After speaking with an employee, I found out they only check if people are wearing masks and wearing them properly every two hours supposedly. Most people workout for an hour so they would probably miss the numerous members not wearing masks or wearing them improperly. I suggest they have employees check and enforce proper mask wearing every half hour. You really dont need two people standing around in the front. One could go around the gym and remind people about their masks. Also, they could put signs up to remind people.
I like this location because the staff is friendlier here than some other locations to the west of this one. I also like the aesthetic of this location, it reminds me of a really cool bomb shelter maze with multiple levels are stairways to get around. The only downside is some of the equipment needs updating, and thats it really.
Great value gym with steam, sauna, pool and everything. Would be perfect if they had a clothing spinner in the locker room and if parking was free for 2 hours (it’s only free for 90mins in the structure with validation. 1hr street)
I booked a 3 day trial on the website. On THIS location, TERRIBLE. I wanted to try it because I just moved to the area and I was looking for the right gym to join. I drove around 16 minutes to get there. Upon the arrival, Elisa and net to her was Sandra, the person in charge of the gym told me that the trials were not applied on that location. i told her I actually could booked it through their website and she recalled having problems with that. I was upset by the situation but nothing you can do. I understood was not her fault, I really needed to use the restroom after driving all the way there and been refused to use the trial I got. I asked her to use the restroom and she denied the usage of the restroom. I find all of this is TERRIBLE, Ive worked for the hospitality for longer than 15 years, and after having a possible client with this website error that drove all the way to the gym and + that I refuse to use the restroom for 1 minute?..... Never coming back. Attached is my web confirmation.
Staff makes no attempts to enforce mask policy. They willfully ignore guests not wearing masks. This place should be shut down until they adjust their policies
I think the service is very important, and in this case this 24 hour gym won ! Abel is very nice, and he is always extremely friendly when everybody go there I’ve seen it a lot of times ... than you for your help Abel! And of course the machine, I can’t complaint, either way I’m coming to get better in health and body !
It takes a lot for me to go out of my way to write a bad yelp review, but it’s completely necessary given the experience that I had at the Pasadena 24 hour fitness two days ago.I’ve been wanting to join a gym recently so I decided to check out 24 hour fitness. I went on their website and saw that they were offering a 3 day free guest pass. Written front and center at the top of their page reads “Try us for 3 days FREE (gym pass).” I go ahead and sign up for it and shortly after receive an automated confirmation email. Later that day I also get a phone call from an employee at the Pasadena location confirming that I am coming in for a 3 day free pass and to find out what day and time I plan on coming in. He then sends me an appointment confirmation email which says to bring a photo ID and to come dressed to try out their equipment.I go in as scheduled and speak with Rian Younker, the fitness manager. First of all, he is unwelcoming and standoffish. I tell him I’m there for the 3 day free pass, and he tells me they aren’t doing those anymore due to COVID and having limited occupancy. So my question is, why is the 3 day pass advertised on their website, and why did I get a phone call and email confirmation from one of their employees saying I was all set to come in and use the pass? So I’m standing there like, so now what? And I ask if I’m not able to work out there then that day, and he responds saying I can get the one day guest pass. I said alright then I’ll take that, and he says it’s $25. Let me get this straight.. I can’t use the 3 day guest pass that is advertised on your website and confirmed by one of your employees because of COVID and limited occupancy, but I can purchase a $25 one day pass. Yeah so this really has nothing to do with COVID restrictions and more to do with them wanting to scam you out of your money and get you to sign up for a membership there and there.I still asked for a tour of the place because I wanted to see it, so Joshua, one of their employees, showed me around. He was nice and apologized for the situation and agreed to let me work out there that one day for free. So I signed the waiver form, and he went over packages with me, and then I headed up to the cardio floor to do a quick workout. Before I even start, Joshua comes back up to me saying that they (as in his manager) were giving him a hard time for letting me work out there for free. Joshua apologized again and offered to pay for my one day pass because even he realized how f***ed this was. I declined and decided to just leave. It was because of Joshua that I was even still considering purchasing a membership there after that unfriendly welcome from Rian. But after being pretty much kicked out, why would I ever spend money at a place run by such poor management? How this should have gone is they acknowledge their mistake with the false advertisement, apologize for the employee who mistakenly confirmed the 3 day pass with me, and offer me at least one day free because of the misunderstanding. Thanks Joshua for trying to do the right thing, and I’m sorry your manager is so awful. Nice employees don’t fit the mould of 24 hour fitness’ cold and money hungry ways.
