My middle school aged son loves every haircut he gets from Marcus. He takes his time and has excellent barbering skills. My son says hes friendly & really cool.

Came here to have a cut fixed from a more expensive barber shop. The stylist I got gave me the exact cut I was looking for and had me finished and out the door in 25 minutes.

COVID Responsible - Good JobWhile at Cost Cutters, sitting aside some lady came in with her kid and the Cost Cutter people measured the temperature (It was high). The personnel was very respectful after the lady said her kid was doing some strenuous exercise. The Cost Cutter employee ask them to sit outside to see if the kid would cool off. After around 10 minutes the temperature was still high and they were not allowed into the business. This was a great example of responsibility and very well handled! Good Job!

The staff has always been kind and easy to work with. Work stations are kept clean and organized which will make any new customer feel comfortable.

Terrible customer service by Lacy went by there couple days ago.This is the first time coming here to this location will not come back again. Wasted my time here.

Had root touch up & highlights by Karley. Im so pleased. She is very kind, professional & knowledgeable. Visiting family in the area & plan to return to have another appt in future.

Always a long wait. Always short handed. Depending on who you get, you could be sitting in the chair for an hour just for a cut. Could be worth it if prices hadnt gone up so much.
