I needed a good A/C technician and I found one. I called and someone answered immediately to address my situation. She told me what to expect and price of coming out (104.00+ tax) thats just service call repairs are additional to service call. I made my appointment the tech showed up on time and explained everything to me and what to expect. My issue was a blower motor thats not carried in stock anywhere so they will let me know with a follow up. I didnt have any work done yet, but they were very professional and on time.

Called on a hot August day and they were here in less than three hours. I was called and kept advised of the status of their arrival amd the technician was friendly, efficient and explained to me what all he did. EXCELLENT!

This is my first experience with Miles AC and it has been a pleasant one. Nancy Martin was my advisor and I found her to be professional, knowledgeable and helpful. She followed the project from the beginning until its completion and then checked in with me later to make sure I was happy with the way things were operating. I was also very impressed with the installation crew that did the work. They did the job within their estimated timeframe and cleaned up on completion. I’ve never been so disappointed and upset at the service I was provided in the installation of my air conditioning unit. This installed my unit wrong and when I attempted to use my warranty to have it serviced the company was very rude and unprofessional. I have photos of the installation and the gentleman I spoke with over the phone was not hearing anything I said and begin to tell me he’s not working for free. He didn’t even offer to come take a look at the wrong installation. Miles Service Corporation installed my Lennox system incorrect and would not even take a look at the system that’s under warranty until 2027. I will contact BBB, Yelp, and then my lawyer. I will not post my photos until I speak with my attorney.

Initial experience was off to a good start with Nancy Martin discussing with us the options and issues involved in replacing our home HVAC system. She was very knowledgeable and personable. After deciding on the unit we wanted and signing the contract, she did NOT disappear. She showed up ahead of the crew on the install day to make sure all of our concerns were addressed to the crew themselves ensuring no misunderstandings regarding some of the particulars that we had previously discussed.Jose was in charge of the crew, and was more than willing to answer any questions we had during the process. The crew took care to not cause any damage in the work area as well as to clean up afterwards (inside and out).Before the scheduled day for the “Two-Week Tweak”, we spoke with the office (Denise?) about several items we wanted changed, fully expecting some push-back. However, we received full cooperation and willingness to make things just like we requested. Not only Denise, but Jose and the return crew had wonderfully positive attitudes in all they did. We worked with Nancy on getting our ductwork replaced. After inspecting the attic, she also recommended additional insulation to cover some bare areas. We were very pleased with her assistance and the work crew that came out.

Daniel provided our summer AC inspection as well as added the algae treatment to the system. Inspected the exterior condensing unit as well. Our heat went out today (Sunday) and we are expecting record lows this week. Kirt was here in an hour and was very thorough and informative. They even had a replacement board at their shop for our very old furnace! Fixed it in a few hours! Reasonable rates as well. Great company!

Pasadena, TX is right in the middle of a terrible heat wave. The feels like temps have been over 115 degrees. We originally purchased our high efficiency Lennox system through Miles Service and we have been extremely pleased with how much money we have saved with such a great system. Of course, the system started showing signs of problems during this heat wave and was being very slow to cool. I called Miles Service on Friday, and they sent out a crew within a couple of hours. Our system needed a new evaporator coil and of course it took a couple of days to get it in. Everyone at Miles was very professional and courteous. The new coil came in and EJ from Miles made sure we were at the top of the list to get it installed. Afterwards, on the same day of the coil replacement, the A/C stopped again. This time it was the thermostat. I called around 9:00 pm and Miles sent out Jesus Salazar who had us up and running by 10:30 pm with a temporary thermostat. He then returned the next day to install our replacement. Jesus and all of the Miles technicians were prompt, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. You cannot go wrong with Miles Service Corporation.

I would like to first start by saying that I receive multiple bids for our new unit. But it wasnt until Eric showed up and started asking me questions about the size of my house, hotspots, the exact square foot and was there any previous problems that we have that we wanted addressed. He ran a load analysis and he already knew the square foot of my home because he looked up the house on HCAD, so he showed up prepared. We discussed what I would like to have done and he went up in my attic and looked at what was up there then went outside and looked at the units we had. Then we discuss my options. He told me that my furnace was in good condition and that my duck work was great there was no problems with it and he didnt think it needed to be replaced. As you can imagine I was surprised because thats not what I have been told by other companies. He made the process very easy to understand so that I could make an educated decision.The day of install I received an email stating that the installers were on their way. They showed up about 20 minutes later ready to work. They cleared a path and put tarps down all the way up my stairs and under the attic door. The man were friendly and very educated in their job. They did not mess around they started right to work and they worked til lunch and then went right back to work and worked till quitting time.I very seldom write a review but I felt like they deserved one. I highly recommend and we definitely use again.

We had a new Lennox system installed last year by another Premier dealer, but did not replace the ~20 year old ductwork. Soon after dust and grit started coming out of the ductwork making a mess.We had bids from a couple of Lennox Premier Dealers and chose Miles after Nancy M. came out, inspected our existing system thoroughly, explained the entire process in a way which made sense, and her bid was very competitive.So far were happy with our new ductwork and with the installation. We had an issue with the main condensate drain. I called Miles and they had Greg out to our house almost immediately. In addition, HE has replaced our thermostats to a WiFi, Sensi brand ( we purchased from home depot) and added them to our i phones, to make adjustments easily from anywhere and ESPECIALLY without going upstairs. We have used Miles on several occasions. They are a professional company and so are their technicians. Diego was our technician last and today. He is very polite and knows what he is doing. Diego could have told us we needed a compressor and I wouldnt have known anything. But, he didnt. We needed a relay replaced and thats what he did. Good service and good prices.Miles is our go to AC/Heating professionals. They go out of their way to give you the best honest deal they can. They have been very good to us. Greg was our technician for an AC issue. He was very polite, friendly, and over the top professional. He quickly found the problem and fixed it, no charge to us. He also checked the outside units and found them very dirty so he washed them and cleaned the dirt that had gathered in them. He showed me how to spray them down and keep them clean for better life of the units. I hope it’s a while before we have a service call, but I’ll use them again before winter to check out our heater system.

Bad experience. Our AC unit was working but only blowing cold air intermittently. We called Miles service first because they were first in line with the most good reviews. Had a tech come out twice. He charge us $89 both times. He claimed not to be able to find the problem. He recommended replacing the unit and did his best to get us to agree to purchase a new unit with additional services which would have amounted to $8200. We couldnt afford that so after suffering with the heat for several more weeks we called another service. They came out and in 30 minutes had found and replaced a bad capacitor. For $152 dollars we know have a fully functioning unit again. Very disappointed in Miles Service. Either their technicians need proper training or less motivation to sell a completely new unit unnecessarily.

Miles installed a new AC/Heating system a few months ago. The installation went smoothly and was done in one day. At that time we were told if we needed any adjustments of air flow to call and they would send someone out. One area of our home seemed to be warmer than the other so we called and Daniel came out the next day. Daniel was very courteous and professional. I highly recommend Miles AC! They came out for routine maintenance and enlightened me on some issues that had been creating problems and high energy Bills. He did a temporary fix until they can come back out to install items that were not properly done from my contractor. My home is already feeling the changes even with the temporary fix.

The The only reason I didnt not give a full 5 stars was because on the first day I was assured the tech would come between 11 and 2 and they didnt show up until after 3. July 4th weekend and the AC met it’s death. Extremely hot! Miles Service came out and within 2 days (including a holiday weekend) we had a brand new unit. We found Miles Service online not knowing they were so close to us. From the first phone call to the end inspection they were excellent.