One of the best 24 Hour Fitness gyms in Los Angeles County!
I have mixed feelings. Positives - EXCELLENT instructor Christinr M., get aerobic workout I need on workout machines, I can walk to and from it. Negatives - Looks like bomb shelter, very bad showers, bad parking. p. s. I meant to write Christine, not Christinr.
Parking is really limited, And the ones that open still offers limited time.. 2 hours is the max u can really get with parking.. If ur a true gym rat this isn’t the gym for u... Also the equipment is aged but still effective.. It’s in the basement of an old bank or something to that effect..
I was in Pasadena for a few days, needed a workout, and got a 24 hour pass from them for 20 bucks. What a horrible place!!! Megan at the front desk was nice and helpful but the people who go to this gym look like a bunch of low lifes...and most of them have no manners when it comes to gym etiquette. Plus, I didnt see anyone wiping own equipment nor did I see any towels and spray to clean the machines I was using...............yuck
Great customer service
Professional and nice team
Tried a free pass here to see if I like so I can join. Parking is hard to find. As far as the gym itself its got plenty of workout machines and varieties, but some machines had long weights. If you go do something else and come back there is probably someone else on that machine by the time you get back, so there is no choice but to wait for 5-10 min and waste time.
The Gym is now open at 4am. I have arrived here with other members during the week at this time, and the front desk clerk did not show up to let the members in. I don’t know if he overslept or whatever, but I called later to complain. The manager offered an apology and a free towel. He assured me this wouldn’t happen again. The next time I came in and told the front desk clerk that I was to receive a free towel, he rudely exclaimed that He didn’t know anything about it. I told him that their should be a note from his manager. Later, he found me and said that he found the note and to come see him. I ignored him for the simple fact that his attitude earlier was so disrespectful, that I no longer wanted to deal with him. Today, I showed up once again and the front desk clerk didn’t show up to open the club. There were at least 12 other members who got up early to get their workout in, just to be disappointed.
This is one unique gym. The only 24-hour fitness Ive been to.thats located in a basement. Street parking only. Showers had dirty curtains and none pf them had soap. Swimming pool was very cold and some jets of their jacuzzi was not working. Go somehwere else!
Been coming here for years. The management team is small and friendly. They never have broken machines. I always see the janitor cleaning something. Its not a huge place but I always have a good workout. Bathroom could use some improvement though.
I always love to workout right before it hits the next day! I am able to use more of the machines and not have to wait!! Hopefully they get newer machines to replace the old! Overall I had a awesome workout!
Boo. A new and unsure gym-goer. Tried to come in for a 3 day trial and was turned away at the door because they wouldn’t issue the trial before noon 🤷🏻♂️. Also seemed grimy and bleek compared to planet fitness. there are plenty of inexpensive gyms in LA.
Very convenient 3 story gym for Pas residents. Decent range of machines, although sometimes gets crowded and no treadmills are available. Only 2 true benches for bench press as well, so hard to find them unoccupied. Very full schedule of classes downstairs, plus changing rooms and a pool. Parking is about 1.5 blocks away near Fuller Seminary - you must keep your parking ticket and validate it to get 1-1.5 hrs free.
