The day before my wedding an I was excited as Ive never had a hot towel shave and all that jazz. Got a $20 first timer discount, so Im sold. Im wondering if i had paid full price would I have had a better experience, though.I sit down and wait about 15-20 minutes for the guy. He had gone to the bank right before I got there, just a couple of minutes before I walked in right before my appointment time. Not a good start.Guy finally shows up. I clip my hair, so there really isnt anything to make fascinating or do wrong, but I had him do it because the clippers were much lower than mine, plus a haircut was part of the deal. Move on.He proceeds to bust out a can of dollar store Barbasol shave foam, and a disposable 3 blade Gillette. But the guy has been really nice about letting me know how much hes struggling and renting space is expensive and if I can help him with a good tip, that would be great. I told him I would, but I have to get cash since I had already paid. I mean, money must be tight for a $45 buzzcut and shave using a $1 can of cream and a $1.50 razor. Im only making the biggest financial decision of my life the next evening, but, hey, I get it. Experience steadily going down.You cant really cut my hair crooked, but I had a goatee at the time, which I wanted trimmed and lined up. Key word, HAD. Length of the trim was good, but my goatee was so crooked, I had to shave it before my wedding. My wife cried.I played into the sob pay me story. I went to the bank in the parking lot, very hesitant to go back, but I gave my word. The tip was undeserving, though. The experience was way overpriced, even with the discount, and it steadily declined every minute I waited.Wont be going back. Wont be recommending.

Took my grandson here. He absolutely loved this place. In and out in no time. They know how to do a fade on a kid no doubt.

Showed and with an appointment and was told it would be a 40 min wait because they were backed up. After 40 minutes I was told Angel just had to eat quick then would cut my hair. Apparently he didnt wait as I was told to go back right after that. Angel then proceeded to cut my hair with pizza in one hand and the trimmers in the other. Lines were not straight and he cut my lip while cutting my beard. Angel just laughed, cleaned up the blood with a towel and said that he forgets how sharp those things are. At the end of the cut Angel asked me to pay him in cash with some sob story about his kid. Clearly this was to avoid ringing up the sale. This must be a problem based on other reviews and the fact that there is a sign in every stall that all sales must be made up front. Worst of all I had a gift card and when I tried to pay with it I was told that its a corporate gift card and they use their own paper gift cards.

Nice shop, friendly staff, appeared to be clean. Quoted a price on the phone but was charged 2 dollars more than quoted. Didnt press the issued though because the gentleman that cut my beard went above and beyond. Ill return.

I bring my 7 year old son here and he loves it. The guys treat him like hes one of the bros. His favorite barber is Jason but all the guys are great.

I made an appointment for a hair cut and shaved at 5pm it was after 520pm when the receptionist over heard me say I was about to leave because I was still waiting. So she got someone to cut my hair. When I sat down he was on the phone saying he had the last hair cut so he could meet with the person on the phone. He rushed with my hair cut in about 10 minutes I was done. Didnt get the Shave. Not coming back.

First time to a barber in 30 years. Trim was good and loved the atmosphere. Price was steep for my liking but it was a date night with wife...

Not what I was expecting. Upon making my appointment was told they could style and tailor my haircut to my directions. My barber did absolutely nothing involving technique or my direction. I feel cheated out of 70 dollars. But Ill never go back and lesson learned. Theyre talent level is equivalent to Supercuts. Save your money.

They steal money from the franchise by asking for cash payments. If you look at other reviews, this becomes apparent. When I went in for a haircut they gave me a shave without asking for it and ended up charging me an extra $30. They asked for me to pay in cash so that they could pocket the money. This is not a haunch, this was verbally expressed to me.

The only place I go for a perfect haircut and hot shave. If you do anything in your life get a hot shave, you wont be disappointed. Jason has been my barber for years and I wont go anywhere else. Kids are welcome. Would be a good idea to call and make an appointment, but walk ins are welcome. Plenty of parking.

Jason is always on top of his game. They have been around for awhile and have a good amount of clientele.They had a short spurt with one or two bad barbers but are past that era. There are three or four solid barbers for sure. Best to make an appointment but walk-ins are taken and usually get right in.They are fair priced considering their quality and what their competitors charge.I definitely recommend these guys....give them a try.

Ive been coming to Roosters for well over 12 years. Jason is my go to barber and that man is a master of his craft. Impeccable service and great atmosphere.

J, Angel, Gene and Liddy.....A cut above other barbers.Always something to watch on TV.Music selection is always jamming.I love the way they have decorated the shop.Every barber is friendly and got skills.They get me in and out fast.Walk-ins are always welcome.

I would give this a zero star if I could, my barber if you can even call him that he destroyed my hair and beard Ive been growing my hair long for months to achieve a hard part and beard and this idiot cuts all of my hair off down to about 3 inches, I showed this guy a picture of what I wanted a PICTURE how do you mess that up HOW, I had to go to my buddies wedding the next day looking absolutely terrible Im going to look into this places licensing because there is no way this guy is licensed to cut hair, not with how terrible this came out save your money and stay far far FAR away from this place the guy that cut my hair (ANGEL) had the audacity to ask me for a cash payment only ... when I clearly am watching people pay with card this guy is a thief and a joke of a barber againDONT COME HERE IF YOU LIKE TO LOOK GOOD WHEN YOU GET OUT OF YOUR BARBER CHAIR.SAVE YOUR MONEY

Joe and his brother make you feel like family. This shop has a great old school barber shop feel. Awesome extras like hot towels and straight razor. Will definitely be returning next time im in town.

