Customer service was great. Place looks new and clean. I think this place is only taking care of claims. They have no contact number that you can call. The contact number listed in Google for this place was never answered

I dont know that anyone comes here by choice, for me an up close view of a giant elk brought me here. The process was super easy, the staff was great. They make the process as painless as possible and have a bunch of snacks on hand for good measure.ProTip- if they still have the orange and white pens on the desk, take a few. They are awesome.

They are the reason why I have late payments on my credit report. Filed a claim Aug SeptEmber and since December it has not been Settled/closed.I have to call my lean holder to find out that My Adjuster Monica sent an incomplete documents and to a wrong address. She’s not even returning my calls. Spoke to their supervisor not until then it was followed up. Requested for a delinquency letter since it was their fault but no respond.

Really nice facility. Our friend totaled our car and progressive made the process really easy and fast! We checked in, they gave us the papers, we signed them and they took care of us. Really a good experience.

I went in for an Estimate on my vehicles damage and I must say I was satisfied with the way everything was handled. Roger Vuong took care of my estimate and I was on my way. He was very knowledgeable and even gave me suggestions on how to avoid any further damage or things I shouldnt do until my car was repaired. Now if he could only help with the other partys BS it would really be a huge help hahaha.FYI I did take the advice of one of the reviewers and took one of the pens..they do write quite nicely

Being hit at the driver door at the Dec31. File claim at the morning then arranged an appointment here afternoon. Staff Steve explain very clear about time needed and the process. Its been always headache to deal with insurance claim. This center waiting room facility children corner, refreshment coffee as well as free wifi and tv. It definite help customer relax a lot.

It is really pathetic when Progressive Insurance spends more time trolling Facebook, Google, Yelp, and any other Web Site, looking for comments about Progressive Insurance, than Progressive Insurance spends Investigating their customers claims. Instead of contacting their customers witnesses, Progressive Insurance wants to pass their customers concerns on to someone else. Progressive Insurance passes those concerns on SOOOOOO far, Progressive Insurance looses, misplaces or just does not care about the customers concerns! Instead of contacting witnesses for their customers, the Lazy, DO Nothing Claims Reps (like Ariel) at Progressive Insurance tells the customer By paying the other persons claim against you, WE are protecting you if the other person takes you to court. Yes, Progressive Ins is going to charge you more for your MONTHLY premium because you (the customer) cost Progressive Ins money! NOT!!!! The other person admitted, in front of the Progressive Ins customer AND 2 other people, that the damage WAS NOT caused by the Progressive Ins customer but I cant submit anymore Hit and Run claims. I have your info so Im claiming you did it! Did my DO NOTHING, LAZY Progressive claim rep bother to find out? Did she talk to witnesses? NO!! SHE wanted to protect me and charge me more for premiums!! GUESS WHAT, The other Insurance Company contacted my witnesses!! PROGRESSIVE COULD NOT BE BOTHERED!! This man(?) told his Ins Co that I drove a white Optima, I have a dark gray Not Optima. I have no scratches, dents, dings on my car. This man(?) is claiming I made an almost 2 inch gouge with a 12-18 inch scratch that starts deep at gouge and fades to a white rub mark on his front fender, centering under passenger side headlight and fades toward passenger side, on his Black VW Jetta. My Dark Gray car cannot make White marks on a Black Car without leaving ANY marks on mine!! Yes, you want an insurance company to protect you BUT, customers also wants an insurance company that protect customers from OBVIOUS INSURANCE FRAUD!!

One of the bad insurance company is Progressive they are so liar every time your account gonna be lock for no reason they told me your account is lock you can’t add or remove your account cuz it’s lock and even we can’t do anything trust me you will charge extra
