I have been going to tangles for 6 year, Bev is great, my daughter and I go her to get our hair cut and colored! My husband goes to Terry and is always pleased! The salon is very nice, every one is so professional and friendly!

I have no idea why in this world I would go any where else (some times I get gift certificates for shops in denver from my kids. Nice gift but questionable stylest). I have known Bev and Terry for years. Back when Parker livable...1980s...they were the best in Parker then. Now they are the best in the whole south end of Denver. Maybe I will go so far as to say -----they are the BEST in the whole Denver area...they know hair and they listen to you!! They are reasonable on pricing and stand by their work..AMAZING...(THEY HAVE NEVER DISAPPOINTED ME).

This is probably the worst experience Ive ever had at a salon. I got an appointment with Amy and it took her 3 hours to just get the color on my hair. Said she was going to do her best. And after all that time she missed spots all over my hair. One of the missed spots was an inch long and half an inch wide. If there was a way to get a negative rating this place would get it. How in the world could a business owner allow someone so inexperienced to work there?? Take this place as a total miss.

I was visiting the neighboring Vitamin Cottage, and decided to schedule a hair appointment as part of my errands. I went into Tangles and was completely ignored. The employees chatted, they laughed, they looked at me and raised their eyebrows at each other, but none of them came over to the counter to actually TALK TO ME. I finally gave up and left, feeling like I was rejected by the people Id been planning to trust and pay. Forget that. Im never, ever going in there again.

Unlike Mean Jean from Auroa CO, who gives everyone 1 star, I find Tangles of Parker friendly, prompt, and professional. Terry, Bev, and the staff are nothing short of great!
