This was my first time here, I got a mani/pedi. The nail tech I had was extremely rushed and rough. The woman in the chair next to me was there before me and still there after me thats how rushed it was. Pedicure are suppose to be relaxing and this just felt like she was trying to get done as fast as possible. And to top it off the quality of the work was poor. I had polish on my skin and the polish on my nails was super clumpy. I feel like I did not get what I paid for at all.

I have been going to Papio Nail and Spa for months. I have NEVER had a bad experience. I always leave with what I want. Color, length, shape, design, anything and everything. They listen and they accommodate. Huge thank you to Lynn for creating these beauties today!!

Great experience at every visit--high quality work each time, regardless of technician. Had the same service done out of town recently, and its a very noticeable difference in quality that makes me appreciate Papio Nails even more. Very reasonable pricing. Book in advance for late afternoon/weekend appointments.

I have been taking my 6year old there since she was 4. they are always amazing, often understanding her on what she wants for colors and design better than I do.

Ive gone to Papio a few times and each time they have done a great job! I went to today I absolutely LOVE how they came out. Its a little pricier than some places Ive been to but they always do a great job and the acrylic lasts FOREVER

Gone twice. First time with Johnny was great. Second time with someone else, the polish was too thick and came off some of toes.

I personally love this salon and the staff. They are all very professional and are there to answer questions and help. They helped me rebuild my nails after YEARS of acrylics. Also a huge fan of their pedicures, they have a wide range of services and prices. (Pro tip: Ask about the facials with Mary, amazing. She gives a great facial and massage, you just have to ask!)

Had to change my idea 4 times to make it easier for the guy on what I want for my manicure. Im a solid color gal but today, I wanted something different. I never done anything like this. The guy said it was too many colors, so I made it easier because I get it..but it just seem like he wasnt in to it. Idk. Ended up wanting ombre (done that style a hundred times so I know how it works), he didnt like the choice of pink I wanted..SO then I changed it to just do all white. It took 2 hours to do pedicure and manicure. He definitely didnt care that I wasnt satisfied and still charged me full price.

James gave me a great Manicure and Pedicure. He is always so friendly and always tries to please. He makes me feel valued as a customer. Great service and does it with a smile. Thanks James!

I have had acrylic nails for 2 years. My usual nail tech moved to Lincoln so I thought I would try Papio. Worst decision ever. 2 days after my fill the gel polish came completly off half of my nails, 4 broke completly off and when I called about getting them fixed they sounded annoyed that I was having issues. Now I may have had an inexperienced nail tech but their demeanor towards resolving the issue was poor. I removed all of my nails and getting a fresh set somewhere else.

They truly care about your comfort and that you are happy with the service!! Would recommend to all my friends and family!! I know I will be back!

Found this place through a friend after a bad encounter at another salon in area, and I am glad to have a new go-to. They handle COVID-19 procedures better than any place I have been to in awhile. Their prices are fair and reasonable, and the work is just exceptional! Go here if youre looking for a pleasant spa day where you can feel safe and well-attended to. Great work, Papio Nails!

Wouldn’t recommend. Got a pedicure and my toe nails aren’t even painted fully. He missed painting 1/8 to a 1/4 of most of them. Got dipping powder on my finger nails by the game guy and same story; didn’t even get my entire nail. Both the cuticle area and sides of my nails are bare without dip/color. Wish I could post pictures on here.The place was however very clean and looked nice inside and the staff was friendly, so that was a plus.

Papio nails and spa is top notch. They are friendly and accommodating. Typically, an all woman environment, the staff makes me feel confortable and welcome. Their prices are competitive and they offer package deals. The nail techs are always super cool and take good care.of me.

I have been coming here for a while, and I have seen the quality slowly decrease over time. Today was the worst.Polish already looks like I have a weeks growth due to poor application, and after 30 minutes of drying, it still smudged at the slightest touch. I spent over $30 plus tip on a pedi that Im going to have to remove and redo myself.

I had an appt scheduled for 2 pm for pedicures with my mom. I we had our whole day planned out. We show up right at 2 and notified the lady at the front of our appt. She looked around at the completely full chairs and said go sign in and I’ll have you seated in a minute. Fifteen minutes went by and we watched that lady leave the building and didn’t return. So once again, I went up to another person and notified of my 2 pm appt (at this point it was 2:15). She said well we have you on a list (all of the other people waiting were walk-ins so I was very frustrated) about 5 min later they came up and sat us in spots where people had just left. We sat there for another 25 min. No one came over to us at all in that time, just to hand us the nail board to choose a color—which was right when we sat down). It was 2:45 at this point and there was no one coming our way, looking at us or anything. We waiting 45 min for our appt that was supposed to be at 2. There were people who had walked in after us that were walk-ins for pedicures and someone started on their nails within 5 min. It was incredibly unprofessional, no one apologized, no one checked in on us, and who knows how much longer we would have been waiting if we hadn’t left after 45 min past an appt time. It’s not worth even doing appts at this place, they don’t follow through with them. That was my first time there and I don’t think I will ever come back.

