I take all my cars to Ray. The price is great! The work is great! Always on time, you never pay for more than whats needed, and you car gets washed. Ive never trusted a mechanic like I trust Ray. Hes also been very accommodating and flexible with my schedule.

I went there yesterday tohave to have my Mercedes-Benz 320 CLK convertible top looked at. I arrived at 945am and went for a walk. By 1030 AM I received a call to come pick up my car. Ray was very courteous, staff was more than efficient and effective in solving the problem.... This is the BEST MERCEDES BENZ SHOP! I have a E350Bluetec that needed servicing and I took it to Rays.The staff / MBZ certified technicians were professional and polite. Ray is extremely knowledgeable and exudes the confidence in his service. Im pleased to say I have taken my car back for its scheduled maintenance several times. I only trust Ray and his team to work on my car.

I came to Ray to have him replace my catalytic converter. He gave me a great price, and had it done in one day. After I picked up the car and got home I noticed that Ray had also fixed a light and didn’t mention it or charge me for it. Now that’s a class act!!!

I have been to Rays several times for both routine maintenance and more. It is a small shop, but he has always had my car ready quickly, when promised and at a very fair price. I have a lot of confidence that he is not looking to find something wrong, in order to charge me a ton. Plus, hes professional and a nice guy, too.

Ray makes things easy. I just give him the key, and we quickly discuss whats needed. He is a Mercedes-certified technician and only uses genuine parts. He usually calls me around noon to tell me: Car is ready. Car wash is included.

I was stranded on my motorcycle with a dead battery. went to the garage across the street from Rays and they told me they could not help. I went to Rays and they helped me get the battery out, charge it and i got home ok on a very hot day. They charged me nothing even though i offered to pay. Thank you guys.....GOOD PEOPLE.

Ray is my go to guy for all of my cars including my parents. I have been servicing with him for the past 5 years now and he has always taken care of me. I have never felt ripped off or taken advantage of and I refer all my friends and family there including my aunt and uncle who lives up north. He knows what he is talking about and doesnt give you any of the BS. Thanks again Ray!

My wife and I were visiting California from Vancouver, Canada when the power steering went out on our 2010 ML550. We made it to Rays without an appointment but it was no problem, he looked at it right away. We feared the worst, an expensive repair, but he quickly showed us that a hose had come off the power steering unit. He asked if we could give him a half hour to make sure nothing else was wrong. We went and had some lunch, and when we returned he said we were good to go. I asked about the bill but he said there was no charge and welcome to the USA. I said I would like to at least pay for the time he took to reattach the hose and inspect the steering but he would have none of it, he just wished us a good vacation and a safe drive home. Which we did, thanks to him! Ray is a true gentleman and I only wish he wasnt 1200 miles from my home so I could have him service my car all the time!

I would definitely recommend him to others and come back for additional service.
