Dani, Justin, and Miguel are so helpful! Having issues with Verizon for 3+ months and their promise of monthly costs being 4 times the cost! $250/month to over $1000/month and traded in 3 phones for credit and never got any of it! Switched to ATT and I don’t feel like a number! They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care! Never changing back! Thanks to this amazing team and amazing customer service! They deserve more than 5 gold stars!
This experience at the AT&T store Shadow Lake was SO unbelievably pleasant and efficient. Not only were we immediately helped, but the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and my family was notified that we were overpaying for our current data plan. A full breakdown was shown and we walked out saving almost $800 on new phones and an updated plan. Would highly recommend this store for any phone related support. The difference from what this store used to be and what it currently is, from the cleanliness to staff, is 100% night and day. Special thank you to Danielle for all her help!
I drive 40 minutes out of my way to come to this location! It is the absolute best AT&T store I have been to. Ive gone to several AT&T stores in different states and a couple in Nebraska and this store blows the other ones away. They are fast to assist you and make sure you are satisfied.But this week my visit was so incredible I had to take my time and acknowledge it. I came in wanting to get a new phone and tablets for my kids. Once I walked in I was greeted by the kindest, patient and understanding person named Danielle. I told her exactly what I wanted and she asked a couple questions ans took me right over to the perfect phone for me.. there was no pressure and trying to sale the more expensive phone for commission. And it was the same exact way for my kids tablets . I felt like she actually cared about me as a person and a customer. I wasnt just a bigger commission or another sale. She helped me set up all 3 of my devices and showed me good child/parent control apps. The best part of this is shes a manager!!! I have never had a manager so hands on .I would recommend this store and honestly Danielle would make you experience even better. DANIELLE IF YOU SEE THIS YOUR AN AMAZING PERSON KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK
I went to this store looking to get a larger hotspot and was offered the solution of switching to a business account and adding an additional line at no extra cost. I asked several times if my bill would be more and they told me it would be the same because the phone lines were a discounted rate compared to the consumer account. My phone bill was over 3x as much as normal. They also entered my name wrong into my business account. Because of this I had to spend hours talking to support to get my issue resolved. At the end of it all, phone support was able to get me a larger hotspot and my billing issue resolved. Although I will never see the money I wasted activating the additional line in-store. Total waste of money and time. Worst experience with customer service or retail I have ever had.
Went in on a Friday night and switched our phone service because it was quite a bit cheaper back in September of 2020.. My husband went to work Monday and realized his day was slow and wasn’t answering my phone calls. Really it was his service was so bad that calls wouldn’t even go through. I then realized none of my calls were going through either. We switched back to Verizon within 48 hours and returned our phones within the 14 day return period given. (Turned in at 8 days).... we have debt collectors after us for $2400 and at&t won’t work with us. Been on the phone with them for four hours at a time checking in a couple times a month every month and I get absolutely no where. Extremely unhelpful, terrible service, don’t waste your time
Ill start with the associate that helped me with my problem had solved it. My concern is that while doing so, they had sounded like they were reading off a script to shove product down my throat. Keep in mind they didnt sound like they wanted to do it either. The other issue I had was that I wouldve liked to hear more about what I was doing and what some of the costs were before I had switch plans. Definitely room for improvement.
Absolutely awful service. I was in a dire bind traveling through on company business, needing a particular accessory (it was a case for a tablet). Called multiple stores, they didnt have stock but were happy to oblige in checking and offer alternative spoke. I called this particular store and they were incredibly rude, telling me they couldnt give that information over the phone. I called back, assuming I spoke to a trainee who misunderstood policy. I was then informed the person I spoke to was the MANAGER! She verbally berated me, once again doubling down on not giving that information, nor would she give her name or her direct supervisors name or contact. I sincerely hope this is not the standard for Nebraska, because it definitely isnt how we do things where Im from.

Purchased 3 phones in November and was having difficulties with billing discrepancies when attempting to resolve over the phone. Went into the store on March 13 and received the most AMAZING customer service ever. Walked me through the bill, called customer support with me, and even hooked me us with some other fun stuff. This is the absolute WORST AT&T Store I have ever dealt with. The workers are as un-educated about the process of the company as it comes and not only did they promise me a promotion that *never existed* on a phone a few years ago but now their most recent screw up is adding a whole entire phone line to my bill that I did not ask for and did not request for over $100 added to my bill. Now I am stuck trying to fix it with customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
This the best at&t store I have been to. The store manager was super respectful and nice to me and my family. I will be coming back to this store.
The salesperson acted disinterested in helping us upgrade our phone. He had our account in front of him but couldnt answer basic questions about fees for the payoff amount or how much our monthly bill would increase with a new phone. Go to a different AT&T store if you actually want to get something done.

