I’ve been coming to Top Q since High School, as a teenager Top Q always “did the job” but as I grew up I found better quality nail salons. About a week ago someone told me Top Q went under new management & to give them a shot. So I went in today not expecting a lot & they literally blew my mind! I’ve never had a better experience at Top Q and I will be coming back!!

I took my mom to get mani/pedi for Mother’s Day today and had a great experience. We had fast and friendly service. Our pedicures were done with time and care and our toes look great! Then for my manicure I also got acrylic nails, gel/shellac polish in a French manicure style completed and they look AWESOME! He even did my nails free hand and took his time to make sure they were right and just how I wanted them!

Nail tech cut so deep down the side of my toe nail, and yanked a portion out - I yelped. Totally unnecessary. My nail was fine as it was. When I yelped in pain he just says “it’s fine, It’s fine!” then silent. Big toe hurt for days after. No infection but I still worry it could lead to an ingrown nail. Also, Could still see paint from my last pedi/shellac on the edge of my nails when he was done - he did not remove all the previous paint. I’ll stick to the location I usually go to from now on.

Love my nails. He did so great with the designs I asked for. Ive always went to Top Q but this was my first time working with Kevin(I believe thats his name lol) and showed him the design I liked on Instagram.Definitely recommend this nail salon to anybody.

Great service! The gentleman who did my dip powder did a great job; good quality, no cuts, and did not rush. I was impressed with how clean it was as well. All super friendly and great service at a good price, I will definitely be back!

This nail salon is recently under new management and the techs and customer service are now top notch! My shellac/gel manicures and pedicures always stay on, and are very precise and clean. They are good at helping you pick current colors and trends, and are efficient and on time. Highly recommend Quinn to do your nails. I have gone to her for several years and actually followed her to this salon!

Ricky did my pedicure and I can’t express enough how amazing it was! I had twisted my ankle a week prior and he made my feet, ankle and legs feel incredible. I’ll definitely coming to him for my pedicures from now on. Thank you Ricky!

My tech kept telling me how difficult it was to do my nails because my fingers were so crooked. He then would ask me unprofessional questions like why I bite my nails and why I had anxiety. He then asked if wearing baggy clothes is my style and then told me he only likes tight clothes. Was a very weird experience. I can laugh now, nails look awesome, and still tipped $20 because i made them stay late but I will not be going back.

Girlfriend was charged an additional $10 for a questionable service but wasnt told of an additional charge until she paid the bill.Keep the $10...in the end they lost any chance of repeat business

I would give 0 if i could. we had an appointment and still had to wait. short staffed for how many people we had made an appointment for. we made it for pedicures. i didnt get my cuticles trimmed. she never even applied a top coat so therefore my polish all came off by the end of the day. i wore flip flops all day, so i could make sure it didnt ruin. i paid 68$ for a pedicure that sucked. and i even tipped her and now im not even sure why.

I was first person there Sunday. They set me down to have a fill. Thee lady starts to take off my nails not fill like I asked. Then she gets up leaves me there for 2 hours while she does 2 pedicures. When she does come back she keeps getting up to help others. It took 3 hours and they charged me $95 .it was stressful Nd it was in considerate.

This place has really gone downhill... me and a friend went there for pedi’s yesterday and there was only 2 people working there was nobody else there and I tried making small talk they wouldn’t even say anything back the other lady doing my friends pedi kept talking on her cell phone the whole time and rushed though everything liek they had something else better to do. I definitely won’t be going back

There was no one else in the salon, and 2 hours before closing time. I specified what I wanted, color and length. The color patterns are all uneven, they look like 10 different nails. The matte coating she put on started flaking off within the first week. She didnt Clio my nails, as I had asked for them to be much shorter as well as the one nail extension I had on removed, she drilled my nails down. With a drill. Didnt use a clipper or file. I dont even want to know what my nails look like under this terrible polish. To top it off, she rushed through the entire procedure, with no reason to. I spent $50 for the worst manicure Ive ever had. I will never go back. The dip has stayed on well but I think that credits due to the manufacturer not the nail tech.

It’s crazy that I have been going to someone for so long to believe in what they were doing to my nails was the healthy way after breaking my real pinky nail and learn today that what was being done to my nails was making it worse and thinner. I went home and compared my pics before from where I use to go to the service I got today from Tom. It feels different, looks natural as they are my natural nail using the dipping powder. They are even and he made sure to clean up around the nail.

The stylist did not give me what I wanted. I asked for a short nail and they were long as can be. I didn’t get my choice to chose my own color. When we left it was $40. I’ve never paid that much for an acrylic set before. My cuticles look horrible and there is paint on my fingers. Not worth the time or money.

From out of town and went to go treat myself and gave this salon a chance. I was VERY pleased with everything, the professionalism, how friendly the technicians were, and how attentive they were to what I wanted. I have never been asked so many times if I like the length, the color, the shape all throughout my manicure. The nail technician Cherry did a beautiful job and the pedicure felt amazing.I enjoyed myself before I had to travel back home and would definitely visit them regularly if I lived in the area!

