Good service at reasonable price. I had to wait a day for tire delivery but they contacted me as soon as delivery arrived and I was able to have tire installation, mounting and balancing while I waited in less than an hour. Not elegant and not a quiet waiting room but professional service.

Came in and got great prompt service. Good advice on tires and a fair price on an alignment. Not a big box store. Much more knowledgeable than the surrounding tire shops.

Tires of today are unlike the radials of years ago to where they were wrapped in one direction and there for could not be rotated side to side. My 2016 Spark has a larger tire on the back than on the front direct from factory, and therefore must be rotated side to side. I was told my tires could not be rotated. I took out my owners manual and showed him where it states to rotate tires side to side, they then rotated my tires. The original owner whom Ive dealt with before wasnt there unfortunately.

Dont use mask and say they can do something and then you get there and they cant do the job.

I am always well taken care of by Vinnie. But Vinnie was not there during todays visit. Jesse was EVERY BIT as helpful and professional. This is a good, honest shop.

This is our familys exclusive tire shop and we drive there from La Crescenta. Tires are either available or ordered right away, and if we are waiting for the repair/installation, the wait time is always reasonable.Have there been bumps in the road? Yes, but we choose to look at the big picture when dealing with service providers. Sometimes things just dont go as planned.

This place used to be amazing, today I call and ask them if they could finish a project I started the manager named Vinny told me that they dont do that kind of work I express my disappointment considering the volume of work I have taken them over the years and he told me not to f**ing talk to him like that, screamed at me how dare I f**ing disrespect him like that and next time he will f**ck me up if I act like that with him again. Vinny people are allowed to express their disappointment. I will never bring you any work ever again Vinny how dare you treat me like that. I hope you take this and do better by your next customer.

Showed up at 3 and asked for a repair or possible replacement and they told me to come tomorrow. So what I did is I went to americas tires down the street and got it replaced.

Came in for a quick tire patch, sensed I was crunched on time, took it in right way despite being busy.
