Great place to get help with insurance needs

Dont do business with these people. They had me waiting on the phone for a good 30mins just to revise my policy. They tell you one thing then they switch there story to a different thing. Took my money and i asked for a refund because i was getting charged extra, and they said they cant because it was out of there hands. So they basically credited me for the last months bill. After my policy is over, i will definely be going elsewhere.

Been with them for like 5 months. So far its been really good. They help me out on what i needed to be done.

Dont go to this place theyre rude, untruthful the lady name coco has a attitude problem and she likes to yell over the phone have no patience to help people or even to explain their service they will sit on paper work and not inform you of any request or changes since having a car insurance is the law places like this one take advantage of people bad customer service is a understatement please people dont go here YOU ARE NOT IN GOOD HANDS

Whenever I go I am treated excellently by the srita Coco, very well with them I have my car insurance, rent and soon from home and life. And I never expect any time they always attend me very quickly.

Bad service one comes to want to buy insurance and do not attend to one wait 30 min and they did not attend me very badly they have to change staff