Jason gave me what is easily the single best haircut experience of my life. He gave me a haircut that was not only exactly what I wanted but took into account the weird waves and cowlicks on the first try. Theyve got a VERY loyal fan in me now.

I love this place but Im so disappointed with our last visit. Brought my son in to get his hair cut for his senior photos. We spent many many few weeks growing out his thick beautiful hair for the look we were going towards for the pics. Told the guy we just wanted a trim, to clean up the edges, the length was fine. I said I didnt want him to look like he just got a haircut. I also asked to add the side part line. When my son stood up I was in shock and wanted to cry!!! His gorgeous hair was all buzzed off... So short you could see his scalp!! The length on top was almost gone! My son said the guy was a bit rough and he was worried his scalp was going to get cut with the force and speed he was using to cut his hair! I know these guys are experienced and do great work thats why I went there. I dont know if the guy was in a hurry or wasnt paying attention to what we asked for. Just disappointed! I cant reschedule the pictures and I cant replace the hair or I would!!

Absolutely the worst. I didn’t even get a haircut there. When I went inside they were not busy and no one greeted me. The lady working in the front said nothing and continued watching the tv. When the barbers where done cutting and no one else was there they did not say anything but make me wait. When a friend of one of the barbers came in he immediately took him in and started his service. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, I hope they get shut down, and I hope they have all licenses cause i will Pursue investigating this sketchy place they have a sign “only credit and debit cards today”. What does that mean? I can’t pay in cash?” I wouldn’t know cause no one talked to me.Wrong guy, Roosters.To the young guy “G” or whatever he called himself, don’t think so highly of yourself your simply cutting hair.Thanks.

The only good thing about this place was that I didnt wait too long. Other than that the entire experience was terrible. Angel was the barber that cut my hair but he was clearly hung over and I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt that he could do his job right but that was a mistake. He gave me the worst cut Ive ever received. He was constantly leaving me to go talk on the phone or with the other barbers. Hands werent smooth and lines were left crooked. And to finish it off, he said he would only accept cash payments, no debit/credit. Obviously it was to not ring up the sale and to pocket the cash. I dont mind paying $25 for a haircut but I expect better than what Angel did. He needs to stop cutting hair immediately

My husband and son went for haircuts. Both requested very simple, easy cuts. My husband came home looking pretty good and they majorly screwed up my sons hair. The fade on the sides are mangled and hes missing a 4th of his bangs! How do you even do that and still charge people for the cut! I could have gone down the road and paid $5 for the cut for the same results but he decided to try somewhere new and closer to home. They apparently cant cut kids hair. The poor kid will look real good for his Christmas pictures this year 😒

I always buy my hubby gift cards for this for years and he prefers this location. Apparently theyre under new management because they refused to accept the gift card bought on the roosters website (the same one I always buy) AFTER receiving service. In addition, they missed a lot of spots. This is the worst shave theyve ever done. He has little hairs sticking out on his lips, ears, nose, and chin. You can see areas that are not shaven as close as others. I contacted the main roosters website and were looking for a new barber salon as of now. Adios roosters!

Very disappointed in the “overpriced” haircut my husband just received and I asked angel to take care to my undercut while I was there I’m 8 months pregnant there was no sense of cleanliness and he took a giant chunk of my hair off from underneath as well as cut my neck open with the razor truly truly upset!

Angel was awseome!! We walked in and he took my sons with no problem when tbey was about to close! Excellent customer service did the haircut like they wanted and even offered my husband a beer! Best experience we have had on awhile!!

I took my brother there for a hair cut today and he finished with the most messy hair you can imagine. Turned out the barber only cut my brothers hair but didnt even comb the hair in place after finishing. My brother looked exactly like a ‘rooster’ with wet messy feathers. After getting out of the salon my brother told me the barber asked him twice how he would pay for the service while cutting his hair. Absolutely unnecessary question. Probably he thought my brother couldnt afford the hair cut or something. Rude attitude and bad service

Very disappointed!!!!!!! My son Dad took him to get his haircut and I was told the barber was in a rush cause he had to leave at 3 and he had people waiting in line. As he was cutting my son hair he hurt him he did the fading part to rough and his head was all red. His haircut is nowhere near how he wanted it to be he came home crying cause the barber had hurt him by rushing and messed up his hair!!!! Never will I take my son to this place again.!!!

All these guys can do are bald fades. I Went for a cut that should have left about 2 inches on top, i even showed him a picture of what i wanted. He grabs some clippers and buzzed the top of my head with a number 8. My hair is less than an inch on top now.

I went their 2 hours ago and i got the worst hair cut in the world and they charged me $25.00 for that and i went to sports clip i paid $30.00 just to fix what he did dont go there theyre so bad specially the third barber on the right when you get to the store hes so bad I dont advise you guys to go there you gonna through money in the trash

I was robbed here. First time never been angel as soon as i walk in the door takes me to his chair very nice get my hair cut offers to shave i said why not. Leaving. Oh its gonna be 64.50..... my barber does everything i just got for $30. He hands me the pamphlet with the prices on the way out. Kind of a f you and a slap in the face. Wont be going back.