I’m a 16 year old that is interested in fitness and my experience was ruined by this rude employee named Greg. My dad is a member of 24 hour fitness and I’m his son trying out the gym and I had a 7 day guest pass which I used for 4 days and no issues with anyone till today. This employee named Greg refused to let me in cause i didn’t have any Identification even tho I have been issued a pass with no problems. I hope 24 fitness club looks into this rude employee.
Dont join this gym. The pool heater was broken for months on end and completely unusable. Called to cancel and they refused to charge a shady annual fee on top of monthly membership that had just hit the bank in the last few days.
Very rude and unprofessional customer service! I had the 3 day pass and wanted to try the classes at the facility and The front desk employee was very arrogant and rude who didn’t even let me into the facility the moment I said i came from another state without even listening to the remaining of my sentence he said the pass is only for locals and you can’t use the facility unless you pay 20usd! If you’re new in town that’s a place to avoid going as they are very unwelcoming and you sure can find a friendlier and professional facility who is willing in building a long lasting clientele
I WAS ROBBED AT THIS GYM! Had the lock cut off my locker and both my wallet and keys stolen! All in all after the lost cash, paying for new chipped car keys, house locks/keys, Drivers license, etc - I lost well over $500 and countless hours of my life. The worst part is throughout the whole ordeal I just was dealing with the front desk worker but never once did a supervisor come out to speak with me. When the cop arrived the supervisor finally decided to come out - and for whatever reason wouldnt even look at me or acknowledge me! He shook the cops hand and did the bare minimum to answer any questions the cop had, but again, at no point did he even reach out his hand to me and just simply say hey, I am so sorry this happened to you. Zero empathy! I have already enrolled into another gym and submitted a formal complaint online, but they also make that an impossible feat to get through to anyone. Ive been shuffled around numerous times and escalated. Its been over a week and the manager has not replied once! Someone from Membership services said they set my complaint as priority and ensures me the General Manager will call within ANOTHER 7-10 days ... Are you kidding me?! What a complete joke. I highly recommend you avoid this place at all costs - if I could give less than 1 star I would. And if you are sadly already a member I highly recommend you protect yourself by keeping your wallet and keys on you at all times, because obviously a secure lock on your locker does not ensure anything, and clearly the gym and their staff will do nothing to help you.
The biggest highlight of this location is not what it has... But what it has not.Noticeably absent is the sweaty butt crack smell around the facility. You might think Im joking but this is a big deal to me. Ive been to other 24hr locations where the gym smelled like a homeless encampment.Worthy of praise is the lack of filth in the mens dressing rooms. I am also pleased with the mens room size and overall cleaningless. The layout of this gym is unique. It is not your typical setup. It is underground and multilayered. It took me a couple of visits to find my way around. I dig this setup big time. This is a no bells and whistles gym... And I am judging it accordingly. The fact that this gym has 2 saunas and a pool is a big deal given its current Sport denomination. The sales people here are very intense but I guess that is to be expected. No is your most powerful vocabulary word when you see the sales people for the first time. They will try to stuff you like a Thanksgiving turkey with things you dont want or need . I came to activate a Costco voucher (which is the best deal in the world) and the fellow was trying to get me to open a regular membership with personal training instead (which costs substantially more). I figured the Costco membership voucher yields the sales fellow no commission. I politely had to say no more than 5 times. You gotta watch those sales people... they are doing whats best for their wallet... not yours. All else is good.
Really busy from 5 to 7. It’s multiple levels below street grade and can feel like a dungeon. Equipment is maintained but shows some age. Convenient location. They validate for 60 or 90 minutes depending on the time of day. Street parking is also available but can also be congested.
