but they need to work on truly attracting clients instead of turning them off with the sales tactics. What an absolute waste of my two hours.

Gyms equipment is always covered in sweat. Thank god for that Hispanic male and female always cleaning the equipment, I could only imagine how bad it would be without them. the front desk staff is terrible and rude, and the gym is slowly getting crowded from all the 24 hour folks coming over after their gym closed.

Why don’t the workers wear masks?... Extremely unprofessional for the prices they charge.

Gym is great, but the equipment is always covered in sweat and nobody brings a towel. Would be much better if people cleaned up after themselves.

Walked in to talk to a consultant Mark. these two person at the front desk said “he is busy right now” and they asked me to have a seat. They didn’t even bother to call or notify the person that I have appointment with. Just left. I think that two love birds at the front desk already shared what they want in the future. Do some work when you’re at work. 🤦🏼‍♂️

. Front desk employee on Tuesday Thursday morning is hidden behind the computer. She doesnt greet clientele. She forgets that we pay her salary. I often felt sorry for those employees that werent allowed to sit at Planet Fitness. Now I understand why. They are there to greet and offer support to their clientele. That employee is the face of LA Fitness and she doesnt represent them well.

Great clean gym, not over crowded.

They dont host any classes, or training courses. I would say this gym is more of a weight lifting gym rather than an all around circuit training gym.If you are someone who is looking more for weight training exercises than look no further, this gym is very nice, clean, and I would highly recommend it. Also you cannot beat the membership prices either.

Went today 03/07/2020 after my friend got me a 2 week visitor pass to check the gym out. well one of the workers told me to meet him so he can “activate” my pass, calling me none stop til I went . I went today and I didn’t even get to workout experience the gym cause he was already trying to sign me into buying a membership, how am I supposed to buy something I haven’t tried? Telling me the “special ends tomorrow” I told him I was gonna workout with my friend and he told me to show him my Id so he can activate my pass and told me he was gonna keep my ID so I can see him after my workout to see if ima buy the membership, what the hell? I felt so pressured like it’s my first time visiting and I didn’t even get to workout, don’t feel like going back to use the visitor pass or even buying a membership there. So unprofessional!

Clean and well maintained equipment is very important. The place is new, so that’s been maintained so far. Only con is it stays cold in there, any of those large fans on high are brutal.

Went in to talk with a consultant about a membership, but wanted to try out the gym before committing to the price. The manager was called over to work something out & was extremely arrogant. His attitude was very unprofessional he determined that we will not be returning to that gym. There were no cleaning supplies to wipe down machines, WiFi was not operational. It’s new and looks nice but not worth the hassle/price with that type of experience. A customer shouldn’t have to feel uncomfortable from asking questions about a facility there going to be spending $200+ on yearly.

Have only been there a few times but so far so good. I am disappointed that the pool is smaller and they have no racquet ball courts like the other locations but the other things are good so far.

They really want 264.09$ to have a membership with them and workout for 2 people. Wow these people are crazy matter just stick to working out at home. Seriously I urge anyone that see this to just save money and go elsewhere.
