We went on a Saturday afternoon and they were very busy so we had to wait 30 minutes past our appointment time... but it was worth the wait! Definitely the best gel manicure I’ve ever gotten. Buba was gentle and meticulous, so careful with every detail and my nails turned out beautifully. They are smooth and the whole nail is covered, not thick and lumpy with a gap next to the cuticle like some gel manicures can be. Lower prices here than elsewhere and it’s also clean and pleasant inside and smells nicer than any other salon I’ve been in!

I have been coming here for the last 7ish years. This is the only place I come to because it is the best in town! They have several nail techs to keep business moving along and all of them are professionals that do amazing work. The receptionist knows what she’s doing and is always on top of things. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, I love this place and everyone that works here.

Great place. I felt safe there. You wash your hands as soon as you enter and there are dividers between everyone. Also, everyone was wearing a mask. I had Jenny she did a great job with my dip. Tried almond shape, and love! Jenny is not talkative, so if you are feeling chatty bring a friend.

I generally don’t like to put reviews that are not favorable .. so I will explain. I have been going to another salon for countless years. I had to be seen on a Sunday and this place was open. Come to find out that a mail tech that took care of my nails many many moons ago is the owner. I liked the cleanliness and the decor and what they presented. So I thought I give them a try. I have been here 3 times. Each time within days my gel polish literally peeled off. The first time I didn’t go to have it fixed because of my time constraints. The second time I did, and even though the polish color was provided, I got a completely different color, when the nail tech saw the difference in the color, he proceeded to paint the others as well. The hands looked ok but they didn’t match my pedicure. Mind you the polish came off within a day or two. The third time was just this past Friday and I had to go back today to have it fixed. I called first thing this morning and left a message as I have a very limited time to go in, plus leaving town for a wedding. No one returned my call. When I called back the receptionist answered and claimed there was only one message!!! I proceeded to tell her what I needed, my answer was we are full today and can’t give you an appointment. You can come in and sign in and it can be 30-45 min. I asked if she could put my name down and I will be right there. She declined. So personally I don’t call that customer service. I have read numerous reviews about said receptionist and I can’t disagree with any of it as I have been witness to it. But on a positive note, I will say she’s very efficient and has a handle on the salon. I think she was somewhat short on the phone and could have easily jotted my name down but she chose not to! She does however remember how I like my nails done . I’m a very fair person and never will I put someone down but due to how my call was handled, as well as issues with my gel polish, I will go back to my old salon. There’s something about a family atmosphere there that I don’t find here as it’s more like a factory line.

I used to go to Magic Nails regularly to get my gel manicures but stopped about 2 years ago because about 5 days after I got my done 7 of my gel polish nails were peeling off. I really believe it was the polish. I went back and was told that they would only redo the 7 of 10 that were missing and that I had to get the same color again after expressed that I thought it was the polish as this hadn’t happened to me before & I had been doing there for a few years. After going back and forth with the owner and basically showing him that the other 3 nails could easily be peeled off he redid all of my nails but in that same polish. Fast forward to today 8.28.2021 my sister who has still been going to get her bails done by Peter goes in for her 12:00 PM appt and is still waiting at 12:30 PM when she is told without any explanation that Peter did not want to service her and do her nails today. She has been a customer of Peter’s for quite some time now & out of the blue he tell the receptionist to tell my sister that he’s not doing her bails today. Mind you they have all contact information needed for customers and she could have been informed that he didn’t want to do her nails way before her appt time. But instead she took time away from her family today to give this horrible spa her business and yet they just completely wasted her time. DO NOT GO HERE!! Plus they don’t even do that great of a job!

