Went for an oil change and was in and out in 15 minutes. Not only that but they checked multiple other aspects of my vehicle, and it all was under 50$. Excellent service for the price.

I very rarely leave reviews but I had to take a few to praise the team for my experience today. I took my daughter to get her car serviced (her first time) intending on an oil change, filter replacements etc.We arrived and were directed right to a bay. The tech was friendly and explained the process and options. Upon inspection of the air filter he alerted me that in fact we had a reusable, washable filter so we could youtube how to remove the two clips and wash it out! Now he has two women in front of him who know the bare minimum about car parts and maintenance - he could have totally oversold us. I inquired about prices for the future for rotating tires and they were so quick he said we can do it now for you. They changed the dirty transmission fluid and the wiper blades too. All around a great experience and Im so glad we stopped in.

I drive here from Kent Island, just to come here. They are always very professional and hard working. I have never waited longer then 15 minutes they are always very quick. Everyone that works there is so nice and helpful. It is reasonably priced and worth the money.

These guys are awesome. Went in for an oil change and had 5 guys working on my car, checking fluids, topping fluids off. They showed me the status of filters, batteries, etc., but werent pushy at all for replacement. Found my new place to change my oil!

I do not know were to start on how great of service we get from Scott! Anytime I call with just a question or needing help he is always there to answer them and guides me in the right direction. If I need a tire, oil change or a plug he is there. I recommend his shop to everyone. Great local business! We are customers for life.

My battery died while I was at the Post Office (within walking distance) so I stopped by. One of the young men working drove his own vehicle to mine and gave me a jump.Sometimes it is the little things that can make or break your day...The 10 minutes that was taken to help my daughter and I out definitely MADE my day!Great Customer Service...Thank you for hiring the Right people!

I went to this particular place in desperation. When the weather got cold my tires needed more air however every air pump within 5-miles was out of working order. The next closest one was another 10 miles away except for this establishment. I pulled up and two very courteous gentleman came out almost before I could tell them what I needed they said You need air. We can take care of that for you. .. and they did. While I was there I asked if they could take care of my car which was coming out of warranty in a matter of 2 weeks. They assured me they could and in conversation I could tell that they were familiar with my vehicle. I will be going there for my next oil change. I appreciated their willingness to help me for free and answer my questions on a very cold day.

Very happy with the work from Scott and his crew. I had brake issues and called several places for advice and help. Scott was the only one who answered the phone and talked me through it. He took my car for a ride and felt what I was talking about. My car now rides like it should.

I really love this place because sometimes I bring my own standard transmission oil and they have no problems.I did have $7000 stolen out of my glovebox but that’s my fault for not locking it before I went to the bank. The employee who cleaned the inside of the car never showed up for work again but I couldn’t get his name.Dana C

Apparently when you dont want to pay for their overpriced service to replace your cabin air filter, the bend up your old one and cram it back in. I just went to replace it myself and it was bent in half so there was no filtration in my cabin air for 2 months. Im furious with this deplorable service. Jiffy lube is cheaper and they provide much better service. Just use a coupon. They are always on their website.

This shop goes above and beyond for its customers. I’ve had all of my vehicles serviced by these guys since I started working in thePasadena/Severna Park area and they are awesome! They have completely shifted my outlook & experience when it comes to getting work done on my truck and car. They pick up my truck while I’m at work, service it then drop it back off to me in an appropriate amount of time for whatever needs to be done (oil changes, tires, brake & rotor replacements, etc.) They charge a fair price, the job they do has met any expectaion that comes with the life span of the work completed and the convenience alone is priceless. No Stars, paid 250.00 to get oil and transmission fluid changed. Drive the car about 6 miles and the car caught on fire. Investigator said the a cold transmission should not have any more than 1/2 inch of fluid our car had 5 inches which is what inflamed the car. Company wouldnt even give us our $250.00 back for the service
