Update: Test drove the car during a rainy day. Noticed afterwards that there was several chips on the windshield...Dealership could not help with this. I feel like cars should be inspected for this kinda of thingsGot a new to me car from Bayway!Sandra was my sales person at the dealership. She was also very patient with with test drive as I wanted to make sure all the safety features are working. I told them the car I wanted and she showed me everything I needed before making the purchase. The best part was that here was no pressure from her and was reasonable around negotiating the out the door price.Definitely would consider purchasing another car from her! We were really nervous about doing an out of town trade in but Bayway made it well worth the 200 mile drive. We ended up saving $12k compared to what our local dealership was willing to do on the same trade. Brought my 2020 Ram 1500 in for a typical 20k mile service. In the process, they accidentally scratched the paint on my drivers mirror. They were honest and told me about as soon as it happened (they could have not said anything and I would have left without seeing it, never knowing where that scratch occurred). They were apologetic and offered to fix it for me. However, since I couldnt return there easily to have that work done, they agreed to come out to my place on a future date when their touch-up guy was going to be in, pick up my truck, take it back to the shop for the fix, and return it to me same day. They did all this last week and the touch up is excellent. Kudos to Service (Bill) for being up front and honest and taking care of the problem. Easy and no inconvenience for me. Highly recommended Service Dept!

I searched all over the southeast for a particular configuration (packages & colors) and found a likely candidate at Bayway Jeep. My wife and I made the 460 mile journey to see this jewel. We were met by Anthony (Tony) Purcell on the lot. They had a large selection of Jeep Gladiators on the lot and Tony led us to the model we wanted to see. Throughout the process Tony listened to our needs and concerns and was genuinely interested with getting this Jeep for us. The sales manager, Jimmy was also extremely nice and helpful, not the adversarial posture I have dealt with in the past from some sales managers. This is one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had.I inquired about a Ram 1500 Limited online. Within five minutes I received a phone call from Sandra. We scheduled a test drive, I asked for a few more photos and she sent them promptly.I arrived and I was greeted by Sandra, who would be my saleswoman. Her patience, personality and friendliness made the test drive, negotiations and questions very easy. We settled on a price and she forwarded me to Steve, one of the sales managers.Steve’s straight forwardness and humor made warranty or package talks easy. The service writer was very good and helpful. The service department on the other hand was not that good in my opinion. They fixed the issues with my truck but the way they went about it made no sense. They said they would have it at least diagnosed in 24-48 hrs but after contacting them for a week they finally started on it. They also took my front end apart to install new springs but never realigned the front end so now my tires are pretty much bad. Everyone you actually meet is nice but service department is garbage.

I’ve purchased a few new vehicles from Bayway. Typical old school buying experience. “How much do you want to pay a month”, “let me ask my manager”, haggle haggle haggle. Not a modern buying experience at all.I would have rated them 3 for that, but last year. I called my normal salesman and negotiated a price on new Charger. He got back to me and gave me a price. I quickly got back to him and told him we had a deal. He then comes back and tells me someone else bought it. This is literally within an hour of the first conversation. I passed that car lot every day on my way to work and that car never sold for over a month. The only explanation can be that the sales guy made promises he couldn’t keep.Anyways, I went to another dealer and have purchased 2 cars. Better experience and they immediately give you a price via text in writing and are always below MSRP by a good percentage. No haggling necessary.

We purchased a new Jeep here 2 years ago, and had a great experience, so when we were purchasing again, we felt comfortable going back. It was NOT the same experience. My explanation why would be just too incredibly long, but in short, they have been unprofessional, unorganized, and no respect for the buyers time. They made a fast deal and thats what their focus was. That was all during the buying process. Our vehicle needed paint touch up, which we knew at the time of purchase. Now we have brought it back for the repair, we had scheduled it a week in advance. The repair was expected to take a couple of days. They have had my car for 4 days now, and I receive a phone call that the coating they need for the car is out of stock and on back order, and may not be in until Monday or Tuesday of next week. So now, the repair on the car has been started, and now my car is just sitting in the shop. This is something they should have known. I would have waited to bring my car in until it was in stock. Goes back to them being unprofessional and unorganized.