I’ve been here twice with my first experience being wonderful. My nails were done exactly the way I wanted with a very friendly nail tech. My second time was a disaster (Came to find out this nail tech doesn’t work there anymore). I wanted to try something different than normal so I did. Results did not look like the picture I had asked for whatsoever & the nail tech asked if I wanted it exactly like it. I said yes for the most part but he went completely in a different direction. My appt was at 6:30 & I didn’t leave until around 8 so I wasn’t going to tell them I hated it since the curly haired woman receptionist was yelling they couldn’t take more people. I felt rushed out of there. I called the next morning saying I wasn’t happy considering I paid $55 and still tipped $10 on a job I hated. Curly hair bimbo told me they didn’t have appointments left & gave me some sob story about how she had to pick up a shift as if that’s relevant to my situation. I went in & explained I didn’t want to be rude since they were closing up & I would’ve felt uncomfortable. She responds with “well I’m sure you feel more uncomfortable now?” Like ok woman I was trying to be nice & just left once my nails were redone. Never going here again, worst customer service and attitude I’ve ever received. From the many reviews I’ve seen, she needs to go.

Ive come here on and off for years. always had good work but the curly haired woman that works up front is always in a foul mood. After my most recent encounter with her, I wont be back. Im telling everyone Ive ever referred to go elsewhere.

Been going for 3 years now. I get so many compliments on my nails and yes, most of the time they are flashy. Its always neat and clean. Covid mandates followed. Very friendly staff. I enjoy knowing my hands or feet are in good hands. I get points of which I accumulate until my birthday and they come in handy and they dont expire, now thats a plus.

Female receptionist with the bad skin and glasses is rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. She has to be related to the owners, because why else would you keep someone that makes your business look bad and drive away paying customers. Called today to book an appointment for weekend, on initial rings, she is just hanging up the phone. After callbacks, she puts the call immediately on hold without any greeting. Her rudeness was surprising when I visited salon as a walk-in two weeks ago, I chalked it off to the salon being busy. But after today’s encounter and checking the reviews, it sounds like business as usual. Mission accomplished, I won’t be back!

First time there to get a french manicure. the manicure looked like I did a decent job myself, not at all the professional look I was hoping for! the worst part was the receptionist was rude!! I had never been there before so was not familiar with the shop procedures. apparently, I was taking too long to sign the credit card receipt so she snapped at me to just sign the bottom. I was looking for where to add the tip, again snapped cash only! extremely upset and disappointed in the whole experience!!!!!!

The entire experience was extremely rushed. I felt like I was on an assembly line to get done as quickly as possible, even though we had appointments. Not a relaxing atmosphere whatsoever.I was surprised as most salons I go to include the manicure price in their listing but manicure was extra here.I asked for a nail trim and was ignored. They went straight to polish and while the nails turned out way too long but well done, I will be going to another salon in the future to get more personal service.The salon was extremely busy so maybe we just went on a bad day for them.The staff was very pleasant and the facility was clean but dissatisfied with pricing and the rushed atmosphere.

My daughter got the princess manicure and pedicure which she loved. Daniel was nice and treated her like an adult client making conversation and making her comfortable which I loved. Two nails were a little messed up but my daughter was happy so I am happy. I got my nails done by Jenny who was very awesome. My only complaint was she left a bump on my nail that I didnt notice after I left and she used a nail file that had pink stuff all over it. I wish she would have used a new one. The receptionist was nice. More seats are needed since my son had to sit on the floor and my daughter had to squeeze next to me. But overall it was good experience for our first time.

I get a really good gel manicure but you have to make it past the rude azz receptionist! Every time I go she has a nasty stale attitude! The workers don’t even act rude like her! Someday someone is going to pop her and them glasses is going to go flying lol

We are here the day before my wedding and had 4 pedicures appointments. They sat another girl the same in between us so We had to scream across her. Why wouldn’t the receptionist coordinate where an appointment of 4 should sit and let nail tech pick seat. Don’t plan your special event nails here if you want to.lot sit by your friends or family.

Kevin was amazing I got a pedicure and manicure and he did a great job. He took his time on both my manicure and pedicure even though they were very busy. Every single employee I talked to in the salon were very nice from start to finish including when I called to make our appointments. They sent a confirmation text after I made our appointments with the details and they also sent one the day of to remind me which was nice. Best service ive ever had at a nail salon. Very clean, organized and great service. I was also with 2 other people and they had a great experience as well. Highly recommend.

