This nail salon is by far one of the most polished nail salons that I’ve been in especially since covid started. When you walk in you Get your temperature checked and you get a drink menu to select from while you wait for your nail tech to start your service! Very nice salon and nail technician.

First time visiting Nasava nails and I will definitely be back! The salon has such a cute aesthetic and everyone was so nice. Hannah was my nail tech today and she killed it!! I’m obsessed!! Thank you Hannah!

Really wanted to like this place. The interior was bright and clean & we were able to get in same day. But the quality is very disappointing. Both myself and my friend received a gel manicure and regular pedicure. Within 2 days, the manicure was peeling at the edges. I was leaving on a trip or I would have gone back for a correction. It’s now been less than a week and 7 of 10 nails have pulled off in one complete piece. My friend had the same experience. Very disappointing for $100+.

This was my first time here and I have to say my experience was amazing! Right when I walked in...the place was very bright, clean, and well organized. Not to mention they followed all Covid protocols. I was shown all the services they provided along with price and was also offered a list of beverages. I received a pedicure that was the best pedicure I have ever experienced. The foot massage was so relaxing. I will definitely be coming back for future pedicures. They have won a customer for life. Today was my first time visiting this shop and I LOVED the service I received!! The shop is beautiful and spotless inside. I had to the pleasure of being serviced by Verlanny Le and she was excellent. My nails are absolutely gorgeous! I also loved her outgoing personality and great conversation. She definitely earned herself a regular customer.

My first time at Nasava Nail Spa occurred on April 23rd. I needed my nails done for my cousin’s wedding. I googled places close to my house and this one came up. When I first walked in I was blown away by the elegance, cleanliness, and professionalism by the staff. They asked me did I want anything to drink and when they brought it out, it was on a nice tray. I felt like royalty. The nail tech (Verlanny) that did my nails was very nice and professional as well. She did exactly what I asked for but BETTER!!! I highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a nail salon. As of today, May 20th, I am back for my second appointment. Thank you Nasava Nail Spa for the first class customer service experience!!! Many businesses can learn from you all.

I really like this place live about 2 minutes from here never saw it. It is a hidden gem. Walked in automatically smelled clean loved it. Treated me and my friend very well for my birthday. Both had pedicures they were short handed but never felt forgotten. Both were done at the same time. They were very attentive and professional. Prices were not bad for all that they did. Highly recommend it. Pedicure going on a week with regular polish still looking good. Definetly will be back.

I went to a different salon in Parma that completely butchered my nails. I decided to try Nasava in hopes of getting them fixed. Not only did they get me in same day but Verlanny did a great job!! I will definitely be returning. Thank you so much!

I went in wanting Ombre Nails but the Nail tech Hannah didn’t do what I wanted. I left the place with white nails and one pink on the ring figured also I went in at 11:30am and ended up leaving the place at 2:03pm she took way to long for nails that I didn’t want at all.. and plus I payed way to much for nails. Not really happy with the job Hannah did.Other then that I love coming to this place to get my Pedicure and they’re customer’s service is super good.

I LOVED Nasava’s until I made an appointment 2 months in advance and they “lost it”. The didn’t offer to make things right they just blamed the previous employee. The staff is polite but the owner was very rude to me and I was a loyal customer. I’m not sure if I’ll ever go back after that.Update: I tried to give them another chance and booked an appointment last week. They called me twice and breathed angrily into the phone at almost 10pm at night not saying a single word,then sent me a rude text message telling me that they refuse to service me. They Definitely need to work on their customer service skills and how they handle errors on their end. If I get any more threatening phone calls, I’ll be contacting the police.

So very clean and beautiful!! The interior is elegant and recently updated. The staff is absolutely amazing. Great attention to detail and so friendly. They have lots of options available, including a private room pedicure 😍. Their variety of polish is unrivaled, in my experience, from types to colors what you want theyve more thank likely got it. Took me as a walk in immediately. I have track runner feet and their pedicure worked wonders. Cannot wait to come back with my bf for a couples pedicures!

They are really great here! Loved my mani-pedi and enjoyed the beautiful salon. They are a little pricey but for what they offer, its worth it!

Decent but over priced and not super attentive.Paid $70+ for a basic pedi that took over an hour because the nail tech kept stopping to help other customers, answer phones etc.Somewhat understandable but it was excessive and for the price I expect more.I typically pay half the cost for the same or better service else where.

1st time visit, this place is so clean and beautiful inside!. I needed a fill and decided to try this place since my usual tech was out sick and i couldnt wait any longer. I lucked out and Im so glad I went. Verlanny is amazing!! She also replaced 3 of my nails and I cant wait to go back and get a full set by her. She perfected what I asked for which is the foundation and shape of the nails. Not to mention beautiful colors and extra options. Thank you verlanny!!