Well I like the gym, but the locker room is very dirty and smelly. The tile in the showers are filthy. The bathroom floor is disgusting, pee is all on the floor and smells terrible. Bottom line is the people that workout there need to care more and pickup their trash and make sure they pee in the urinals and flush them. They also need to hire competent workers to take pride in their job and clean better. The management needs to do a better job selecting members. There are numerous homeless people that just come to shower or sleep in the waiting area. Every year the gym gets worse. I guess its hard to keep up with taking care of a 24hr gym. Maybe they should have someone come in and clean through out the day! I dont know how much longer I can put up with it before I cancel and go to LA Fitness
This place is in a basement and usually smells really bad and the biggest issue is the parking. I kept coming back because of the body pump class but I will try to avoid it as much as possible moving foward.I just had the worst experience with the front desk. As I walked out I validated my parking ticket and I asked the clerk to please make sure it worked because it has failed me in the past and I had to pay for the parking. He looked at me super annoyed, like I was asking for to much but answered my question and assured me it worked. I get to the parking lot and ....the validation did not work. I go back to the gym and tell him it did not work to what he tells me there nothing he cant do and to deal with it my self. At this point i was very frustrated with his attitude and my parking issue. I reminded him that this is the third time I have this issue and needs to be resolved..and of course he is of no help. I tell him I can call the parking office my self but I needed proof my ticket was validated to what he send he cant give anything there nothing he ca do....😡The attitude of this guy really surprised me usually the staff is super friendly. Just stay away from the gym, because it will cost you 8 dollars to just to park.
I went to this gym a few times to swim, but the pool was too cold... Other equipments looked decent.
This is a big gym, multiple levels with a swimming pool, sauna and steam room. I give it an average score for its cleanliness. Some of their equipment is dated as well. They offered many membership promotions which I think is affordable and reasonable for the area. Pasadena has many gyms and this wouldnt be my first option.
I have been to several 24hour fitness gyms, i.e pasadena and Altadena and both of them are closed from 12 am-4 am. WTH? They should change their business name to 20 hour fitness. Or charge us half the monthly cost we are giving them.
This gum has changed my life. Swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, multiple types of cardio machines, free weights/machines.Great place to go with friends or alone. Friendly staff available
Not the fanciest gym Ive been to but it does the job. I use it mostly for swimming and the sauna room. The front desk people could be a little friendlier but I mean Im there to work-out, not to mingle with people.
I would only come to use the pool, which was typically not crowded and the other members were polite and knew how to lane-share while swimming. Losing a star because parking is in a garage two blocks away and you only get about hour with validation (90 minutes, less time walked to 24hr and time to change/etc). So you have a shorter time to workout or in my case swim than I sometimes would need.Cant speak to the rest of the facility as I never used it. Staff always seemed friendly
Amazing service. Employee Chris was very nice and helpful. Highly recommended
I almost didnt join this gym because of the poor ratings. Glad I didnt listen! It is a solid gym. Sure its in a basement and the equipment isnt shiny and new, but it gets the job done. The staff is nice as well.
Its a cool spot of you like being away from public view since its in a basement. Its get a bit fresh down there so you dont really feel like youre breaking a sweat. They can do without the fans o. Since the point is to sweat.
Okay gym, this is a regular Sport and not one of the Super Sports so although there is no towel service offered here, its more affordable. Ultimately, its a gym. A little dirty and has a lot of old equipment, but has everything you need to get a good workout in.
Its 6:45am and hasnt opened....it was supposed to open at 4am. People outside waiting. Cant someone replace the person that slept in? Come on!
This 24 hour fitness is the worst. All there equipment is out of date. A lot of the equipment didnt work. The vibe there is just horrible. I will never come back to this 24. I had to cut my workout short to go to another 24 hour fitness.
Ü dont deserve to be called 24 hour fitness if your gym is not open after midnight 💯 #LAFitness
A poor attempt at a gym.. I guess conveniently located if you live in old town Pasadena.. The mens locker room had only two showers available.. Dirty floors.. Dungeon like setting.. No hot tubs or pool.. 3 floors situated on 1/10 of a building..
It doesnt have the newest stuff but its never too crowded and staff are always helpful and friendly. The location is really ideal and the parking structure is just a few steps away if there isn’t any street parking available. To the man who said theres no pool...theres a pool and its pretty nice. Stop posting uninformed reviews. Also, not all 24 locations have pools.