First time I went my nails were amazing. Went back today and all of nails are different shapes, my nails are not even the right size as you can see my natural nails on the sides. Originally asked for coffin shaped nails, although I have a couple coffin shaped nails, most of them are square. My cuticles were also not pushed back so now my nails are hurting. Really disappointed with my experience to the point I want to just take a loss of 60$ and just take them off.

First time I went the girl was great! Second time not so much. She seemed to hate her job A LOT and didn’t say a word to me the entire time. She also did a half ass job. Each nail is a different shape and she left such a big gap between the nail polish and my skin it looks like they were done a week ago. Oh yeah she also cut my finger bad enough to where it was bleeding all on my nail and she just said oops and kept going. She also painted overtop of a small bit of nail polish she left on my nail instead of redoing the one nail over. If I come back I will not let her do my nails again. Just got these done yesterday. Super disappointed.

So they do your nails and just for refill in and polish my toes they charged me $60 for a fill in and polished toes I did not get a pedicure just polish the toes $60 and when he did my hands they wouldnt let you wash you hands .

Only place I can go to and my dip powder looks great and does not chip. I have tried two other salon and have just decided to stay with this one. Have lots of colors to choose from.

I was a loyal customer until today. The girl I had was terrible. She was unfriendly and rough. My pedicure water was scalding hot and she even cut me. The polish on my hands and feet didn’t match like I wanted them to. Everything about the whole service was just bad. They gave me a discount at the end but I’ll never come back. Such a shame because I really liked coming here.

Kevin was very rude. He didn’t take my friend as an appointment and told her to go back where she came from and because of him not being the owner of the store i feel like that very poor customer service and she shouldn’t have got treated like that. She’s been coming to the store since 2008 and haven’t been there only for this one time and was told to go back to her current nail tech.

I love going here but this last time I went I was disappointed when I got home. I went at night and was one of the last few customers. The dip nail is done wonderfully, I love them but she destroyed my cuticles. There all shredded and she cut my one cuticle to the point I couldnt bend my finger for a little over a day. The skin was so tight. I’ve always had an amazing experience here and always left happy but I was really upset this time with how destroyed my cuticles got.

I go to the same two people all the time and they never disappoint. Si and Kevin. And I am picky, ticklish, and generally hard to please. These two guys are careful, skillful, and thoughtful.

I went in as a walk in & I was told there would be a wait which was fine with me. This was a spur of the moment thing for me to have some me time after a long & exhausting week. I told them I wanted the ultimate pedicure & it just seemed like my tech was just trying to rush through my time which should be a time of relaxation & enjoyment. I also wanted an ultimate manicure which I did not receive. She seemed unhappy to be there & while my nails from my manicure were drying, my tech left to go chat on her phone for 10 minutes. They also tried pushing gel on me so many times & I had to continuously tell them, polish only please. Then at the end of my session, I had to wait almost 10 minutes to cash out because the receptionist was chit chatting with someone else, saw me & continued chatting. I had cash on me luckily because they also don’t allow customers to tip from their cards which most places will do. The receptionist pretty much stated that they don’t allow it & it’s cash or nothing at all. $70 pretty much for a time I really felt rushed with & not wanted there.

On December 19th I came in with 4 other woman for mines and my sister in laws bday 4 of us got manis and pedis and my daughter got a mani. 4 days later one of my nails popped off taking a shower and lastnight making xmas cookies i notice my nails hurted fast forward to today as i was showering again 2 more nails popped off. I payed 54 dollars for my nails and they lasted 6 days. They looked amazing but obviously were not done correctly. Im so disappointed and its sad cause it was are first time there

The location is convenient more than anything. Due to subpar customer service, I have been contemplating locatIng another nail salon. I recently had a horrible experience resulting in fungus under may nail and I was very disappointed with the way they handle this situation. This experience was confirmation that I need to take my business somewhere else. They do not value their customers.