I took in my mom for her birthday to get a manicure, first time going in and it was more than I expected. This place is so nice as you walk in you get a good fresh smell and the service is good, very friendly. Jimmy helped mom and he was excellent ! Looking forward to go back and I definitely recommend it 10/10.

My pedi was nice. I was a little disappointed with my manicure. Didnt understand and didnt ask why she didnt do more with the polish. I didnt want a color, so she just did a light clear coat. But again I didnt dispute it.

This place is FABULOUS!! The staff & everyone working there is very professional. They do temperature checks at the door and the staff is continously sanitizing. Took my daughter here for her first mani/pedi. I paid the extra $15 for shellac nail polish and it didnt even last three days. I went on Saturday and by Tuesday she had three nails without polish and another two chipping. Not happy that the polish has already worn off and I have made sure she isnt picking her polish off.

Papio Nails and Spa is absolutely amazing. I am visiting family here in Papillion, NE and was in a desperate need of getting a pedicure. So I decided to take my small cousins and little sister along. When we first walked in, we were greeted by a young lady and a nail technician. Each of us picked a color from a large selection of nail polishes on their wall. The service was impeccable! Definitely a 10/10! They asked all four of us if we wanted anything to drink & if we needed anything else to let them know. My cousins are only 6 & 10 and were treated like little princesses in their butterfly chairs. Johnny helped me out with my pedicure & was very informational about the spa. I learned I could reserve the V.I.P room for my family members & those over 21+ could bring alcohol (like champagne!) this is something I would definitely be doing next time I come. My little cousins got beautiful pedicures with floral designs and my sister and I got simple colors of pink and purple. I did get my eyebrows done here as well & they came out beautifully! Also, I learned that they do have a 7 day guarantee policy, where if you are not satisfied you can go back for no extra charge and they will fix any nail issue! Definitely something amazing! Overall, beautiful and clean nail spa! Would recommend to anyone!

Jimmy, and Lei B are the Best Ever. Jimmy is the only one that does my dip powder. And is always awesome at my Designs. Lei B is always Amazing doing my Pedis. I never go to any other nail salons. Ive been going here for about 3 years now, and wont go anywhere else. Also all the staff is very friendly, and welcoming. Best place ever hands down. Rebecca always makes my appointments work, and gets me scheduled in with Jimmy when I need to. Great receptionist.

I took my mom here for the first time Sunday for Mother’s Day. My acrylic was thick and by Wednesday it had chipped, when I went into have it fixed, the manager said they would fix it but would have to charge me. He said they won’t warranty the nails once you leave the store.

I am so happy I came to this spot!! I most definitely will return. Libby did my pedicure and Tammy did my manicure. They’re amazing!!! The staff was friendly and the it’s a very clean spot. Highly recommend!!

Buyer Be Ware!!! Do not donate to this Trafficking Ring!! The owner will claim he’s a manager and not fix what is rightfully due to customer. Nickel and dime you and add on extra charges at end! Horrible very unpleasant experience. Went off of some of those reviews and I can now relate to the not good reviews! Very poor quality work and unprofessional as all get out. He screams in front of the whole establishment and in front of kiddos! Definitely do not go here if you’re looking for a relaxing experience. As mentioned in beginning this is also a trafficking spot!! Please let others know to be careful and don’t get duped! Hope he gets caught!

I loved it until they dipped my nails in the new powder but forgot to tell me that the powder has to be soaked off every time and redone if you want a different color. They charge to shape your nails, I did nails for 10 years and Ive never heard of being charged to shape your nails. They then wanted me to pay $60 for a full set when I came in with a full set on. They are way too expensive and not big on customer service. When I was explaining to the girl doing my nails that I was not paying for a $60 full set because mine were fine she got nervous and went and got the manager. I ended up meeting two young ladies who waited outside for me to tell me they did it to them too but they were too afraid to say anything and their mom was going to be very mad at them. They nickel and dime you and way overcharge without explaining anything. I stopped going after the third time they charged me way too much for services like shaping my nails, that is part of getting your nails done.

I’m new to the area and have been looking for a nail place for months. Danny did my pedicure. My toe nails were cut and not shaped. The pedicure was very rushed. Kim did a good job on my nails but after 20 mins of waiting for them to dry, I went to pay and my thumbs got messed up. She tells me ‘this is why I told you to get the shellac’. In all my years of acrylics I have only done regular polish and been fine. If you can’t perform a service correctly, just don’t advertise it. I’ve also never been to a salon that charges more for a coffin style; $7 to be exact. Additionally they make you pay for the files and brushes??? I fully believe that you get what you pay for and I have no issues paying more for a better service but this is astatine.

Had a very mature lady come visit me and recommend this place. Said they do a good Job. So gave information to my wife and asked her to try them out. She was treated very poorly. Not sure why but other reviews show good service. So I am dumbfounded on why she was treated so poorly. Not sure if it was age or ethiency. But waited for her and when she came to the car she was very upset. They missed business because she would have got her toes done also but when she got this she left upset. They said they would not clean or fix it

Had a horrible first time experience.My nails were half done was excited to try a new place after reading their reviews but I was disappointed there was communication barrier which isnt a big deal if whoever was doing my nail was keen to listen to what I needed asked to speak to the manager and he dismissed my complain.Anyway you can go try for yourself but as for me I will not be going back.Im going home with nails that have dip allover I have had deep done for so many times but when I asked for a cleanup I was told to wash my hands for few days and the residual all over my hands will come off.SMDH!! That never has never happened before.