I like that there are many various machines that I can use. Bigger and more lockers. I enjoy working with my personal trainer. One of these days, I will try the pool. Ive tried the steam room and sauna. I just wish that Wi-Fi was free and available. Working out is quite a challenge for me without listening to upbeat music.
If you pay an expensive membership for a 24 hour fitness and this is your primary gym you go to, then this is one of the worst 24 hour fitness gyms you can probably use. I can validly say that this gym is really bad for a sport tier. The gym smells bad. Its in the basement of course. Additionally, the free weights area is so disorganized. The equipment is everywhere and the machines are all close together. Please skip this one.
Solid gym. Doesnt have the newest equipment, but the tradeoff is that its never overly busy even when it comes to new year resolution time. Staff is always friendly and no bro type crowd here.
A Great place to be plus trainers are avabile when you sign up!
This is an old newspaper factory. It is a bit eerie on the lower level where the locker rooms are located. The equipment is limited. The layout of the gym is awkward. Oh, and horrible parking. I actually couldnt find the lot, which only offers free validation for I think an hour. (I cant remember what they told me).
I work out every night my second houseCleaning lady is the best hard worker ever seenPlease give her a rease
Great friendly staff.... Awsome trainers... just wish the place was bigger allowing for a larger lap pool....
This gym is poorly maintained, dirty, and has outdated equipment. Gym managers come and go and none of them make any real changes. The AC breaks down frequently turning the gym into a swamp.
Awesome location .used to be a new paper print or something or. Other anywho good location good size cool history
Ive been to a lot of different 24 hour locations throughout Southern California, and this location is not the worst but rivals the worst. The lay out is strange, it does seem a little dirty and worn down. Also dont expect your wifi to connect. But for the positive, this location does have almost everything youll need for a workout regardless of what youre trying to do.
They call this place the pit for a reason, even the equipment seems like it belongs there. Only thing nice about this place is the pool.
I love this place! Its cozy and not busy and old school with really great people!
This 24 needs to be shut down, renovated and reopened. 24 hour filthiness is what it should be called.
Great
Drove 45 minutes to try out the gym. Get there and they say we can’t use the pass after 9. The website didn’t say anything about a time restraint. And they guy was trying to get 20 dollars out of me. Got there at 9:02 pm. Customer service isn’t great.
I love this gym but they need some serious upgrades and deep cleaning
Very clean club. Nice location. Parking could be better.
Great place, but a little hard to find since its underneath the La Cordon Bleu place. PRO TIP: to find the entrance, go toward the middle of Oakland and its to the right of this gate before the Parking lot.
I am a huge fan of this gym. The equipment is old, the place isnt always clean, but the staff is super friendly. You can always find a machine and, when the members are not being d*cks, the weights are easy to find.
The reviews kind of scared me, I decided to try the place out and let me tell you if youre looking for a good place just to get a good work out then 24 hour Fitness is the perfect place for you.Its my first month working out at this gym its worth it and its close to home.
Equipment is a bit old and not as big some others, but staff is great and everything is maintained well.
