I have a list of reasons why I love Capella.1. They are always on time. No matter how many times Ive called them theyre always there when they say they will be.2. They are very affordable.3. They really know what theyre doing, no matter how big or small my issue is they always know how to fix it.4. Their techs are some of the nicest guys.I really couldnt ask for anything more. Theyre fantastic.

My service tech today was really great. Super friendly and very knowledgeable. I have used this company two times and both times have been really great. If you want a company that cares about your home and will leave you with a positive expedite this is it. I am so happy with this company. I won’t hesitate to keep using them.

I had a great first appointment with this company. My heater was blowing cold and I wasnt sure what to do. Eli came out and did a very quick assessment of the situation. He had no double what it was right away. He replaced the part we needed quickly and everything was put back exactly the way it was. This company is very efficient and I genuinely admire their work. I hired Capella to come do a cleaning. They were very professional. It didn’t take them long at all and the technician explained exactly what he was doing. We can really tell the difference in the air quality in our home. I highly recommend Capella. They do wonderful work. All around it was some of the best service I have ever received.

We hired Capella for the job after getting a few recommendations from people who live in the area. Installations are never fun but they did a really great job. Oh my goodness, I could go on all day about how great this company is. They came to my house and were in and out so fast. I couldn’t believe how quickly they were able to diagnose my issue let alone how quickly they were able to fix it. They were so honest and helpful in every way they could be. I decided to do regular maintenance with them because they are both really talented and really helpful.

I needed a new heating system installed and hired Capella to do it after they did an installation for my mother-in-law. They did a great job and I didn’t have a single complaint about the work they did or the process of having it done. I really love my new system. It runs amazingly well. If you need work done or our heating or air system ESPECIALLY if you need an installation then you should call this company right away.

I have been using this company for awhile and I have always received excellent service. The technicians are amazing, especially Eli who couldnt kind. You won’t find a better AC and heating repair company in Pasadena. I feel like I’ve tried countless companies but they’re never quite right. Capella has the best technicians and I never have trouble getting an appointment. I don’t write a lot of reviews or recommend a lot of companies but I will say this company is amazing and I have never had a better experience.

We moved into a house with a terrible heating unit that just kept going out. It was driving us crazy. I called so many places looking for someone to help us and Capella answered the call. Unfortunately, the heater needed to be replaced but Capella was so gracious. It took a lot of work to get rid of our old unit but I’m really happy with the end result.

I made an appointment for them to come out and diagnose my AC, 1st they did not follow through with their protocol, they apologized, which i said okay it happens,but then it happened again, they apologized and gave me $10 off fee, then i requested a work order of the diagnosis and they said they would email it -- its been over 2weeks and still have not received it -- i call in and say only their tech can email me, wth-- still waiting --

They went over my options and then started replacing the broken part. It took them less than an hour. I would recommend their services to anyone. Ive never had such an easy repair experience before.
