If i could give this zero stars i would, came into get a set of acrylics, i wanted coffin, and what he gave me was square, when i asked him to file the sides to make it thinner at the top…he said he couldn’t handle me because i was *wasting his time*… cut my nails and sent me to go somewhere else. was extremely unprofessional and a grown man was speaking uncontrollably disrespectful to a 16yr old and said what are u gonna do about it.. would never go there again and recommend it to no one….this is how i left the salon. he refused further service and and wouldn’t soak or file the remaining acrylic. i’ve never had a problem at a salon like this and i’ve been getting nails for a long time.

Made an appointment, only 2 other people so the definitely are practicing social distancing. Great prices and my nails look so pretty. They are also fast. You can tell lady been doing nails a long time.

I have never felt more rushed getting my nails painted. She didnt even paint the side of my nails. Will not be coming back.

Sonny and her husband are great people. They are friendly and give great pedicures it’s only them running the shop right now. So appointments are best and if you can’t make it to your appointment have the common Courtesy To call and tell them :)

I came in to get my nails done a couple days ago. The sign on the door says “walk in welcome” but the owner said I must have an appt. Just was really turned off because there was absolute no one waiting, in fact it was pretty slow . It seemed like other women whom came in after were greeted and spoke to in a more welcoming manner then I was & they were encouraged to come in and pick their nail color. I haven’t been here since the pandemic and I’m guessing it must be under new management.Be aware they aren’t likely to take walk ins.

It was alright. I called asking if they take walk ins. But, its worth it to make an appointment because you get placed behind all the appointments anyways. My nails turned out great, only complaint i have is they dont paint to your cuticle, but like a bit above it so it already looks like your nails have grown and need redone even though you just got them done. A bit pricier than im used to. I spent over $100 when i usually spend 75.

I got a full set from Sunny and she was awesome! Sweet and does great work. Was able to get me in right away and the place was clean and cute. I enjoyed the experience and found my new spot ☺

My niece wanted her nails done badly so we stopped here and was serviced right away. However, the paint job is sloppy. I had strings of gel laying across my mail and on my skin, still have a dried piece of something in my thumb nail, the top coat didn’t fully coat a couple nails in the corner, my nails weren’t properly filed down and my cuticles look horrible. I did ask for them to fix it but the guy who did my nails kept staring at me while the lady next to him rushed to “fix it”. And they did not wash their hands or sanitize, didn’t ask me to wash my hands before service and that’s not very sanitary. Never coming back. EVER

This shop was able to get my friend and I in for an appt, same day. We waited about 10 mins after our scheduled time before being sat for pedicures but we were looking at colors so we didnt mind. Then I learned my favorite tech Mary went to this location. I couldnt have been happier to find her. The pedi service was great. This place is clean, relaxing, & certainly affordable with various pricing for pedicures from $27-50 depending on your budget.

I have been going here and have always been treated fair..... but the last two months the man was very rude they painted my nails & toes a different color & accused me of not wanting to pay when I pay top dollar & tip well. When I informed them of their mistake they acted like I was wrong it was a convienent place to go but now I have to go elsewhere that was very unprofessional treatment

First time here and had an amazing experience with Sunny. She was very friendly. I got a manicure & pedicure. I was extremely overdue for a pedicure and she took her time and did an amazing job! It was my first time trying the dip powder and my nails look great too. Definitely recommend!

I have never written a review in my life but I was so displeased with this service. I had the man, who was incredibly rude as it is but I wouldn’t mind if the nails looked good. I didn’t really think it was possible to do bad nails because I always think it’s better than what I can do, but I showed him a reference of what i wanted and everyone agreed that they look absolutely horrible, uneven, and not even close to what the picture was. I am actually embarrassed of them, because they look ghetto.

I was looking for a new salon, since my long time nail tech moved out of state. I searched Goole for a new place to go. I decided to give Broadview Nails a try because of the number of great reviews. Unfortunately I will not be returning. I’ve been going there almost over a year now have always had good service and my nails look great however they sent me a text with a discount offer that expires in March. I went to use it which I should have been allowed to use it it made no sense that they said no. It Stated we miss You please come back and enjoy 15% off of any service expires 03/02/20. When the owners wife was done with my nails I showed her the coupon inside here I have this for 15% off she showed her husband and he said some things I couldn’t understand and then goes you can use it next time. I go I don’t understand it expires In March why can’t I use it now. He got a little bit of an attitude towards me and says use it next time I said I won’t be back until March when it expires. I don’t see what the big deal was over a five dollar discount it didn’t really matter to me but don’t send people texts and tell them they can’t use them that makes no sense. And the fact the owner was so rude was very upsetting. I just paid the amount due and took the 20% I was going to tip her Instead I put it in my pocket. If it wasn’t the owners wife I wouldn’t Have not tipped. I think she’ll survive without the tip

My second visit here for a pedi and the results have been exceptional x2. Ive paid much more for far less in the past and have been impressed with extra measures they have taken to keep everything safe/sanitary.

The guy who did my nails was very rude, did not even go all the way down to my cuticle so nails are going to grow out fast. Never said please when asked me to do something, grabbed my arm. Rushed a lot, and kept having a attitude and rude . Definitely not going here again .

I don’t think I will return because I work in a hospital and we have to have short / active length nails and I was told I couldn’t get them short for what ever reason so I got them medium long just for 7 days to go buy and 2 of my nails broke off . I paid $54 dollars and they didn’t even last 14 days. What a waste. So it’s a no for me.

