The Tree Surgeon team is amazing. We had a few delays due to some really bad storms requiring emergency services to assist power crews and homeowners who had trees intrude into their homes, but they were highly responsive and proactive in notifying customers of these actions. When the crew came out they were all very friendly and professional. We had quite a bit done (5 trees removed, mulberry volunteers removed, stumps ground, plus a decent trim on a maple) and they were very quick. The results are fantastic and the crew cleaned up all mess made during the job. I highly recommend The Tree Surgeon and will definitely be returning as needed in the future.

Kayla, Ross and their team did an amazing job on our emergency tree that had fallen on our front deck last week. They even took some of the deck pieces off for us and put it all into a pile and swept up everything that was broken! Staring from their friendly communication, customer service, tree estimate and the whole tree cutting process, even all the way to the clean up! I came home from work and saw how clean my yard was, not a stick or leaf on the ground! I was so impressed. I would highly recommend them for any type of tree service.

We had a bit of a wait due to the July storms in the area but they were WELL worth the wait! We are extremely happy with the work we had done and the clean up was impressive! We have a couple other trees that we have now decided that we need trimmed so we will be calling for more service in the near future!

Ross and his Team were able to perform emergency tree removal of a tree that landed on our roof after the 7-10-21 storm. They performed the task with extreme precision and professionalism.

Ross and his crew just left my house and I am more than please with the job they did.First, back in mid-May I reached out to about 5 different companies asking for them to come give me an estimate. Tree Surgeon was the only one that called me back. I am glad that I got lucky with them, I had a great feeling about Ross from the beginning. They called me back the next day and scheduled an appointment for about 3 or 4 days later (a Saturday). Kayla texted me the day before and the morning of to keep me informed of the timing.Second, Like I said, I didn’t get any other estimates, but from the people that I talked to, they all thought the pricing he quote me was very reasonable and that he wasn’t overcharging in anyway. I was having him trim a tree in the front yard, remove 4 VERY over-grown hedges, remove a locust tree in the back yard, and do some major up-lifting trimming to my large maple.Third, they were about 4 weeks out on their jobs when I accepted the request and they got me in the exact week they told me. The price didn’t change at all from what he initially quoted, and he went way ABOVE and beyond what I even expected him to do. The entire crew, there was 4 total, were so nice and considerate. They got here about 10:30 am and worked until about 3. They cleaned up the entire yard, driveway and street. You wouldn’t even know that they were here.I had some areas of my yard that were very over-grown with brush, volunteer trees and other weeds. They took them out, treated them and cleared out the entire areas. This was something that we were just dreading doing in the future and he just took care of all of it.You can tell that the entire crew wants to make sure that their customers are happy and will go above and beyond to make that happen.

I hired the company to cut my dead branches that are hanging over my backyard my neighbors yard and To trim and shape the front yard the front yard they came 3 months later from when I hired them and they barely cut anything the trees that were hanging over my neighbors yards still the tree is still hanging in my yard and they Barely touched the front yard.

The difference between before and after is people feel like they are coming to a different house. the whole team worked wonderfully they got here on time. we talked. they discussed a plan. it started to sprinkle it turned into rain. the team took cover. but not for long .there wasnt any lightning so they werent going to let a little rain stop them from getting the job done. they finished. the tree surgeon new what to do in a difficult situation. it was a big change for me and my house. Ross and the team were AMAZING!!! They went above and beyond in multiple instances. I had some new grass I had planted around the tree they were cutting down and they took extra care to not tear the grass up, even going as far as taking a longer path to take the tree limbs out. Their attention to detail and carried over into the clean up as well. They didnt just clean up the mess from the tree, but they cleaned up the rest of the limbs and leaves from around the yard. We had a big wind storm move through this morning at around 9:30, and it split the tree in our front yard, landing on the car and blocking the driveway. Kayla came out by noon or so to take a look to see if we might be able to save the tree or lose it altogether. The crew showed up at around 3 THE SAME DAY and make quick (less than 20 minutes) work of removing the tree and grinding down the stump. They even used a leaf blower and a rake and cleaned up the yard! By 4 pm there was no evidence of a tree or storm at all! I highly recommend The Tree Surgeon with absolutely no hesitation. The tree surgeon is amazing, they have very professional service, they provide exceptional work, when they say they will trim a tree of any size they aren’t kidding, I had over 60 feet linden tree remove in my backyard they cut that down in record time, and trimmed a 60 foot ash tree in my front yard all in the same day, with a smile. Amazing!!!. We had strom last night, it blew over our 75 foot popular tree right onto our roof. It also took out electricity, cable, ect.After power company made the line safe at midnight. First thing this morning called the Tree Surgeon number and explained what had happened, they made room for us in their schedule. They arrived soon after and were done in less than an hour. The five man team went to work, it reminded me of a military operation. First thing their leader/owner did was conduct a saftey briefing. Professional team!. Cleaned up afterwards. They were fantastic. We had a very hard tree to cut down. The branches hung over three properties and sheds underneath them. They were able to not only get the tree down safely with no damage to anyones property. The price was more than fair for the amount of work they did.