Called around to multiple salons and this salon could get me in right away. As soon as I got there everyone was very polite and the salon itself was very organized and clean. I believe the person doing my nails was named Tom or Tim, and he did an AMAZING job taking care of my weak nails by removing my acrylics and doing the dip powder to my natural nails. He was very accommodating and genuinely cared if I liked my nails/ made sure he was doing it the way I wanted them. This place is under great new management and has a great, hardworking staff. This is officially my new spot whenever I want to get my nails done!

I went here yesterday to get my nails done for my birthday. I was nervous about going here due to some of the old reviews I read but I took a chance on it. I was really happy I decided to go here. I learned they are under new management so I had an amazing experience. The staff was friendly. Tom did an amazing job on my manicure and pedicure. Felt rushed during the whole thing. Not a lot of conversation. Day 2 the polish is already coming off. Not sure if they were short staff or what. But it was basically a rush.But the kicker for me was when my cuticles bled a little it felt like she ignored them and continue to keep painting them. For me its a hygiene issue. Why continue to paint when you can see the cuticles are bleeding. And it was kind of obvious..It was definitly the quickest Ive ever had to have my nails done for sure. Ive gone here before and had better service last time. I guess it depends on who you get.

I was in there two days ago and my nails are faded and I called to see what was going on why they faded and the lady claimed that I had been touching chemicals the only thing I touched was dish soap?!? Ive had my nails done so many times before and Ive never had my nails fade on me regardless on what I touched! so shes trying to tell me that dish soap caused my nails to fade the very next day ? Not to mention she kept pulling my hands which was irritating . That is the last time I am coming to this place again!

Unprofessional can’t even remove old nail polish from toe nails my mom spent $35 for a relaxing pedicure they didn’t even bother massaging her feet. Not only that my niece got a manicure and they cut her? the lady knew and didn’t say a word? Can’t even get a sorry spent over $100 and can’t even get good service. I don’t recommend this place at all.

I just got my nails done and i wasn’t satisfied. The nail primer got on my cuticles an open cut and began to sting. I asked what would happen if it made contact with the skin and she overlooked it and told me it was fine... my hands weren’t brushed off and parts of the nail were uneven. They asked if I wanted the shiner option (lasts longer) and when I asked if it charged more they didn’t respond. As my nail tech drilled with her small barrel, she ended up cutting my finger and it began to bleed a little bit. She is a good nail tech but small mistakes like this cannot happen again. I wouldn’t want to go back toher.

Been going here for about a 2+ years they have had a few owners throughout the years, and I have seen workers come and go! but I go see Katie and she is the BEST!!! I have had a few other technicians who were really good as well and some not, just depends on who you get. Katie does a good job on my acrylics and shellac on my toes I am so picky with my nails and she was so patient with me. My nails sometimes chip due to my own mistake but I usually come in and they are more than happy to fix things free of charge! This place is SO clean, I love how classy it is, everyone always welcomes me when I walk in, and am always asked if I need something to drink.CON: it is a little more on the higher price side but not bad when your polish lasts for more then 2+weeks, I always come out happy! call ahead of time because on weekends they are busy. HIGHLY recommend Katie!

How does $27 become $40? Without tipMy nails are really uneven and have bubbles throughout the polish, I asked her too fix them and was told there isnt bubbles but since you complained.. LIKE WHAT?More detailed encounterWent here to get a full set. First off I was rushed into picking out color right away. I was handed a box full of shellac that I didnt want but basically they kept telling me that normal color they had would only last less than a week. So I trying to pick a color because there were like 100 in this box and I was hardly given any time. My nails ended up being super uneven and I said short, these things are too long for my liking. There are bubbles all through my polish and I kept telling my tech and she was like no there isnt but Ill fix it because you said. They were not fixed. These nails look good from afar but up close they are not cute. Only had them on for a day and they look like they already need to be touched up. Also I was tolled there was no price difference but the lie detector test determined this was a lie (aka my bill was way more).

Dont get a fill. Its not a real fill. They dont clean them or reseal them correctly, so you get peeling after a week. Shape between nails is not consistent. You have to be really aggressive in telling them the color/shade you want, otherwise they just tell you its cute and push for what you dont want. I was thinking after four years it would get better, but its sadly... Worse. Continuing education and practice is a thing. Dont go here. Please.

This was my first and ONLY visit! I expressed the budget & schedule I was on for a shellac service. The visit was almost 2 hours in length, and I was quoted $30. Joe, the owner took over after his daughter prepped my nails for new shellac colors. He took it upon himself to cover up the 2nd color I chose with a hologram color that chipped within an hour of leaving, and charged me an additional $5. I had to call my next appointment to tell them I would be late and now I have to travel back there to get them corrected after being charged extra when I explicitly told each of them I dont want to pay extra. In addition, both their paper towel dispensers (the restroom & nail station) had ZERO paper towels. I had to use toilet paper. Will NEVER return or refer anyone to ANY Top Q locations.

