I got acrylic nails beginning of September and with tip paid $65. Thought it was a little pricey but not bad. So two-three days ago I went and got my nails filled which says $35. all I did was showed the girl a picture of black nail polish with a design on my index and middle finger which was just a little black line and I got charged $80. I didn’t make a scene I didn’t say anything because I felt uncomfortable. But who charges $15 for gel nail polish that I didn’t even ask for and it was not told it was going to be used on my nails. And an extra $15 for black nail polish for the design. I understand when people run a business they have to make money but this is ridiculous on the price and I will never come back here again. The first time I came in the girl was super nice we talked the whole time. This time around she did not say one word to me and she seemed like she was in a bad mood. Not a good experience.

Walked in and took forever for someone to greet my sister and I. Then the paint on my toes was all blotchy very disappointing having to pay $60 for a gel pedicure only for it to look streaky. I could’ve done a better job at painting my own toes.

Beautiful nail salon with wonderful people working there. I was due for a fill. Didnt feel like getting my nails done today. Katie took good care of me. She did a wonderful job. Very gentle, too. I wasnt in the mood to pick a nail color out, either. Katie picked this really cool, glittery Galaxy pink color I would never have picked on my own. Fabulous experience! Ask for Katie. As a ten y/o child I really cant say much but, everytime I go here I really enjoy my time here. When I get my haircut/done I come here, when I get my nails done I come here. The staff is so friendly and the work is amazing. I gave it four stars because the expenses is just-- wow its so much money. My mom pays for all this but like- for what? I get that yall gotta make money but geez.

I love this place soooooo much I have been going here for a few months now. They are just so amazing and professional. They are doing everything they can to protect themselves and the customers. These ladys are just so awesome.

Palestrina always does a great job! Deals with me changing my mind and they always look fantastic.

I paid for a full set acrylic and a spa pedicure. My toe nail was filed crooked and my nails lifted after 3 days. I reached out and got left on read. They’re expensive and it’s extremely dusty and dirty in there. My total was $100 not including the tip I left. They charged me $5 for a clear gel topcoat, it would have been $15 to change the shape...this place isn’t worth it.

I am terribly saddened by my experience at the salon. I had what looked to be like in New Girl do my nails. She cut them down very short from where they were. After having asked her not to. Then while she was painting them she kept dipping the brush and some black acrylic paint, so my cuticles where a mess. now 3 days later my nail polish which I paid for gel top coat is chipped off. I stopped using them before and I will certainly never go back again after having given them a second chance.

Ive been going here for probably about 10 years now and I wont get my nails done anywhere but here. Everywhere else is a waste of money. 😎

I love this salon! I went to see Adi today. She did a beautiful job with my coffin shape nails, she used the mermaid powder and they look so nice! They keep up with the trends and take their time do make sure your nails look good. This is seriously the best salon in Cleveland.

This is the only place I will get my nails done. Unfortunately I can no longer have anything on my nails (not even polish) at my job but I saw some negative reviews and wanted to chime in that this is my favorite nail salon. I have had various nail techs and they have all been great. The conversations are wonderful and we always laugh. I always get AMAZING nail designs and have never had a problem with chipping or anything. Those who say the place is dirty, it really isnt. Its an average nail salon when it comes to that its not filthy. Its much more fun and upbeat than going to a traditional place.

Very disappointed with the service and quality. I got a gel manicure on 10/26/17 and the polish on my thumb just peeled off today (10/29/17).

I have been going to Pink Boutique for about 3 months now. The best service I have ever received. Other salons I’ve been to my nails need a fill after 2 or 3 weeks, but since going to Pink it’s at least a month before I need a fill again. Candace is fantastic! She does a great job and I would recommend her and Pink Boutique to anyone.

I been going to the same nail lady for 4 years but since the covid hit she just rushes though you getting your nails done her work was slacking alittle so I started to look for a new nail place drove by the pink boutique a few times but never stopped I finally made an appointment candace did my nails and they came out perfect she listened to want I wanted an delivered I think I found myself a new nail lady and the big plus is they do appointments so no waiting outside for two hours just to get my nails done like my old nail salon

I spent almost the whole day at this salon in preparation for my wedding day. I got a manicure, which was absolutely amazing and pedicure. Also, I got my hair colored, cut and styled. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone that appreciates accommodating people and good service!

The owner Adi is a gem. Shes fun and personable and will step out of her comfort zone to try something special for you. On top of that, shes simply talented with acrylic. Some of the younger girls are also, but sometimes theyre more worried about their phones. Ill continue to come here as often as I can.

Staff was very friendly and overall my experience was a good one. However, a few days after I got my full set done, the acrylic and plastic tips started to separate from my nails leaving a really ugly gap between the two that dirt and other stuff would get under.I reached out to the salons Facebook page and messaged them about the issue. Someone responded initially but then continued to leave me on read and not respond to my questions about how to correct the issue.Poor customer service.

They were able to squeeze me in very quick on a Saturday and did a good job on my fill and gel polish. Took off one star because the gel paint chipped on one nail after only two days.

I will not recommend this nail salon to anyone. The woman doing my nails cut me multiple times to the point where I was bleeding. Then proceeded to but nail polish remover on the cut which was very painful. They used dirty tools and did not clean them between clients. It was also extremely overpriced for the below average work in which I received. I will not be coming back here

I give them four stars for being understanding. To be quite honest the woman who did my mani did not do a very good job at first. My cuticles needed twice the attention, and the polish looked just about as good as if I’d done them myself.I explained my disappointment once I was able to look at them while they were drying and she redid the entire manicure. And they look great now. So thank you.

Got my nails and makeup done here. Both ladies were very polite and made me feel taken care of and comfortable. However I felt like the makeup artists brushes were filthy, I broke out for two weeks after and my face isnt that sensitive. I also still have damage from the nails on my natural nail months later!

Everyone was on there phone the whole time. my lady doing my nails didnt greet me when i sat down, and every time her phone went off she would stop doing my nails and reply. my nails where crooked, jagged, and had extra goops on the underneath. they werent smooth on top. the place is FILTHY. i will NEVER go back.

New to the area so i was looking for a new nail artist and can say i wont be finding one here. I got a full set of acrylic and got cut 3 times. Now its the day after and my pinky is swollen and red and the polish doesnt even look good. The place was cute inside but very dirty and unsanitary.

Unfortunately I was unable to receive services from the establishment twice. The first time I walked in 30 minutes before closing time and I wanted a mani with gel polish and a pedicure however I was told that they were closed (there were nail techs simply setting around and talking and they paid me no attention). The second time I went back was a few months later and the staff was not friendly, I had to ask for someone to help me and the receptionist appeared to be clueless and on her phone right in front of me. I was irritated and I went to the nail shop two doors down. I will not attempt to receive service from this amateur salon again.

Everyone talks too much and Ive spent a good 4 hours in there once. That was my last time going. I always got my nails done by the owner. My nails always came out great but when they would come off, my real nail would be so thin and Ill have cuts on my nails from the drill. Ive stopped coming here though because the prices are ridiculous. I go to a much cheaper place and get my nails done the same shape and style, just better.