Its been six days and two nails have already broke. The nail tech seemed annoyed with the style I picked. Was sloppy.

Wow, I’ve never had more of a worse experience at a nail salon ever in my life. I’m the type of person that frequently gets my nails done and I just moved to this area over here. Two of my nails fell off after only 2 days and I spent $81 dollars there. Called back got it fixed, then a couple days later 2 more nails came off, called back again and got it fixed... Now three more nails fell off and at this point I’m just taking it all off. I’m so disappointed with everything. I can’t believe how these nails barely lasted. $45 dollars for a gel acrylic full set and this is what I get. NEVER coming back.

This is my favorite location. They have a bar so you can drink cocktails while enjoying your service. The staff is very friendly. I would recommend making an appointment or going as soon as they open. This location is always packed and the parking lot gets full quick. Highly recommended 💯

The place is clean. They use liners in their bowls and a fresh pack of tools on everyones feet. I like it. Theyll get you in and out. Only one time I went I had a super long wait. Other than that its cool!!

Every nail tech I’ve had work done with has done a great job! I can’t wait to try out the new bar! Even with a last minute call (which i hate to do to businesses) they have managed to get me an appointment same day almost every time. Prices are just right as well!

Well i got my nails done DIP last week on a Wednesday and then by friday one of them had fallen off so I went back and got it fixed and then on the following Wednesday another nail fell off so I called the salon about 5 times to see if I could come back and get it fixed and no one answered also the receptionist is rude for no reason all the time! I will not be going back to this salon also it is very expensive I paid $45 for a dip set without tip, which is literally how much I usually pay for acrylics with gel!

They did a really good job on my toes, and they have a big selection of nail polish, and the $30 pedicure was really nice it was the mid range it it was the best, the people are super nice too.

Normally, i would give this place 5 stars. but, my most recent experience has shocked me. after not being able to find two of the colors i chose, i finally found one i liked. the process went smoothly, but one day later my thumb chipped. it was gel polish! i sent them a message through their website, and they never got back to me. a week later, 5/10 of my nails are chipped and look disgusting. 20 dollars wasted.

I go to this place for my pedicures. They do a great job and they use a fresh pack tools for every customer. They also use a liner in the tub for every customer. The reason I go to this place is because of the cleanliness. I seen the post a couple before mine who just watched a pedicure. You have to experience it before making comments. They are the only place I know that uses liners and new tools for every customer. The reason you may have not seen cleaning is because with liners you dont have to.

Great place. I had a dip powder done with glitter, which came out beautifully. I’m giving them 3 stars because I was charged $15 extra dollars for them to sprinkle glitter on my nails. They considered it an ombré. I was very disappointed when I found this out. I feel they should had explained to me that there would be an extra to sprinkle glitter on my nails with a brush. Please do not get me wrong, they did a wonderful job. I could understand a $5 charge but not $15. I’m unsure if I will return.

I’ve had my nails done here twice (once by a guy, once by a girl). I only came to the shop because they had the Nexgen dip. I can confidently say these were the 1st and 2nd WORST manicures I’ve ever had. They don’t take the time to shape and file your nails after layering the dip, they just dip and go. When I showed my techs the obvious speed bumps, lumps, hills and valleys on my nails, especially from the side profile, they’d quickly file one, asked me if I like it, then move onto the next thing. Id just say yes because it was obvious they didn’t know what they were doing. I really wish I had pictures but every time after getting these done I’d immediately go to my car and start filing and shaping my nails. For a nearly $60 manicure I shouldn’t have to redo my nails. The first set started lifting after a week. And for anyone who was sold on the Nexgen nails because they are more environmentally friendly than acrylics, they will not fill your nails, they will ”refill“ your nails which involves taking off your current nails and giving you an entire new set, which is not only a rip off seeing as how I paid $10 more for a refill then I did for the original set, but completely defeats the purpose of them being environmentally friendly if you get tips because of the plastic waste. Lee did an amazing job on my pedicure but I would never get my nails done here again.