My mother who is 83 years old had her first pedicure today. Her toenails were very long and her feet very sensitive. The nice nail technician took very good care of her and was very gentle. I would highly recommend this salon for anyone wanting to feel pampered.

Went here for the first time today with my mom and my aunt to get pedicures and this place was AMAZING! Our techs were so friendly and kind to us. I was asked several times if I needed anything and how everything was so far! Not to mention they did a wonderful job with our pedicures... my polish job looks amazing and my feet feel amazing!! The staff was so welcoming and they had wonderful customer service skills. Not to mention, everything is very reasonably priced! This is definitely my favorite salon by far. Every time I’ve been, they’ve done an amazing job! Today I told my nail technician I was on a budget and couldn’t spend much but she offered to do shellac for me and even pay for it her self, she was so sweet and did a great job!

The pedicure was good, but felt rushed towards the end. The nails started out ok, but as they got to the shaping and dipping there was NO attention detail. I had even showed them a picture of a simple French manicure look and it turned out as a halfway looking ombré, with the white halfway down the nail!! The shape and dip was horrible!! Looked like chiclets on my fingers and was so thick!! They started rushing through it all as the “managers” or “owners” would walk by with a clipboard and eventually tell them another person was waiting. Horrible customer attention and service! I will never go back!!!!

I went as part of a bridal party (7) WITH RESERVATIONS. We were prompt to our appointment, but our pedicure services were not started at the same time. 2 were DONE before the rest were even started soaking. The next 4 got started and I was asked what I wanted to have done. I told her and she left to get supplies but never came back!! Never started water to soak, never offered me a beverage, nothing. The rest of the crew were having topcoat put on when a guy said he was going to go ahead and start the water. I said don’t bother, everyone else is done! They didn’t even apologize, they didn’t care that they screwed up a special outing for the bridal party or that their customer service sucks.

Have had a pedicure here once before and was satisfied with it, nothing over the top but it was good. Went back for a shallac/gel manicure and will not be returning. I had David and he was done in less than 30 minutes. He said I was finished with the gel still sticky, no hand massage and color around my nails - which is surprising because the whole nail isnt even covered. When asked if I wanted a design, I said I didnt have anything in mind so he simply dismissed it...didnt offer up any suggestions. The shape of the nail is not what I asked for but I couldnt address any of these things with him because he got up and left so fast as if he had somewhere else to be. Sorry to be such a bother to him, I will not be returning. Only reason for two stars and not one, the pedicure I mentioned earlier was a good one.**Edit to Add: the gel manicure didnt even last 8 days.

Went here for the first time with my friend. We are now in love with this place. Its extremely nice looking in here, they also have the Butterfly kids chair. Friendly staff, customer service was amazing . Been to many salon in the area, by far this is the best so far here. Very happy with the service.

I scheduled ahead and made my wedding nails appointment with my bridal party and they did an amazing job. Professional, clean, and crazy fast. We were also put in the private pedicure room which they let us hook a phone up to the sound system in there and play our music.

Amazing customer service!!! Great staff and my nails always look great!!!!Im making an update to this review because Im a little upset today. This is the first time I got my nails done here and two of them broke the next day. I spent $240 there last week and went in to get the two broken nails fixed today and they said I would have to pay to get them fixed.

When I first went here, I was very satisfied. Everyone was nice and my nails looked awesome. But after that first time, I got my nails done 6-7 more times. Each time after was worse and worse. They are very inconsistent!This last time however, was the worst! The lady burned my nails and fingers with the file, there’s dents and divots in my nails, AND my nails are cut unevenly and all different lengths. I am so unhappy.Getting them removed today and will not be going back for awhile.

Went in to get a full set with Kim. After requesting almond shaped nails, she informed me that any shape besides round or square would cost me an extra $7 which is completely outrageous. I have never heard of that and I have done my nails here before. On top of that, she answered her personal phone calls and completely stopped doing my nails at least 4 times during my visit. I felt completely scammed and ignored. I have never received such poor customer service in my life not to mention she left polish and glue on my skin. Not impressed and will not be returning.

Love this place. Came for a pedicure from out of town and will make it a point to return each time I visit. I got the jasmine pedicure with paraffin wax treatment and my feet feel 20 years younger. I waited for an hour before anyone came to help me. Other people who sat down after me got help first. I was surprised at first because I come here all the time and I was disappointed that this happened. I love the services but the wait and how they skipped me was horrible.Again amazing staff and amazing services just if you want a quick in and out maybe not here.

My daughter and I walked in on a Saturday afternoon. They got us right in. They were very nice and did amazing job. My daughter go hombre nails and her tech did an excellent job. My daughter says her nails have never looked this good!
