Persons who work at location are nice but agents that are assigned when you get in a accident are horrible. First time i was involved in a accident it was the other persons fault they hit my car while they where driving drunk i had a police report stating everything yet i was getting blamed for causing accident by my own insurance when they hadent even seen the police report i personally went to police station had report printed and sent it in to insurance company since they where to lazy to even try to get it on theyre own and even then they still somehow kept saying i was at fault tried to get other persons statement but person was in jail for driving drunk. Overall dealing with all this accident stuff was the worst experience ever.