I have been going to this salon for over a year now getting mani/pedis/gel/acrylics/dip powder. After my first time here, It’s now the only place I will go! The owners wife is my favorite. She does her best work EVERYTIME and I’m never disappointed. She’s also very friendly and honest. The entire salon has wonderful energy and it’s so relaxing. I have recommended several family members who are very pleased as well. They do the best pedis around. Fair pricing. Great job to the owner and his wife!! I’ll never go anywhere else😊

I at one post left a review that said the staff was friendly and professional. However since then Ive been to this establishment several times, each time was a worst experience than the last. They continuously overbook appointments, and then hurriedly get through my appointment as though Im more of an inconvenience than a paying customer. Theyve told me they can do a style or design I inquire about and then fail to even get close, instead of admitting its out of their reach. But the biggest change that I cant get past is they are not as friendly as the first couple times I visited. When I ask a question they give short, annoyed replies. They cut corners when trying to get to the next appointment quickly and it shows in their work. Their work is great when they put the effort into it, but the effort isnt there. They are getting two stars instead of one because their prices are still consistent and good. So if all youre worried about is not spending a lot of money then this place is worth a visit. But even if you make an appointment they will rush through their work to get you out as quick as possible.

Been going for about a year no complaints! I always make an apt. The owner does what he can to provide for his family with only a couple nail techs in there. They are always understanding and welcoming if i have to bring my 4 year old with me.

Terrible customer service, I made an appointment ahead of time to get my nails and toes done the day before I leave for vacation. I called 5 minutes before my appointment to let them know I was running 5 min late and the man on the phone told me to come now or not at all. Not to mention that pervious times I’ve been there the polish color was uneven, I’ve been cut, and the nails were shaped unevenly as well.

If i could give this a zero or negitige rating believe me i would. i went with my friend for her to get gel nails and we waited almost 2 hours, once she finally was called to the desk to get hers done, he had cleaned NOTHING absolutely NOTHING from his last customer. he was rude to many people while we were both waiting, telling a woman “cash only” even though she didn’t know because there was no sign up ! he proceeded to tell her they took the sign off because “everyone already know”. he left his previous customer in the middle of a manicure, and went and did A WHOLE PEDICURE while she was waiting. there’s a sheet to calculate tips, a literal ATM, and they insisted on you still had to pay even if you didn’t like your nails. obviously they only started this for the money and don’t care about customer satisfaction at all . DO NOT COME HERE

Ben does an amazing job. I always call ahead gets me in and out in no time! He’s the only one I let touch my nails. My sister had one of the lady’s do hers and they came out horrible an water got inside of them.

Very disappointed with this salon. First of all, I showed a picture of what I wanted and my nails turned out completely different. While getting my set, I asked the nail technician to make my nails shorter and she refused and told me they wouldn’t look good. Then she put gel polish on me without asking. The picture showed a glitter finish on top of the nail & I did not receive this. When I asked for it, she told me it was too late and to ask her for it next time. My nails look crooked and too thick. They also charged me much much more than the advertised cost of a full set and gel polish (which I didn’t ask for.) To top it off, when I went to pay with a card they told me it’s cash only and I had to use an atm in the shop and got charged a fee. I will not be coming back.

Clean Salon. Short wait times. They offer dip powder nail services. Their dip powder nails last a long time-good quality product used.

This salon is just terrible. The male owner has no people skills. He has no clue what it means to simply be nice. He acts as though you are inconveniencing him. He does what he wants, not what you ask for. And then gets an attitude when you don’t want to add a pedicure to your service. No thank you!

Amazing experience with the owner my nails were messed up from a previous worker and I went to him and he made them absolutely phenomenal I highly recommend going here very good prices as well definitely worth it

Very disappointed at this place ! Went to get my nails done on Saturday. By Monday the rhinestone that were on my nails came out. Called and asked if they can fix them ! Don’t expect then to be intact within 3 weeks . But expected that they will fix my nails. Never again coming to this place .

Ive only been there twice. The first time I had no problems. This last time, however, is another story. I went there to get a mani/pedi. With my Pedi they made my heals soft again which was great. (That was my whole goal in going). Then the lady went to clip around the nail and instead of clipping of the loose skin she proceeded to pull the chunk of skin that ran all the way down the side of my toenail off, OUCH! Now, I have to put medication on it. It is red and puffy of the side where she pull the chunk of skin. Then I went to get my mani. I told them regular polish 3 times. The same lady buffed the dead skin around my nail off which was great BUT then took the same buffer OVER my nail and now I have these scratch marks in EVERY single nail. I understand they will use the buffer to go over the nail for acrylic or even gel. I wasnt getting those things so I dont know why she took the buffer over my perfectly good nails. Also, I told them to keep the length. With that she never filed them. I had to go home and file my nails myself to make sure they were shaped right. I am disappointed in the service. I have a sore toe and scratched up nails. Like I stated before I went there another time with no problems. Went there again thinking I would have a relaxing pampered day and was mistaken.

The worst nail salon I have ever been too. My usual salon was busy and I needed a fill. I walked in and was taken care of right away.. It took the woman 2 hours to do a gel fill. She kept getting up and waking around. She paused every few minutes to pick off died powder from 5 different brushes (that she wasnt using on me). She also kept picking her nail polish off. Everyone there is very rude and refuses to engage in conversation. I quickly found out that they charge extra for EVERYTHING. I was charged $60 for a FILL. A regular fill is $18 and was charged an extra $48 for gel and a cut down.The prices on the wall are different and they up charge. I asked about the prices on the wall and she said those wrong. $10 more for gel Ok so why was it $60 and not $28? I will never go back. Terrible experience. My nails are cut uneven and already are peeling off. Very dirty inside as well. Health inspectors would shut it down immediately.
