I called Bryant Heating and Air when our heater was being temperamental - coming on but then spontaneously turning off for a couple of hours before suddenly coming back on. The weather had turned cold and we were relying on the heater. I was so happy to be able to schedule an appointment the same day. Corey let me know when he was on his way and arrived on time. He he was courteous, professional, efficient and honest and worked hard to try to figure out the problem. Although the heater then seemed to be working just fine, there was a detail that still concerned him. He returned as promised two days later and worked on it till he was satisfied that all was in perfect order. Corey at Bryant heating and air was phenomenal, he maneuvered his way into our tiny attic access and fixed our heater within 30 minutes after we’d been struggling for 3 days. We’d just moved in to a new home and noticed the heat would cycle on and off, never bringing the room to temperature. Corey immediately diagnosed the problem was that the previous owners had installed a heating system that was too large for the house, so the furnace was overheating and burning out the temperature sensors. He not only adjusted the furnace temp, but cleaned the sensors and adjusted the fan speed and now our heater works like a charm! Not to mention he was here within 10 minutes of calling on a Saturday afternoon! Highly recommend

Bryant took over a company that formerly did my HVAC after a fire a few years back. I contacted them to see if they could help with an issue. I already had a quote from another company for quite a large amount to fix something that didnt seem too problematic. So, before paying, I contacted the contractor who put me in touch with Bryant. They could have easily passed the buck and said it wasnt their issue. Instead, they resolved the problem for a minimal service visit fee. Greatly appreciated and Id certainly recommend Bryant!

Bryant Heating and Air provided us with excellent and quick service to check our old heating systems which we have used in years. This winter it just got too cold. We opted for their contract for the year as it was most economical. Service included cleaning, inspection of heater and changing the filter. Now I can turn on the heater with confidence it works. Plus with the contract, they will be back in 6 months to check my air conditioning system. Its a great deal!

I had Bryant come to my home to assess and replace a gas furnace for my home. Their project manager came and inspected the furnace and promised an estimate in a few days. After a few days, no estimate was received. I called Bryant office about 3 times and was promised that the estimate was forthcoming in a day or two. Still no estimate. This is not the way a professional contractor treats its customers. Cant count on them.

I never thought I would trust an A/C repair company but today we used Bryant for the first time. Our neighbors said they are the best and my mother got fed up with the previous company Craig I think. Our A/C wasnt working in this heat and after about 30 minutes he got it up and running without any additional charge over the base service fee. Called on a Thursday morning about an issue with my heater. Appointment was scheduled for Monday morning before 9am. Sure enough, Mike showed up at 8:20, and had everything fixed quickly. He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable.I would highly recommend Bryant!!

Patrick came out to service our furnace that was malfunctioning. He got to the root of the problem within 5 minutes. He also had the part needed for the repair on his truck and was able to get us back up and running within a half an hour. We decided to purchase a service contract for one year because it saved us money between the repair call and the needed servicing. All prices were very reasonable. The company honored a voucher I purchased on Yelp!, too. Very customer oriented and professional.

Because of two, separate problems with my AC in the past few weeks, I have called Bryant H & AC twice. I am so impressed with their extraordinary service, responsiveness, fair pricing, and professionalism, Id give them five stars if that were an option. I live in a 36-unit condominium and have already enthusiastically recommended them to everyone. These are the kind of folks you really want to stay in business. They are simply the all-around best I have ever encountered.

Theyre always right on time and they do more than the minimum. Ive had them out to my condo two times now (the first was for an inspection before I bought the unit). Both times, the technician took the time to make the extra trips to the roof (where the AC/Heating unit is located) to clean the filter even though that was not the reason for their visit. The technicians are always patient and answer all questions fully and politely. I would definitely recommend Bryant Heating & Air Conditioning. You wont be disappointed!

My heater went out on a cold, rainy Saturday. I called figuring there was no way I would get service on a weekend. *Pete* answered the phone and said he could be out in about 2 hours, and he was! He was very nice, professional, knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem quickly and made the needed repair. Five stars for Pete!!! I would definitely use them again.

Theres too much lip service at this company. They come over and immediately pointed out high ticket items for repairs. They purposely leak out the refrigerant in our unit to charge us more to fill it. Then they come up with all kinds of reasons why they should charge us more for the repairs. And they claim to be an honest company?? I would not recommend this HVAC service company.

Excellent from day one. We feel completely confident in Bryants work and the product they installed. We needed to replace our furnace, and we were also adding air conditioning for the first time to our 1923 bungalow. The initial diagnosis and proposal by Matt was clear and comprehensive and offered a variety of options. All the work proceeded meticulously, thanks to Courtney, Shumon and Cesar who explained clearly at every step what they were doing and why. One of them said, We approach the work as if we were doing an installation in our own house. The result is a gleaming new system beautifully in place. They were a smoothly functioning team, friendly at all times, calm, efficient and utterly professional. Kudos and thanks to Courtney, Shumon, Cesar and their fearless supervisor, Mike, who promptly addressed one minor concern of ours. I called on Friday the day before a heatwave was coming hoping they would come out by Monday, I thought we would have to suffer the weekend heat. Instead, they called that afternoon and said they could send someone on Saturday morning. Tony came that morning right on time. He was competent, friendly and gave us no BS. The technician, Frank, replaced vent pipe at our gravity furnace which had been recommended by the gas company because of existing damage. He did an excellent job..Frank suggested turning off pilot light during the summer months because the furnace could still generate a little unnecessary heat to our home. He will return in late fall to re-light it and service the gravity furnace. I am totally pleased with his work and competency, and look forward to Bryant Heating and Air Conditioning taking care of our future gravity furnace service.

