Both the owner and his son who worked on my car were very professional and dedicated to their craft. They even worked on my car right away to accommodate my schedule! I will definitely take my car here again.

Im a new car owner and this shop really helped me out. He was 100% honest and really nice. My repair cost me 1400 with a 800 down payment. I called the shop to simply get an update on my car just to be told they where able to save me around 400 dollars by fixing my fuel tank instead of replacing it. I couldnt thank them enough!!

Don has 2 Ace mechanics working for him. I had my SUV tires replaced, front end aligned and rear brakes replaced 9/11/20. My truck runs like new! Balance is perfect as is the alignment!Don kept open & his mechanics during the Covid shutdown despite not having the work to support his guys....I respect that a lot and hope you throw some business his way.

My trucks brakes are like brand new again. Wouldnt trust anyone else to work on my vehicles and no appointments or waiting days the dealerships. The two mechanics are also Super friendly and accommodating .

Awesome service, called ahead for tires was in and out with tires and an oil change in less than an hour!

My experience was extremely poor. it took a week and a half to get a estimate because the owner had to find parts then when I got the estimate it was just a verbal. I told him that lets go ahead and get this done and asked if he need money down. He wanted $1000.00 down for a total of 1630.00 and I was fine with it. I asked d when he could start and he said 7 to 10 days to locate the parts.so, in conclusion 11 days to get a estimate 7 to 10 days to find the parts then lets say 7 days to get the work done.28 business days to get1. new carborater2. intake manifold3. distributor4. vacuum line5. fuel pump6. bolt for motor mount7. laborI called holley, edalbrock, and advanced auto and between the 3 I could all the parts in 24 hours to 3 days

Princes Tire and Auto is awesome. I dont take my vehicles anywhere else. Don has always been more than fair with me. Once he even diagnosed and fixed a problem free of charge. Ive never heard of any other mechanic shop doing that! Ive never had any issues with people being rude on the phone. Ive always found that if you are friendly, people are friendly back. Princes is a great and honest mechanic shop. Give them a try!

Did a review on yelp also.They are honest and true.I asked for work to be done and when they looked at what I asked, transmission fluid and tires, they said they didnt need done.When they turn down work and money when I am non the wiser, then they are awesome in my book!The owner is also an operator and is on the property taking care of the business and works with the customers. Don is personable, kind, honest, and I couldnt be happier!

Editing my review after years of me (used to) coming here, I feel service has gone down while prices have steadily gone up. They used to be my go to place for car service. Despite any issues with my cars, I felt the service and prices quoted were fair. Sadly, I dont feel that way any more.One time, I went in for a regular oil change and tire rotation, but I also asked to check out my tires as I felt the tread needed inspecting and to update the maintenance service light that usually comes on. The oil change was no problem, but they forgot everything else. The tires were my main concern and was told by the owner they were fine based on what his team told (really not told) him. After I asked him to come out to inspect them himself to show that the wiring in the tread was exposed that he knew it needed to be replaced. So either his team lied or he did.Another issue was how my car was driving and I asked to have it checked out. I was called back with a quote of $1400 at first for needed repairs. While I thought the quote was excessive, I accepted. Well, within an hour he called back with an update to the quote in excess of $2000 for additional things found wrong with my car. Mind you my car was driving, just not smooth. However, what I didnt like was being told that if I didnt get my car repaired immediately then it would certainly break down in less than a week. It was a hit, but I ended up getting the repairs done and Ill admit it did drive better - at first. After about just 3 days, oil was leaking out of my car! Now, I dont think they caused the problem, but I wondered why that issue wasnt diagnosed at first potentially saving me thousands. Again, I was given the whole line of needing to get it fixed right away or my car was done for - with a quote of over $400. I declined and decided to take my business elsewhere. Thankfully I did. After I got most of the parts and went somewhere else to get this issue repaired it all came to less than half of what Prince quoted. The other shop was thorough, showed me exactly what the issue was and even did comparison shopping for me. Now they (Auto Sense) got a new customer and I wont be going back to Princes again.

Bad service. I had my truck there for one problem and left with 4 other problems. They quoted me one price and when i paid it was another price. Out of the 4 other problems 2 of them where done at the dealership prior to my taking my truck in. I get prove it but I would say they messed with things to get more money.

Great service and a great price! I had to have my front brakes replaced and I called around for prices. Toyota was going to charge $265, Midas was going to charge $300! Needless to say that I needed to find another place, Princes gave me a great price for brake, resurfacing my roaters and rotation of my tires, all under the two prices just for the brakes alone! I will recommend them from now on for anyone looking for a place to get their cars repaired!

Took my car there for an alignment. Strange how 4 nuts holding down the motor mount was missing. Had car up as high as possible on the left which was strange for a front end alignment. Took it for a ride then said he thinks my motor mounts are bad. Took it to my mechanic afterwards and he found the missing nuts and said that was impossible to lose 4 nuts . Also, the steering wheel was still tilted to the right. Never again. Dont spend all that money in one place there Prince. Thats the last you will get from here. Also very expensive for their BG Products. Buy your own off Ebay for half price folks.

This guy is honest....nothing is repaired that isnt broken, and he can fix just about anything right the first time ! There are good mechanics out there but none that are this honest or any better that Don Prince !

Awful customer service the person who answers the phone is rude as ever. I believe it’s the owner he doesn’t value his customers. This business won’t last long I would take my business elsewhere and never step foot in this place again. Some one told me not to go there but I didn’t listen. Service is awful.

The wife uses this place all the time. Don is always willing to help out.

Took truck there and they were suppose to diagnose and told me that they couldn’t get actual issue and ont the report says exactly what I told them what truck was doing
