I am the owner. I am attacked here because of my political views. 2 of these negative post are from individuals from other states. They attack my fb personal and professional accounts. As this is the only way I can defend my business. I have never met nor do I know these people.

I really wish I could say something positive here. I ignore prior comments since they seemed to stem from personal indifferences and not the caliber of Bills work. I also fully understand how these reviews can get far too negative and we never hear about the positive experiences. My wife and I recently moved to Pasadena and have been doing a lot of work to the home we purchased. I needed two gutters replaced with a larger volume system. This business is within one mile of my property so I thought it would be best to show support for a local company. I called this company and left a message regarding the gutter upgrade. I received no returned phone call. A few days later, I ran into Bill after seeing his truck at a local store. Bill and I chatted for a moment and he agreed to meet me at my house upon a specified time. I left my office in Baltimore early on that day to meet him at our property. Bill never showed and didnt extend a phone call. I guess he has enough business and didnt want mine. Complete waste of my time.

Im not quite sure these negative reviews are for Bills Seamless Gutters. This is now the 2nd time Ive used his services. Excellent customer service and he goes way beyond expectations. Would definitely recommend!

This company is run by a very unprofessional man. He is going around on Facebook messaging people I know harnessing them and threatening to slander them over a situation that do not pertain to him. If you are going to run a business you should not involve yourself and your personal Facebook that is attached to your business page in drama and negativity.

Very unprofessional.Messaging mothers on facebook and threatening them because his daughter got in a disagreement in a group. Also went on one womans business page and started slandering her on it when he didnt even know the situation and she really wasnt involved in it.Word of advice for future reference to the business owner/father of the girl: keep your home life out of your work/business life.
