I come here for physical therapy ordered by my orthopedic doctor. The people who work here are so friendly. They also offer you heat to get your muscles ready for your therapy and offer you ice to ice down your muscles after your session. Make sure to get there on time, parking is sometimes a little tight.

My favorite place to workout! Every summer I come back to visit for 2 months and I always look forward to my workout sessions at Catz. Morning class with Kendrick are guaranteed to make you sweat.This year I even signed up my kids for the young athlete’s agility and strength training classes. The kids really enjoyed their classes too. We will definitely be back next summer.

Catz is a top flight organization. Everyone is professional, kind and encouraging. AG and the entire crew have been wonderful from day one. My overall improvement has been phenomenal. They have definitely improved my quality of life.
