Extreme Clean power washed a home for me last week. They did a fantastic job, were very professional, provided an estimate in a timely manner. Emailed and called to confirm the appointment. Informed me when the service was completed. They went above and beyond my expectations as they even pressure washed the concrete. I highly recommend their services and will use again.

Amazing. Thats the one word that sums up everything about this company. When I called, the owner answered. -rare- He said theyre scheduling three weeks out. I voiced dismay, because I really wanted it done sooner, so he scheduled it three days out. Nice.. The owner showed up to do the work.We had all of the concrete surrounding our pool, as well as our deck and deck railing done.He worked for over two hours. Ive gotten power washing before where theyre in and out in an hour. I wondered if it was taking so long because there were problems, but realized it was because he was doing such a thorough job!I dont think Ive seen that concrete so sparkling white, even when we first moved in! I was told in advance that they cant clean under the straps that hold the pool cover on, which I understood, but he took the time to carefully clean under every one of them! when he was done, the deck and the concrete were so clean and bright, it literally hurt my eyes when the sun shone on it! (Ill add before and after pics later)I gave a generous tip because of how hard he had worked and he told me it was too much money... Who does that? A businessman who is honest, thats who!So in a nutshell, great company, that does great work, at a fair price. This is a small, local business, that Im happy to support!

I contacted, Chris at Extreme Clean, left a message, and was promptly responded to within two hours. An estimated was sent for the gutter cleaning via email, and after I accepted, we set up a day and time frame for a gutter cleaning/gutter power washing. Chris showed up in the agreed upon time frame, explained what he was going to do, and began work. The cleaning of the gutters and the power washing only took about roughly an hour, and Chris tested the water flow to make sure there was no more blockage from the down spouts. After work was completed, Chris told me to give him a call if I notice any other blockages or water not flowing freely through the down spouts, and if there was a problem he would come back and take care of it.I will definitely be using Extreme Clean again for a house/deck complete power washing in the near future. The gutters on my house have never looked as clean. Personally, I’ve used two other gutter cleaning services in the past, and Extreme Clean is by far the best without question. The price quote was extremely fair (cheaper than the two previous services I’ve used before discovering Extreme Clean), and the work/attention to detail/professionalism was leagues better than other places. Highly recommended, best gutter/power washing service I’ve used.

As a contractor that always goes the extra mile, I was very surprised when I came home to the work that was completed by Chris and his crew. Not only did my concrete shine, my house looks amazing. Then, I took a walk around the house and found my 4 wheeler completely cleaned and shining like the rest of my house. That wasnt included, they decided to do this as the extra step in service. Its very hard to find a company that goes over and beyond without being asked. Hands down the best exterior cleaning service I have ever come across. Great job guys! It takes a lot to impress me but you guys did it hands down.

I am the neighbor of the comment from Ms. Hood, and the customer who received service from Chris. I first want to state that we live in a townhome community. When I was first informed that Ms. Hood has an issue during the wash, Chris and his team notified me immediately. They then offered a solution to not go near her home again to complete the service. Although, I personally looked myself to ensure there was no mess on her property. I am sorry Ms. Hood claims her property was “caked with brown crud,” however I saw no evidence of that. I hope Ms. Hood gives Chris an opportunity to rectify what grievance she has.

As the neighboring house of one cleaned by this company, I’m not too impressed. I understand things get wet but the mud and crud from others shouldn’t be pushed to me. I take pride in my things. My new deck, air conditioner, lattice, and screen room were caked with brown crud. Please be mindful of properties who aren’t paying you. I shouldn’t have a mess to clean up, at least attempt to rinse it down.

Cannot recommend Extreme Clean enough for gutter cleaning. They had appointments available and worked with my schedule to have someone at the house and had the gutters cleaned. They even went a step further to clear out a portion of buried line that my downspout feeds into to get water away from the house. Their prices were reasonable and their staff was courteous and professional.

Hello, just had Extreme complete power washing activities at my residence. Communication was exceptional from my first contact with the company. They came out and generated an estimate for the project and provided a competitive price. Scheduled the job and task was completed without an issue. Our home and garage has white vinyl siding and all sections came out looking like it was just installed. They also power washed a composite deck and could not find any spots that were missed during the process. Also, no siding or decking components were damaged during the pressure washing task.The company also provided electronic updates from the time job was scheduled till its completion. We recently bought an old house with a slate roof that was in pretty bad shape, lots of black/organic matter and staining, and we were hoping to get at least some of that staining removed but are completely blown away by the results! When I drove home from work that afternoon was shocked to see all of the staining had been removed, without damaging any of the expensive slate tiles in the process. All of our neighbors immediately saw the difference and were so impressed, and the prior owners said they wished they knew how easy it was to get it cleaned! They did an amazing job on our siding! They taped the door locks, removed and replaced the door mats and my wreath! They did the whole house (colonial 2 story) in less than 2hrs. They even threw in some bonus cleaning of parts of the property that don’t normally come with the whole house cleaning! Very friendly gentlemen and very professional. Our roof had black streaks all over it before Extreme Clean came out and gave it a good washing. Now it looks like a brand new roof and enhances the curb appeal of our home!! Chris was very thorough in explaining the entire process to me and why they use a soft wash on roofs instead of power washing. He took great care to water and cover all the plants in my garden with a special covering that would not overheat or wilt the plants. Make sure you take BEFORE pictures because its hard to believe how dirty things were! Chriss prices are great too...no middle man.

We chose Extreme Clean to power wash (soft wash) our house not knowing if it was a good or poor choice. It was an excellent choice. Chris was here early, worked hard, and did’nt leave until about 3pm..He cleaned the siding, brick facade, windows, gutters, and shutters, and even the roof. He also cleaned some fencing that was’nt included in our estimate. He was very thorough, going so far as to tape around exterior lighting and electrical fixtures, as well as covering any shrubbery against the possibility of damage. He even went so far as to make sure that any dirty runoff and chemicals used on the roof went into an enclosed bag, and placed neutralizes at the bottom openings of downspouts so no chemicals went into the ground. Oh, and the house now looks great, with clean gutters and roof (which has a 3 year guarantee). The price was fair given the amount done, and we highly recommend Extreme Clean Power Washing for anyone needing similar work done.