Added a line to my plan and got two new phones today. The store barely has any demo phones right now, which makes it hard to pick a new one. Half of the employees wore their masks under their nose - if our 3 year old can wear her mask over her nose, they can too. They barely acknowledged us when we entered the store. When it was our turn, he just said hello, didnt introduce himself or ask us what we needed help with. We didnt even realize he was an employee at first. Later, he asked if my phone was in good condition, but didnt specify what good meant. We got three quarters the way through the process, I off handedly mentioned a small crack on the back of the phone, and then my $700 trade in price dropped to $350. He did not apologize for the miscommunication. He also did not seem in touch with the different versions of phones, just looked up different specs for us to read. Overall, he was not professional and lacked in customer service.I only gave the store 3 stars instead of 2 because another (very loud and questionable professional) employee was thoughtful enough to put cartoons on the TV for our daughter.

Dont come here unless you have atleast half an hour to wait. I sat around for 20 minutes without a word. I dont understand how a fortune 500 company cant afford to have more than one store associate. Just take your business to Best Buy across the street. Atleast they have more than one employee.

This store is fantastic. I arrived after a horrible day of attempting to fix my phone via different means at other stores. They were kind, efficient and incredibly effective. Jackie in particular was amazing. She accomplished in less than two minutes what numerous men had been unsuccessfully attempting all afternoon. Jackie really listened and provided truthful, reasonable and understandable advice - all while being both incredibly professional and kind. Visit this store if you need help from long term employees who really know their stuff.

Wow. Hands down the WORST experience I have ever had with a a phone company. Don’t start services with AT&T. You’re better off at Verizon, Sprint or literally any other phone company. DON’T give them your business.The manager (I think her name was Jamie) lied to us about how much our monthly phone bill would be. It’s actually $30 more per month than she told us our total monthly payment would be. I have called multiple times, gone in and been redirected to another department over and over and over again. STILL NOT FIXED.We were supposed to get a $250 credit for signing up for services that day and what do you know, 4 months later, 15 phone calls, 6 hours in their stores talking to managers and we still have yet to receive it or get connected with the person who can help us figure out how to get what we were told we would receive.They don’t care about their customers. They will say anything to get you to sign the little dotted lines on the contract.
I was told at this store that I could not have their unlimited plan due to me using my watch line to upgrade to the iPhone 12 Max Pro. This sounded ridiculous to me so I got a second opinion from AT&T chat support and SURPRISE I now have their unlimited plan. This store customer service has really went downhill!
I was extremely happy with the helpful/cordial manner in which I was treated at the Shadow Lake store in Papillion NE by Jackie. She was very patient with an 80 year old who knows little about cell phones etc. She explained everything clearly ( maybe a couple of times) for me to understand.I would return and as for her help any time!Thanks for a positive experience. I come here every year to get new and updated cell phones. For the most part I end up walking out with what I want, but often have many problems throughout the process.I received new phones a few weeks ago and told them no to the insurance, but they put it on the plan anyway. I also walked away with a phone that didn’t work when I got home because of a bad SIM card. I would think they would have checked that before leaving.One thing I can say about this store though is that they are always great to fix our issues.

I love my AT&T cellphone service, and the reps at the Shadow Lake location are always helpful. My cellphone is older and Ill need to be getting a new one in about a year. Being on a fixed income, it takes time for me to save even though the cellphones at AT&T are competitively priced and reasonable. As a retired individual, its worth it to me to be patient while I save for an upgrade because the services and help at the Shadow Lake AT&T store AND the products sold are well worth the wait.
Colton helped me get a new Galaxy Note 10 + and helped me save money on my bill every month! He was great to work with and will go the extra mile to make sure you like the deal! If you need a phone go see Colton in Shadow Lake!
If there is more than two customers in the store, be prepared to wait in line for a long long time. Typical cell phone store, they will give you reasonable service when you eventually get seen, but it will take them forever to set everything up... its amazing that it takes 45 minutes waiting and 45 minutes getting a phone set up here, when I can go to Best Buy purchase a phone, pop my sim card in and everything works in 10 minutes.

We walked in on a Thursday to get more information about upgrading our phones and met Dave Furcini. He was so helpful and worked to get us the best deal that we didnt even know was happening. He sat down with us and worked out all of the financial side of it. After doing this, we left to talk through our options. The following Saturday we went back in because we knew Dave was going to be working and we wanted to work specifically with him. After about an hour, he was able to get everything done and we were on our way. Even afterward, he opened himself up that if we had any questions to text his work phone and he would do his best to answer them. He did really well in this category as well when we DID have questions and he was able to tell us how to fix it in a very timely manner. I would recommend anyone going to this store to ask for Dave, but all of the associates seemed great.