Keegan Hunter was our salesman. He lied more than once and doesn’t keep his word. He told us no payments for 3 months and we had to pay the first month. He told us he was going to order a part for our car that was broken when we purchased it and never did. He also lied to the person that referred us and told them that I stole their referral money. He said he gave the referral money to me to give to them which he did NOT! I absolutely love my car! This is solely a review on Keegan Hunter the salesman.

My wife wanted a Grand Cherokee so we headed for Bayway Pasadena. In 2018 I bought my Wangler from them after a bad experience at Clearlake Dodge. She found the one she wanted and we came back to get it on Monday. Small miscommunication was made about it having LED light. Our team (that right we had a team sales staff) searched high and low and found exactly what she wanted in Palestine TX. They went there and got it for her. They went out of there way to make her happy when other dealerships would have said “sorry we don’t have it” and sent us packing. This is a class A dealership built around making the customer happy. Wow. Thank you Adam Hockenberry! I made a call at 9:00 am on a Friday morning and I explained to Adam that I did not want to come and negotiate in person because of the Coronavirus. That was no problem for Adam Hockenberry, my Jeep Advisor. He went and took pictures of the cars for me and we texted, talked, and emailed throughout the morning while I was working. He worked hard for me to figure what would be the best deal and take advantage of the best incentives for my situation. I had been dealing with a different dealership for over a week and was getting very frustrated with how long it was taking and they were constantly asking when I was going to come in. I hate that tactic to begin with, especially now during a pandemic. That is what prompted me to call Bayway. A few hours later Adam and I had worked out a deal and that evening I was able to sign papers quickly and be on my way in my new Jeep Grand Cherokee! This was the simplest car sales experience I have ever had!
I have bought several vehicles from multiple dealers and your service department is by far the worst I have ever encountered . I visited 4 times . The first visit I went to get my Ram box checked beacuse it was falling apart on one of the corners . So your service representative said he wouldnt know if the part was in inventory because the techs were gone for the day . I went 2-3 days later at an earlier time to make sure a tech was available and the part had to get ordered. I get a message/call roughly 1.5-2 weeks later that my part was ready for install . 3rd visit i show up for install and they tell me after 30 minutes of waiting in the lobby that the part was in but had to get painted . So at this point I left very upset ! A few days later I get another message/call that part is ready for install AGAIN !! So I show up for the 4th time and as I check in and waiting again for about 30 min again they tell that the part was scratched and was going to get sent back for touch up ! I dont know about you guys but anyone would consider this very poor and unprofessional service . I had just bought that 2020 Ram 2500 Diesel Limited series in November of 2020 and you guys lost about 4 more clients plus me . Two friends and 2 family relatives were ready to purchase one after seeing mine but I shared my experience with them of your service and they got their trucks but at another RAM dealership . Sad thing we purcahsed a used Escalade last year at Bayway Lincoln and completely opposite experience than Bayway Dodge .

Well, it was a long 12 weeks but Bayway delivered the Ram 3500 as promised. From Pasadena Texas to Phoenix AZ. I have only had truck for two weeks at this point but so far so good. The staff at Bayway were very helpful along the way and my salesman, Eli Walters was informative, accomodating and always kept me informed of the status of our deal. I would recommend Bayway for all your vehicle needs.
My experience was great with the salesman however when it came to finalizing the purchase it was horrible. I came in with my own financing so I declined to have my credit checked by the financing department. By my surprise, my credit was ran without my approval. I expressed how upset I was by this, he replied that he ran it to see if he could offer me something better than what I was approved for at my bank (1.95%). I found this to be the most unprofessional behavior to start. Not to mention he asked what was I worried about “is your credit bad”?As the process furthered he explained there was an additional $500 being applied to cover the payoff of my trade in. I asked for the keys to my old Jeep, stating I was not going to play a game. I had already agreed on a sales price including my trade in. My salesman spoke with my bank just before going into the finance department for a 20-21 day exact payoff amount. All this was calculated prior to going into the finance department. This $500 charge was removed with a remark “we will just have to eat the cost”. Today is February 3 (21 days post purchase) the payoff on my trade in has not been fulfilled by the dealership. I signed a contract with this dealership for a payoff of my trade in. According to my bank, I’m responsible for the payments until the dealership sends the payoff. I’ve bought several vehicles over the years, there is always a game played on their part to tack on more charges so they get a better deal off the customer. When you want to purchase a vehicle, beware of what you want to pay and go over every detail and see if it works for you. As for me, I can not do business on this level.