I tried the dip for the 1st time. 2 of my nails had one side thicker than the other and no one spoke to me the entire time. The receptionist with the super curly hair is the rudest person Ive ever met. She definitely should not be working there. Based on some of the other reviews it looks like this place will lose a lot of of business simply because of her. What a shame.

Everytime I come here, the receptionist is BEYOND rude. Always has an attitude, makes me not want to come back. There’s a sign posted they’re hiring for a new receptionist, so I’m hoping they let her go. She has made this business lose a lot of costumers with reading the past reviews about her. I hope they do something to fix this problem, I love the salon. But she makes my experience unenjoyable.

I went here for a fill and was not happy with it. When she was “filling” my nail she put a huge lump by my cuiticle and then used the drill machine to smooth it out instead of bringing the acrylic powder down and smoothing it out. Also I had a coffin shape and she barely filed my nails. My nails are bumpy, I felt like she was rushing and did not care how my nails turned out at all. I will not be returning.

It was ok not worth paying 41 for a full regular set. I had to kinda fix it myself afterwards. I Wouldn’t recommenced.

Terrible customer service, came in for acrylics and a pedicure . The very same day myAcrylics were pealing up and cracked away from my nail and when I called to come in to get fixed was told it would be no issue and to come on in the next day and when I did, I was told the wait would be over 45 minutes. There was no apology or attempt to fix what they had wronged. So disappointed.

Ive been going to Peter for months now and Ill never switch up on my nail tech! He does such a fantastic job laying the acrylic so I never have lifting and have never had a nail break. He is truly amazing at what he does, I would refer him to anyone and everyone !!

The receptionist is very unfriendly and clearly doesn’t like interacting with customers. I wanted to get my little sister’s nails just painted, which I said over the phone and on the paper, and she charged me for a full manicure. When I told her that’s not what I ordered, she did nothing about it. The place is nice and I do like my dip nails but not sure if I’ll be returning because of that.

I made an appointment for 12:20 and waited almost 40 minutes to be taken to a table. The gentleman (I believe the owner from other workers were talking with him) was very cold and did not speak to me. The entire time I felt as if I was an inconvenience that he had to do my nails. The finished product was less than desirable as my almond shaped nails were all different but he would not listen to me. Tip is also cash only which isnt a big deal but he was rude to me when I told him Id walk to my bank instead of using their atm.

Went in for a full set got there at around 6:15 and was seated around 6:45. Seemed like she just wanted me out she was rushing a lot. My nails ended up all different lengths the thumb is nothing like a square more of an oval. My fingers got nicked like 4 times and she just kept filing my skin i jumped back like twice because It hurt so bad and shed just grab my arm and hold It tight. Only said like 2 words to me. Will not be going back.

Did a fine job, but the receptionist with curly hair is god awful. heard her get off the phone with a customer and tell someone waiting “i don’t care about people’s life stories” also has a major attitude. probably won’t return because of her.

I went to Magic Nails for a shellac manicure. When I walked in I immediately felt welcome. The salon is very clean and modern. They have more shellac colors than imaginable. The salon has a ventilation system at the stations so you arent breathing the fumes of the acrylic and nail polish. They also guaranteed my shellac for 2 weeks, if it chipped (which mine did not by their fault but mine) i went in and they fixed it for free.Great experience and glad its so close to home!!

Pedicures suck. Really rude to my kids. Charged me like $30 something xtra I had no idea that they were going to charge for.When I asked they lady up front, she said Oh well, they were supposed to tell u, so now I get yelled at.Just wanted to get us in and out and I will never go back there again!Oh yea, she didnt put a top coat on my one foot, so one of my toes is chipped. I was there 3 days ago. That was one thing they charged xtra for too...This place sucks
