Quay pushes me hard but not more than I can do. He is attentive to form and posture (awesome!). Youd be lucky to work with him!
I have worked with a few personal trainer throughout my fitness journey, but Quay is by far my favorite. He keeps the workouts interesting and fun. Quay has showed me new moves that I had never seen before. He has pushed me past my physical limitations to levels I never knew I had in me. During the workouts he never lets you give up, all while motivating you to get through them. I always feel amazing after a workout session with Quay. I highly recommend Quay to my friends, family and coworkers.
Just left Pasadena Strength & Conditioning had a 2 hr session with @Quayfit Coach D.Potts I went in and told him I wanted too work on my legs and still ended up getting the total body workout it was intense and amazing and he worked out with me rep for rep set for set if u want an amazing workout come here the facility has state of the art equipment and the variety is ridiculously good!
