Weve been using Air-Tech for a few years now and couldnt be happier with their service. Theyre consistently on time, professional, and do excellent quality work at extremely reasonable and competitive rates. Most recently, my AC went out on Friday prior to a 95+ degree weekend. Air Tech was able to get me on the schedule for Tuesday. I had another company visit on Monday, who quoted several hundred dollars for a bad fan motor. Eric from Air Tech was extremely thorough and inspected the full HVAC system and tested individual components. He determined the fan motor was functional but instead it was a bad capacitor (which the other company said was fine). Eric was super friendly, professional, and considerate about COVID concerns. I highly recommend Air Tech, Eric, and all of the other fantastic members of their staff.

This is the second time Ive used Air-Tech to install a split A/C and heat system for my home and once again they really came through for us! We ran up against a tight deadline to get our plumbing and electrical installed for our upcoming inspection at our home and Alex Fish and his team rearranged their calendars just to fit us in the day before our inspection was. Their work was truly exceptional and I was so pleased to see how professional and prompt they were. Air Tech installed a new A/C and heating system for us, and we were very satisfied. I researched a great number of companies and got many quotes before landing on Air Tech. Our home in Pasadena was pretty complicated, and not all companies were even able to provide quotes. Rod spoke knowledgeably about the system and design, and explained in detail why his strategy was going to work over others. I found them because the are Lennox-preferred, and Mitsubishi Diamond contractors. Definitely would recommend!

I requested an estimate for mini split for a converted garage from Air Tech. Larry arrived and explained what would be needed and how it would be done. He gave me estimate on the spot. I appreciate the quick turn around and look forward to a quick and easy installation of the unit.

So many GREAT things to say about Air-Tech. First, I had a split system installed on one side of a duplex about 10 years ago. It was permitted and passed. Less than a year later I learned there were leaks/problems with it. The original installer wouldnt come back as they no longer worked in this geographical area and the European units werent being used. Thank God they recommended Air-Tech! They fixed the system and offered an annual maintenance check where they come out every 6 months and check for leaks, clean filters, etc. Their office is so wonderful about reminding me if I have forgotten to set up an appointment.Their guys are ALWAYS professional, clean and courteous.Well, two months ago the tenants in the other side of the duplex requested AC and I knew Air-Tech would be great. I called Alex out (what a super nice guy) and he came over the next day I think. I remember it was a Saturday. Since the price of these system had gone up substantially from when I bought it ten years I was shocked. I signed the contract and gave him a deposit but after talking to BF he suggested I get other bids for something that expensive. I called Alex and asked him to put my project on hold for a week while I looked at bids. I think he was surprised because I knew them and the system but I felt like I needed to be prudent. He wasnt rude or short. He was very respectful.The other companys estimators were pleasant enough and I learned about some options for a second gas heating system that I wanted installed at another location. The other companys prices were similar. One added a city inspection which I was doing as an added cost ot Air-Techs price and the other company added five years of maintenance onto their price. So the prices were a bit higher. I knew Id be purchasing the maintenance services from Air-Tech so I knew how that compared. I called Alex back about a week later and said: Lets go. Thank you for the time to check around and feel confident.Armando and Andrew have installed the systems this week and I could NOT BE HAPPIER. I am amazed that Armando knows so much about electrical, gas and mechanical systems. Andrew is very helpful and knowledgeable and quick to make sure things are clean. Every time someone has come out from Air-Tech they are nice, neat, respectful and focused on their work. They arent taking calls on their phone, they arent talking excessively, etc.ANYWAY, as part of the installation for the gas wall heater they discovered that there are two gas leaks under the raised property. Someone had installed temporary shut off valves for two previously serviced gas units (a floor furnace and radiator we think). Yikes! Air-Tech was supposed to be done with ALL the work yesterday and while its not as convenient to be at the property another day I am so thankful that they found the leak and are fixing them without charging me any money! How can they do that? I think its because they know Im a loyal customer. Ill be purchasing the maintenance contracts. Thank you Alex, Armando and Andrew. So happy to be working with you!

They are well trained and perform all jobs professionally. I have had them recommend fixes to my old unit. Over 10 years they have replaced my furnace, reducted my home, and installed an upgraded AC compressor. Ive tried several other companies for crisis repairs, and they just dont measure up. Ive come back to Air Tech and will be their customer for life!

High pressure sales tactics! Everything is over priced and they waste so much time trying to sell you add ons and follow up visits to sell you more services. It felt like I was sitting through a timeshare sales pitch.