I enjoy the gym alot here it has a pool and its 24 hours so I come here at 9 be done by 11
First off, I want to make it clear that I had considered myself a regular at this specific gym for years so my review is not so much on any one time experience with this facility but just how full of itself it really is.To begin, the gym itself is usually quite dirty, under-ventilated, staffed by what appears to be unqualified trainers just looking for their next victim, and overcrowded. However, despite the above mentioned points, I did come to this facility because of the proximity to my home, and simply put, it really was on par with most of the other 24 hour fitness facilities in the area anyway(including the Super Sports which are extremely overpriced). The reason I decided to write this review is because I found out today that my membership had ended yesterday without any sort of warning or heads up via email or by the staff members at this facility themselves despite being there several times in the past few weeks (the latest being 3 days ago).Okay, no problem, my membership has ended before and I have renewed it several times via COSTCO; however, I also found out today that the gym decided they are now considered a Super Sport facility which does change things up a bit. I was advised by the staff member this change happened recently (something I was completely unaware of) and is simply based on the square footage of the location. To be clear, this is what the staff member told me. He also told me the facility has upgraded as well but this is simply not true. If you dont believe me ask anyone who has been a regular here beforehand. Yes, the gym has recently renewed itself by redoing the pool area, painting the walls, and moving around the equipment; however, the staff member himself was unable to answer what upgrades he was referring to and did confirm that nothing new has been added to the facility. So, the facility now believes it has become a Super Sport which in itself means the going rate for this specific club (which is the exact same as it was before it made this change in title) has gone from $399 for a 2 year membership to a staggering $699 for the same membership (these are COSTCO prices, the prices at the club are even higher.) As if this wasnt a slap in this face by itself.I guess some people dont care if they throw away their money, or are simply swindled, but I care so when the staff member told me this with the same expression as David Spade (as that airline steward on Saturday Night Live (Bye Bye Now)), I was a bit perturbed. On top of this, when I asked the guy if I could just work out today, and give some thought on what I want to do as far as renewing my membership is concerned, I was blown away by his answer. Let me set the stage: I have been a member of 24 hour fitness for well over 10 years, I have basically made my home base this location for years, and my membership ran out yesterday without any notice (Okay, that falls on me I suppose), yet when I asked him if I could stay for the day (in essence receive a one day since I was already there), the guy looked me in the face and told me it would cost me $25 to do so.I was speechless. I have received a thousand 3 to 5 day passes in the mail trying to get my friends and family to join up and when I need one I cant even stay for one day without paying?I suppose the word loyalty does not carry much weight at 24 hour fitness. In conclusion, despite being a regular for years at this gym (for no other real reason other than proximity to my home), I do not recommend it, especially now that it will cost you so much more to attend.
Its amazing that 24 hour fitness was able to put a location in Pasadena, nice place to workout, friendly staff.. I dont like the fact that parking is 2 blocks away and you can only park of 1 hr at a time
Clean facility. Its starting to show the age of this gym. But I think the crowd that goes here and the staff are pretty good.
Its an awkward setup and it could definitely use more cleanup stations (so I can wipe the machines before and after using them, because Im not a big fan of communicable diseases and nobody else seems concerned in wiping after themselves.) Its otherwise, ok.
Been a member for 10 years and finally had it with this place and said goodbye. When instructors are grossed out during class you know its bad...as others have pointed out lots of homeless people, filthy machines, balls of hair and mold clogging the showers, and sweaty men jumping in fully clothed into the lap pool. Yikes.
I just wish the equipment was more modern
Facilities are cleaner than most other 24HFs and staff is friendly. No machines are kept out of order for long and the wifi is much appreciated. You just better be ok with lots of stairs.
Really convenient for me and the GM(David) made sure that I was happy.
What gym is this? 1980? Bad machines and floor an everything. Workers are nice!
One of the worst gyms I have ever been to.Gym equipment is always cluttered, very dirty, and not a clean environmentThe staff that works there is extremely unprofessional and not engaged. The sales process was very broken, multiple employees didnt even know the sales process or knew of their own clubs rules and regulations.Doesnt surprise me one bit that management has a very high turnover rate.Customer Service revolved around handing me off from rep to another.Although changes will probably not be implemented, they need to be and quickly, and also doesnt surprise me that 24 faced a big class action law suit.Clubs like the old town Pasadena club are reasons why 24 has a bad reputation.
My favorite gym its pricey Ive gone to other gyms to save money but I always come back the machines the people and the hours are great for me
Terrible experience with the night staff, absolutely unprofessional. Will never be returning, except to cancel my member ship :( ! I am so sad because this was the only place I could dance. A few weeks after a phone conversation confirming it was ok on July 22 or 23rd, I was basically accused of being a liar by the staff and harassed twice while at this gym by 2 staff members. (I called saying I was new to the area and was turned away by all the gyms and was hoping I could dance there, I was thrilled when they said yes!) I was cornered while at the gym and scolded who I got permission from, geez I didnt know I was going to need evidence! I hope internally the staff can come to conclusion on this one. :((((((((( !
