Great little place to workout at. Communication on instagram was done accurately and quickly as described one the 1 day pass.

A bit small but that’s the whole point, avoid commercial gyms lol nice crowd everyone on their own business unlike other places 👍🏽

AMAZING GYM with a lot of great equipment and treadmills.If you aren’t looking for something fancy and just want to be away from the overcrowded commercial gyms, then this is your place.Gym is always clean and well maintained.Owners are really nice and knowledgeable.

I don’t live in Houston, so when I visit I like to go to the gym. This place has probably the least profesional customer service. The person that answers goes “ hello? What?” I don’t know if I’m calling McDonald’s, the wrong number, or my grandma. The person that answered accused me of not being professional for messaging them on their number the night before. THE number I GOT FROM GOOGLE. I pushed through that and went anyway. There was a shirtless guy using all the machines with his friends, just great during Covid 19. The gym itself is pretty okay, a little dirty.

This is an excellent gym to workout at. It is a mom and pop style gym with plenty of good equipment and a clean bathroom. With friendly and knowledgeable owners, you can’t go wrong spending your time getting fit here.

The best gym! Absolutely love the owners, known them for a long time and they are wonderful. Definitely be back again.

Checked out this gym last month and got a day pass. If it wasnt for me working out of town I would definitely get a membershipOwners are bad ass, good environment and judge free zone!If yall are in that side of town yall need to check them out !!!!
