I love how she has so much patience.. No matter if you dont understand how the whole process works shell break it down for you .. I recommended this place a lot!!
Maria Galli’s Office is great! The entire staff is extremely nice and professional. My rep, Liz, was able to break down my life insurance needs and personalize my policy for me. She made it an incredibly easy process to evaluate and determine my coverage.
Its very difficult to talk to someone on the phone, it wasnt like that. I dont feel ok talking to answering machines. no bueno
Ive been a loyal customer for three years and it seems that every year my monthly payment goes up. They advice me if I add another vehicle on my policy my monthly payment will go down. So I did, ever since I added the other vehicle I have to call to make a payment with the same card I always use because they say that my card does not go through. They blame my bank for the reason is not going through, I call my bank and they say everything is normal somethings going on with their system. Now they cancel my policy because they havent received a payment knowing that I always call to update. So the reason why I give them a 1 star is because they want me to pay $800 to re-activate my policy.

This office is horrible! I ended up paying around $1,000 on top of my yearly car insurance policy because Stacys made the mistakes of mis quoting me, she also added other policies without me knowing or approving and she made many changes to my policy to try to cover up her mistakes multiple times. Maria, the owner didnt hold Stacy or herself responsible for the errors (like a manager/boss usually does). Maria then adviced me NOT to pay State Farm when speaking to her over the phone (you never tell that to a customer, specially when theyre responsible with their bills). I wasnt looking to leave State Farm, I wanted them to fix the mistakes and take off all the fees that had accumulated. At the end, I was told to not pay, when I asked Maria to send me an email with everything she was advising me to do she said she couldnt do that (because she knew that wasnt the solution nor the right thing to do) I do not and will not recommend this office to ANYONE!!! By the way, Stacy didnt even have her license to sell or service for car insurance, I did my research on her. Only her license for home insurance was active.
DO NOT RECOMEND THIS INSURANCE TO ANYONE.Was a loyal customer for almost 5years.every 6 months my insurance premium would go up. Payed every time on time, no accidents, tickets, or claims. When called for explenations they would give me the run around. The last time i called they said that my insurance had gone up because my car came up in their survay as being the car thats involved in the most accidents! Really? Their staff is nothing but B.Sers dont know what they are doing. Go else where with your money DO NOT WAISTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS JOKE OF INSURNCE COMPANY.*BY THE WAY MARIA DONT BOTHER TO REPLY. Did they also side comment how rude they were as well? Of course they did not, just like every @$$ kissing employee would. Only commenting what the other person said, they are just sweet sweet angels helping others in their insuranse needs. I kept asking them to be more specific on why im paying others errors when ive had no issues hes response was while pulling the phone away OMG SHE WONT SHUT UP Assuming she was commenting that to another one of your staff.But then again old customers are always the rude ones.Anyway. How about you actually pay attention to your customers instead of being so worried on your reviews. Sooner or later your other customers will also see how unprofessional and untrained your staff is.Have a nice life and keep enjoying your vacations.😊