Air-tech replaced my whole HVAC system last summer. I was pleased with their work. The reason I’m posting now was because I’ve had neighbors who have had $1000 plus bills for power. My bill from Pasadena came today and the electricity was $153.00 for 2 months! Happy surprise.

Alec, the technician was very courteous and professional. Unfortunately that’s the only good thing I can say. Alec was there for an hour. Almost half of the time spent researching on the phone, communicating with someone in his office, and reading my manual...At the end of the visit, I had to pay $119 for “work performed” but no work was actually performed. It was a $119 inspection. The diagnosis of my issue was nothing that I didn’t know in the first place. The quote to “repair” the issues are more than installing a brand new unit. I was disappointed because I had a high expectation for the company to resolve my issue based on all of the other reviews that I read on Google.

My air conditioning stopped working and I was advised by more than one company to replace the entire system. My son recommended Air-Tech. I called them and Anthony came out the next day, and took care of the whole thing without replacing the system and saved me a great deal of money. I am very happy with them and would highly recommend Air-Tech.

We travel a lot and have seen these units all over the world, virtually plug and play.But to find anybody here in the USA to install what we wanted was a challenge, especially the floor mounted one. In the end we had to call the manufacture to obtained the name of a dealer in another city. My air conditioning unit stopped working on a weekend. I was able to live chat online with a representative in hopes that I would receive a call first thing Monday morning. I did receive the call and scheduled a service appointment. The level of communication from the initial live chat to the arrival of the technician was superb. Anthony called 20 minutes before his arrival as well as that morning to give me an approximate time. He was pleasant, professional and respectful throughout the service appointment. He determined what the problem was very quickly and had the parts available so that I didn’t have to wait or schedule another appointment. I am very happy with the options,including an extra filter and a Nest thermostat upgrade, that he installed. I am so impressed with his service that I signed up for a maintenance program!

So I have one of those window ac units in my apartments. Most of the places I had called wouldn’t service it or recommended getting a new one. Air-tech was the only place that offered to take a look and see what they could do. They called and emailed me the day before the appointment and also when an earlier slot was available. Alex, the technician who fixed my ac called to let me know when he was on his way with an ETA. He was very considerate of my furniture and space. You can tell he takes pride in his work and he’s very knowledgeable. He even took some time to show me how to clean my ac! I’m very happy that he fixed my ac and his great customer service. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Anthony was a very experienced and thorough technician. When our mini-split hvac wasnt working, we had a hard time finding someone to help fix it. As soon as Anthony arrived, he was able to narrow down the problems and troubleshoot in an efficient manner. I employed Air-Tech to replace an old wall furnace heater and in wall air conditioning unit with a unified single zone dual heating and cooling application. I purchased a Mitsubishi mini split residential system. It is everything I could want in a modern Energy Star Certified heating and cooling application. It cools and heats remarkably well and is exceedingly quiet with a clean, minimal foot print. As a Mitsubishi Diamond Preferred Contractor, having my mini split installed by Air-Tech extended the manufacturer warranty by two years, from 10 years to 12 at no added cost. Alex Fish, who came to my house to give me an estimate, was very professional, forthright and knowledgeable. He was courteous, affable and easily answered all my questions. Moreover, the technicians worked quickly and cleanly making sure that they left my residence as clean as it was prior to installation. I would not hesitate to recommend Air-Tech based on my experience.

From the first visit by Alex to the end of the job, the Air-Tech people provided excellent service. The installation was exceptionally well done, clean, minimal disruption to us, expert utilization of the electrical and space conditions of our house, and passing all external tests for capacity and city approvals. The Mitsubishi unit performs at a far higher level of efficiency than we had anticipated. We are completely satisfied in every way with this addition to our upstairs bedroom, which is quiet, cools exceptionally well, and enables us to enjoy our master bedroom in 100 + degree weather.

Mark from Air-Tech came out to check the efficiency of my air conditioning unit. He gave me plenty of pro/con information to consider as my old units had leaks. I now have to talk it over with m spouse to consider if we should go ahead with spending money for repairs or financing a new unit. In any event, Mark did a great job of giving me the information we need to make an advised decision.