Not clean.. really nasty . need health department
I would give this place 5 stars if it was clean and the machines maintained. The place is dirty.
Customer service was okay and locker rooms clean enough but it is so HOT. If your not near one of the big fans while doing your cardio, good luck!
Its in a basement of a basement, and the pool and shower is at a basement under that. With unhappy, unfriendly workers, just trying to get that commission from new listings of new memberships to hot girls. Otherwise they dont really care and rude, unappreciative answers when asked a question.
THey got lots of machines and plates than other gyms I tried. The sauna after my workout makes it complete!
Great location, but not the best of options. Place is underground and smells like a giant jock strap.
Its not the cleanest, but it has a decent number of squat racks. Parking can be a potential problem with options of street or a garage with validation on Union and Oakland
Smaller gym that is based underground, which makes the place feel like a dungeon. Also, the ventilation here is lacking, so it tends to smell musky and damp. Parking isnt the greatest either.
Love this location for the sauna and more open space than other locations.
If you want old women looking at your junk while they clean the mens locker room, this is the place for you. Still dont understand why this keeps happening . Cant even shower before going home. They should have signs up that say the locker room is closed at 12:30am.
Very strong gas leak smell here for awhile now, which could be dangerous.
-Out of date-lockers require padlock, and the few that have the updated combination lockers dont even work-staff is ok
I normally go to a different 24 hour but I’m in LA for the weekend and needed a place to go. The weights are out of order, carabiners are broken on the cable machines, cleaning wipes laying all over the floor. Terrible facility.
It looks clean, it is not crowded and the staff is helpful!
Its a mess. I came from Chuze Fitness in Cypress. Despite the heftier price, the place is disorganized, dirty, and unprofessional. The dumbells are scattered everywhere, so as a result, most of the time you will see people roaming around looking for the missing pair, including me. Its a HUGE waste of time and an inconvenience. Its like some of these people dont even know how to read numbers. Also, I expect staff to come down sometimes and reorganize the weights from time to time like Chuze Fitness does, but noOOo. They are busy screwing around. Please listen to your reviewers and consider making a change. Ill come back occasionally to update the progress of this gym... but I wont be expecting anything. Ill add pictures soon as well.
This is probably the dirtiest 24 Hour fitness Ive been too. I had to leave. Its gross.
Industrial vibe building! Hardbody Hotties Chics hit this gym and there is always parking!! Love this location!!!
Thiz club isnt too bad. It reminds me of the one in downtown san francisco... exposed cement walls, ventilation, and piping. Like an old building but still has all the amenities of a sport level... im 63 so the ceilings are a little low in the pool area, cool otherwise
The staff are rude. I just moved to Pasadena and all the gyms around here like breakthru gave me free trial classes for 3 days and these guys said I can drop in for free session but since I didnt had local Pasadena Id, they didnt let me in despite being told over the phone that I can come by which is ridiculous. The place is muddy and cluttered and overcrowded.
I been going to this gym the past 9months and its perfect for what i want. I do my workouts and my burnouts. Parking is not a problem because i jogg to the gym 2 -3 miles to do my cardio. The point is i dont pay for the walls to be clean or to have a bigger shower or to have great customer service at signed up. I pay to work out and get my results. the rest is history.if i pay 100$ a monthly i expect a perfect gym even a massage room. But you pay for what you get that is to focus on your training not on other things. Over all great gym ps. Plz put a big banner stating work out or get the f### out. I hate the fact ppl babysit the equipment.
Club has had many break downs these past few weeks. The Spa was down for three weeks plus, the rec room was damaged during the rain in November and it hasnt been fixed. No Zumba classes in weeks, its just not acceptable.