This company is very professional and competent. Our existing air conditioning system was 25 years old and extremely inefficient and expensive. So expensive that we rarely used it.After I read the reviews of Bryant Heating, we called and setup an appointment. Matt came to our house right away. Best of all, he followed up by phone and came by a few days later to check the effectiveness of the system and to verify that we were pleased. A year later, we are still completely satisfied with out system.

Bryant Heating and Air has been the best company to have do air/heat repairs, etc. I have used them for years and highly recommend them. Everyone I have referred have loved them as well.

We have a 4.5 year old Carrier combo system that was purchased and installed by Bryant. It has also been serviced twice annually by Bryant. At the beginning of April, during an early heat wave we turned on the AC and it wasn’t cooling. We immediately called Bryant and they came out within 2 days. Corrie, who had previously performed one of our annual visits came out to see what the problem was. After a thorough inspection he advised that we had a coolant leak, but that it was so small and slow he was unable to detect it with the leak detection tools and he would need to conduct a pressure test. Bryant gave me a quote for performing this test and a discount for being a loyal customer. Corrie made at least 6 additional visit (at no additional charge) to check the pressure and try to detect where exactly the leak was coming from. Because the weather had turned cold and drizzly, he was not getting an accurate reading on the pressure gauges. Both Corrie & Jamie (Office staff) resorted to following the local weather and re-scheduling my appointments for when the weather turned warmer. Corrie knew there was a and was determined to find it and not just inject something into the AC unit that would plug up the leak from the inside. Finally, after 2 consecutively warm days Corrie came back to check the pressure gauges, there was a tiny leak in the condenser coil. Within 2 days they had the new part and had it replaced. Bryant gave me another discount on the final bill and 1 year of free service visits (4 in total). While, this repair was not cheap, we felt the folks at Bryant were honest, fair and accommodating. Corrie & Jaime were a pleasure to work with and were very understanding about how upset I was that I was having such issues with such a relatively new and good quality unit. I will continue to use Bryant.

Great, fast reasonably priced service. Our AC went out and Bryant sent out a service, erson almost immediately on two successive days to get he unit fixed. Five stars.

The installation crews here are the people that you would love to have putting in your home comfort system, bar none. For everything else, like (management) is where the one star comes into play.... Broken promises, and favoritism seems to be the standards.

Being a busy time of the year for a heating problem it was very difficult to find a HVAC company to answer the phone let alone call back. Bryants office answered my call and was able to give a date for a house call. The tech, Tony, was able to come a day earlier and was right on time. Since the unit is nearly 40 years old I was prepared for the worst. Instead Tony found a bad connection, tested the furnace, and said it was in good shape, and the cost was only for the basic service call. Great integrity and service! Bryant will be the one Ill call for any future HVAC needs.

Tony L. (Bryant Heating) was assigned to diagnosis and fix my air conditioner on July 3 just before the heat wave. Tony diagnosed that my air conditioner needed a new capacitor . He did not have the proper size but placed the wrong size in the unit b/c he had another house call to make. He insisted that I pay him upfront before the job was complete. I thought it was inappropriate, but I paid him anyway. Unfortunately, paying for job before it was complete does incentive people to complete your service in a timely manner. The office called me at 4:35 pm later that day to let me know that Tony was available to complete the job. I was at work and missed the call. I called the front office on July 5 to find out when my appt was scheduled. I was told that I have to wait until Monday, July 9th 2018. I explained that I had paid for the service and that Bryant needed to complete the job, so later that day an appt was scheduled for Saturday, July 7th from 8-9am. Tony was sent out again to replace the capacitor and thermostat. Tony unhooked my thermostat and was unable to get the air conditioner to function afterwards. He seemed confused and did not know how to put the wires back the way he found them. He left my family without air conditioner from July 7 through July 9, 2018. We in Altadena and temperature was well over 112 degrees. Tony never made any attempts to call the office for assistance from a more seasoned technician. The front office just told my husband they were sorry and would sent a more seasoned tech out on Monday, July 9th. This was unacceptable and very unprofessional. According to the reviews, Bryant has a good representation. My recommendation is that you request seasoned techs to address problems with your air conditioner. My family and I were not satisfied with the service we received from Bryant Heating..

During the recent heat spell, I called Bryant AC which was business I would usually contact when I had AC or heating problems. It took three days but they dispatched Mike, the Operations Manager of the company. We knew we needed a new unit and he confirmed that. Told me would then get me an estimate for me in two days. No estimate. After four days I called Jamie at Bryant, she apologized and said she would have Mike give me a call. No call, no estimate. After four days again I called and got Irene. She apologized and said he was on the premises and would call me. No call, no estimate. In the meantime, I was able to get six estimates from reliable HVAC businesses, and needless to say, I chose one of those. NEVER another word from Bryant. No call, no estimate, no apology, no business ever again from me.
