I wouldnt give any stars if I could. I understand that service is never a priority for barber shops but this place takes it to a new level. My 9 year old son and I walked in early on a Saturday morning, approx. 810am. I said Good morning and didnt get a response or an acknowledgement. Whatever, no big deal. My son and I were the only customers in the shop the whole time. My son asked why we were waiting being that the barbers were available. Then after about ten minutes of waiting one of the two barbers sitting there says, the other barber will be in shortly, we have appointments in a couple minutes. 20 min later the first customer walks in saying how he was going sleep in more because he was tired (he was obviously late for his appointment. The other barber, tall, bald, heavy set guy just laughed to himself while sitting in his chair while we continued to wait for an appointment. They could have easily cut my hair and my sons in the 25-30 min we sat waiting. If you know these guys then youre in but if youre new, dont expect them to care about the business you bring to them.My son told me Dad, lets get out of here. We got up and walked out. Again, no acknowledgement. One last thing, good luck making an appointment, their number is not listed on their site.
Troy gives the best haircuts. He is classy, on time, and extremely professional. It doesnt hurt that hes also very funny and is a good listener too.... As you would expect a good barber should be. Ask him about his VIP club.
Just left with the best haircut Ive ever had, period. Edgar is super detail oriented and on point. Also, where else can you get a cut of this level for $15??!! Man, Edgar proved to me I havent had a good barber for many years now. Ive been used to paying $30 for a garbage low fade with bulk. The 2 other guys there were turning out some really good fades too. For those of you crying about waiting, go somewhere else that doesnt care. Or, make an appointment, this place takes their time and focuses on details to make you look your best. 6 stars if I could guys.
If I could give negative stars, I would. They have lettering on their front facing window that says WALK INS WELCOME. I go inside, and there are two barbers. One is busy, the other is free, just staring at his phone.I nod to the barber not working in acknowledgement. He tells me they only take appointments, and that theyre all booked today. I point out the sign outside, and point out that it is very misleading, obviously they dont accommodate walk ins in any way, even first-time potential customers. What made this more frustrating was that the free barber said they were all booked for today, while just sitting there forever gawking at his phone. I walked past this place half and hour before coming back to check it out. I had peeked in, and that same barber was staring at his phone like it was paying him to cut its hair.Dont come here, this is textbook poor customer service. Especially at a potential first-time client - before that interaction, I was looking forward to giving a local business some money. For reference, the barber I spoke to was like a seat or two in, at around 1:50pm today, 12/8/2018 (Saturday).
Man this place is legit I loved the costumer sevice the workers were legit funny and straight up cool. I loved how they did my hair defiantly going back there from now on.
I had an absolutely horrible experience here. I showed a photo of what I had in mind and the barber says OK, disregarded it and then cut a haircut he wanted me to have instead of what I asked for. They cut my hair to slick back despite telling the guy 5 times I don’t want it that way.IF YOU ARE CONFUSED ABOUT WHAT A CLIENT WANTS. PLEASE. ASK. THEM.
The gentleman on the phone had 2 different conversations before he decided to ask me what he can help me with. Proceeded to tell him, said i would be there before they closed at 7, abruptly interrupted me and said we close at 6pm. They have it listed on the internet at 7 close.
Just left their shop and am extremely disappointed. We sat their for over an hour as people came and went. No one even said hi to us, or acknowledged us when we finally got up and left. They werent that busy and I can see why now. Extremely poor customer service and made to feel like an outsider. We wont be back!!!