Their Contractor, Mark, was very professional, prompt, and friendly. He explained everything I asked and ensured I understood what services he was performing and why. He did a full leak check of our dual-wall Ductless A/C system (Bryant manufactured), emptied the refrigerant, repaired the leak with the copper compression fitting (that a different company installed, I wish we had hired Air-Tech in the first place), recharged the refrigerant to the whole system, checking that the leak was repaired with a vacuum pump, and even cleaned the white walls from any marks he left before he was done.I will always call Mark for our service, and recommend Air-Tech to anyoneOh, and our dog loves him

The blower speed on one of my Mitsubishi A/C - Heater units was deficient and not working at full capacity. The Tech inspected the operation of the unit and determined that the blower wheel needed to be cleaned. He disassembled the unit and he was right. A lot of dust had collected inside the unit and on the blower wheel slowing down its speed. He cleaned everything necessary, reassembled and retested the unit, and its back to its normal operating capacity. Very knowledgeable. Thank for your good service.

Terrible social skills! Lets hope the work gets done too. I asked a few questions about my furnace and he seemed very annoyed 😠 he replied by saying Im tying to work here.In others words I need to be quiet and not ask questions about my broken furnace. I asked him if the company supplies him shoe covers he said yes and left to go get some from the truck. That was more then 15 minutes ago. He left the heater running I cant turn it off.

Its ok if you have the time for unnecessary repeated visits because they forgot to pack a part for the driver or they packed the wrong part. It took us 3 visits to repair an issue that shouldve been repaired in 1 visit. Add to it that theyll charge you for diagnosis even if theyre repairing your AC and good luck getting any appointment for the same week. I asked for re-tubing for the central AC wires but the tech forgot about my request and showed up without any materials. Oh, did I mention bringing the wrong capacitator and wasting a whole visit on nothing? I mean do they want to make money at all? Expensive and disorganized business. Id pass...

Air Tech did a fantastic job installing my new Lennox a/c system that replaced our system of 25+ years. Alex and Rod came to our home, were very professional and explained all of the options that were available to us without being too pushy.The whole installation process went very smoothly including a crane to remove our old, ugly  unit off of our delicate roof. They installation team took care of our home by putting down drop cloths throughout the house as well as plastic sheets over everything before they began work.We had a limited budget to work with and Air-Tech followed through with everything that they promised so we also signed up for their maintenance program.I will recommend Air-Tech to all of our friends and neighbors. I am extremely satisfied with professionalism of Air Tech. I have two 4 ton systems that were installed when the house was built over 20 years ago. After receiving $600 to $800 electric bills in the summer, I decided it was time to upgrade the systems. Air Tech install 2 Lenox 4 ton systems and we have never been happier. The sales man Rod explained how inefficient the original installation was and that we needed to relocate the second unit closer to the other side of the house. This would cut down on the duct runs and improve the efficiency in the Master Bedroom. (This was very important to ME) After they completed the installation, I now fully understand what he was talking about. Why didn’t the home builder install it correctly in the first place???All of Air Tech’s installers were nice and very courteous. They laid out drop cloths each morning and cleaned up everything each night. They were in and out in one week, right on schedule with what Rod promised. The house now maintains temperature which it never did before. I have now received my first electric bill and even though it is winter time, it was the lowest bill for the entire 2014 year. I am very excited to see how these units perform this summer. I would highly recommend Air Tech.

If you are seeking an HVAC company that is responsive, knowledgeable, professional and an overall good value, Airtech is all that!I am so glad I found Airtech to provide an HVAC-replacement solution! My previous rooftop unit was monstrous and had an ugly, inefficient, serpentine array of un-insulated ducts that did not effectively heat or cool the house even before it broke down completely.I met with a number of reps from HVAC companies to try to puzzle through how to affordably and effectively get a new system that actually worked, but many of them did not seem up to task of how to do this amid the structural constraints of our home. Some did not even follow through with submitting estimates! This dragged on for months while I was shivering in my Uggs in front of my space heater and then sweating my butt off when it started to get hot again.Enter Airtech´s Alex Fish. He was incredibly patient and diligent in answering all my technical and aesthetic system design questions! He helped me arrive at the decision to install wall-mounted mini-split units - a standard one placed near the ceiling for my bedroom and an alternative model situated near the floor for our living room that was better from an interior design perspective. He was knowledgeable about how to properly place the system components in the interior and exterior of my house according to product specifications, which reassured me that it would continue to work at its full efficiency for years to come.And I went with his suggestion to, instead of getting an additional wall unit at this time in our office room that we weren´t sure we needed, just get a system with capacity to spare to add that on later if we like.Alex also gave me a thorough run-down of my options for removal of my old system on the roof and I opted for him removing the unit and cutting-and-capping all the old ducts and it turned out great!Finally, Alex was kind enough to open up a slot in the Airtech schedule to accommodate my requests for prompt installation dates during early May, which, from what I gather, is a high demand period for HVAC companies.Iḿ so glad to finally to finally have my HVAC quest over and move in with my life LOL!
