Ive been with global guard for multiple years always a great experience speaking with the agents. They make me feel comfortable and help with dropping knowledge with all the techie terms companies always use. They are always quick to pick up the phone when I call (unlike most places) and if they do miss my call better believe they do call back quick. The most recent experience with global guard (today) was with Jorge really chill fella professional, respectful, and very friendly (he laughed at my corny jokes) lol. Enrique found me an affordable rate. Enrique called me multiple calls within 48 hours for my business and down payment. But, once paid Enrique ingnored my texts and requests for changes to the account. He suddenly became to busy to take my calls. I waited 1 month after purchasing my policy to give him the benefit of the doubt. Still didnt make my requested changes. So, I will call them this week. Too bad Enrique doesnt understand the true meaning of customer service and following up with his customers requests. Im sure my closed sale helped him out somehow.

Wouldn’t even give them 1 star if it gave me the option. They gave us coverage under my husbands name because they informed me that no one would give me a cheaper rate by myself. My driving record is spotless. My husband has a not so great driving record. They wanted me to pay $300+ for a deposit which I couldn’t afford! Ramon informed me that my deposit would be $150 if they put me on liability and then called the next day to change it to full coverage but that because I paid the $150 I wouldn’t have to pay again for a down payment. Basically told me not to tell anybody! SKETCHY!!! But I needed insurance that day since I was pulling my car off the lot. Now they charged my card an additional $324 trying to tell me that was my remaining balance. That they had put me on a payment plan! I WAS NOT INFORMED OF THAT!!! I’m terminating my plan and now that I have time was able to find a company that offered me a lower monthly payment AND $0 in startup fees because of my SPOTLESS record and under MY NAME! This company is a joke!

Worst insurance company. Worst customer service. Long story short, I spoke with Albert at this location. Got insurance. Called the next day to cancel it because I got a better rate with my original insurance company. Albert gave me the run around so I spoke to his manager Jason. He also gave me the run around. I disputed it with my bank and got my money back. They disputed back and the bank took the money back. So now Im out $500 when I should have been reimbursed right away. I have called many times and Jason has yet to call back. I would like Jasons boss to please give me a call. Jason has my number. Do not go here for insurance. They dont care about there customers what so ever.-HenryJason knows who I am.