I mean... at the end of the day they helped me get my phone order fixed and started it up but they were talking trash about ex co workers to me and complaining. Playing it off as if I was on their side to see how crazy it would go and the whole staff in the building started chatting about how horrible she was. But Andrea at the BX is amazing and talked me into AT&T she’s an amazing sales women, she’s the only reason why I joined the company. The service I was given at shadow lake was immature coming from grown men and women😕

Worst experience I have had with AT&T by Nick, THE ASSISTANT MANAGER! There was/is an ongoing issue with my Apple watch (too much time to go into details). I went to this store to get my watch exchanged; this was the only store that had the watch. We were at this store the previous night and this Nick guy seemed irritated that we were there. He left us to take a personal call because he was selling his home. I was on the phone with ATT customer service because he said he wasnt talking to them, when I asked, because he knew the situation. Then the next day I go in to exchange my watch and you could clearly see he didnt want to help us. But he ended up not having an option because other workers were busy. I told him I was there to exchange my watch, he clearly didnt want to and said thats burning through my inventory Who says that to a customer?? My fiance said we are not leaving until the watch is figured out. He said he would lock the door and call the police and I am about done with you He ended up exchanging the watch and he handed it to me and I said ok, now we can set it up here in the store He said you do what you want with it, you have another 14 days to figure it out Once again, who says that to a customer? He left and went to the back. So, I got everything out and started setting it up (in store). My other watch was registering on my phone and I didnt know what the new one was under. I had no one to ask because he left A CUSTOMER with no help. He came out and I asked him which one is my new watch (there were 2 watches showing up) He said pick one- you have a 50/50 chance of getting it right Once again, who says that! Its his job to help and he is the assistant manager!!!! I was in tears at this point because I had been dealing with the issue for 2 weeks and got treated like garbage by this guy. He left and went to the back again and never came back out. We were waiting on a different worker to help us. The young man, Joe, excused himself from his customer and said I will help you guys here shortly after this customer After his customer left, he came to us and the first thing he said was we DO NOT treat our customers like that and he apologized numerous times He stayed 30 minutes past closing time to troubleshoot with us. Joe and Brian are incredible! Brian originally helped us with getting all my new Apple stuff ordered and he was great. Joe showed compassion for his work. I called the store TWICE to talk to the manager, Jammie, and I never got a call back. What is wrong with their management? Their regular workers seem to have better customer service than the managers. Overall, I am highly disappointed with the service I received. It was the worst I have ever had from any business. I hope he isnt there if/when I have to come back. Nick made me feel like an inconvenience and that I was unwelcome in his presence. THe fact the manager didnt even call me back is even worse.
This location has lost its pazzazz with me since the bigger one up the road opened. They have less selection but are still helpful with technical issues

I dread going into this place, go into to ask a simple question about your service and they are too busy trying to update you Direct TV and home security that they dont even listen to you..The employees there all have the personality of a post and walk around with their tablets in hand while they hound over you while you are trying to browse.

Its ok, pricey, sometimes youll get service, sometimes NO ONE HELPS YOU! so its a crapshoot really. I e spent 3000$ on several phones in the past 6 years and havent gotten Any real thanks from it. So be your own judge.
This was probably the best service ive received at any cell phone store. The store was also well laid out and clean. The employees thoroughly explained everything to me before signing a contract.... and I had a ton of questions. I had my 3 year old son with me who was being somewhat impatient. The staff turned on a kid show on one of their tvs for him to watch and the manager Joe even went as far as to get my son a cup of orange juice and pieces of fruit when he started to claim that he was hungry.Some of the best customer service ive experienced in the recent past. Great work guys. (Joe and David should probably get a raise.)

I am sitting here using a display iPad to tell you all not to waste your time here. I have been sitting for two hours trying to get a phone, the staff who is helping me keeps changing, no one is able to give me a solution and to top it apparently I cannot leave. Dont waste your time here, youll be faced with people who dont care, the only one who was trying was Alexis, so dont give her a hard time if you come here.
The manager of this store, Cory, is a micro managing, condescending poor excuse for a manager. He doesnt want to help you and is on a huge power trip. I advise everyone to avoid this store and if you do end up going here...good luck.

Service is fine, if you can get it. Customers outnumbered the employees 5:1 on Sunday at 1pm. Very long wait time. You would have to really need something.
DO NOT go to this store!! 2 different phones were wiped before the data transfer was done and all we got was the not my department answer for all of our photos, and half of our contacts being gone.

My biggest issue with this store is it there were only two employees waiting on customers while there were at least four other employees just standing around and chatting, completely ignoring the fact that customers are coming in and waiting to be served. it took over an hour and a half just for me the wait for one of the two employees to handle my needs, which only took about 10 minutes.