Absolutely loved this salon! Walked in and showed the tech the idea I was going for and with no rush or hesitation he did exactly what I wanted and even made them better than what I envisioned! Friendly the whole time I was there and even gave me free lotion. I will most definitely be back!

Today was my first time visiting I got a pedicure and I have always been self conscious of my feet due to having eczema and they lady who did my pedicure made my feet look brand new ❤️Most nail places i go to hesitate to do it . But she did it without hesitation and talked to me the whole time . Thank you for being very clean and boosting my self esteem ❤️

My best friend and I went last week, and she wanted acrylics and I just wanted shellac. I had grown out my nails but two were constantly chipping so i was hoping to get shellac to help grow them out. I sat down in front of an older lady first and she did not ask who I was or what i wanted she took my hand and a large nail clippers and just went to town hacking at my nails. I was too stunned the first few clippings to do anything and by then it was too late. I had even told her as she was arranging supplies I had wanted shellac. I had told her this after the first hand and she gave me a momentary oh no moment but just went of her way. She took the left overs of my nails and tried to file them straight, and left them an uneven mess. Didnt ask what shape I wanted my nails, just attempted to make them whatever she thought. Got me real good with her cuticle cutters too so she had to keep applying disinfectant to keep the rest of her stuff clean, that stung. And finally the paint job- not even, not smooth, a lumpy mess and even a few blobs not cured all the way. and finally- in the end- she charged me for the wrong service. Didnt realize till I got home. My friend got her acrylics put on by a younger gal, much nicer and well put on I will say, but the older lady colored her nails too- got the wrong polish and was a sloppy job over all even with one color. Dons waste your time here for a good mani. I will never return to this establishment again. Save your nails and dont go here.

The gentleman that did my nails was excellent. Nice, professional and kept a conversation going. However, he did not follow through with the job, he had someone else paint my nails. The lady that painted my nails was rude, unpleasant, and did s mediocre job. I was then transferred to another person for my pedicure, he again was fabulous Fun, good work, kept a conversation going etc.If I was in the area again, Id go back and request one of the two gentleman that helped me, but its also nothing I would make a 30 minute drive for.

Im not sure what has changed. Ive been going there for years and its just been going downhill. I went in for acrylics and polish. I was rushed to pick a color and she ended up putting something not even close to what I wanted. The polish is uneven and not even covering the entire nail. In addition, the nails are uneven and and all different shapes. I sat there for almost 2 hours and was so disappointed at the end. The tech was nice but the quality was all around AWFUL. I left wasting time and money and just wanting to cry. Ill never go back.

The best pedi massage chairs ever. She got through my nails quickly, but took very good care to make sure each nail was perfect. She asked me a couple times to check my nails and make sure everything was good. I have found my go to nail spot and technician Denny.

Just got a pedicure. I’ve never had a pedicure when the tech hurt me so much. Burned me with hot water, then kept holding my toes down with her long nails and that hurt like a pinch. She’d scrape any extra polish residue with her nails and that hurt as well. The final pedicure looks good, though I Won’t be going back.

Sandy did my nails yesterday afternoon and she did absolutely AMAZING. I 110% recommend coming here.. They are so friendly and welcoming!

Worst pedicure I have ever gotten. Id like to start off by saying I never write negative reviews but for Top Q Ill make an exception. I went here to get a pedicure with my boyfriend before vacation- my boyfriend had never gotten one before but I was able to sucker him into going with me as a fun date idea. I was really excited for the experience and really hoped hed actually enjoy getting massaged and relaxing. When we arrived the staff was really rude. The lady doing his pedicure was short tempered and complained the whole time to her co workers. She didnt say one word to him or me and got annoyed with him for not knowing when to take his feet in and out of the water. My pedicure didnt start until 15 or so minutes after his and Im pretty sure the stylist doing my toes had never actually given a pedicure before. They up charged our pedicures and didn’t massage our legs at all. They rushed through both of ours and the paint on my toes didn’t even cover all of my nail. I could have absolutely done a better job myself. I am very disappointed in the job they did and will never ever return. If you’re thinking about going here please don’t. Make the drive somewhere else.

TERRIBLE!!! I came to this place to get my nails done and it was awful. The lady was very nice but didn’t understand what I wanted nor when I came back in 2 minutes after taking a look at my nails cares to fix it. I was here for 4 hours trying to do simple acrylics but she didn’t file them even, messed up on the painting herself, and over all messed up my all my nails. I strongly do not recommend!!!

This place is super expensive and when they first opened they were okay but the service has really declined. I took my husband there before a big event once so his nails would look better and the lady cut him and made him bleed. Then he had a huge scab to deal with. On another occasion, when my father died my co-workers all chipped in and got me a $100 gift card. The card was somehow lost in our companies inter-office mail for 6 months. I called Top-Q nails and they said they would still honor it. When I got there less then 30 minutes later the person at the front desk refused to honor it. Went and got a co-worker who was also very rude. I have no idea who I spoke to that said they would honor it but I guess they changed their mind. So they made $100 for doing absolutely nothing and were rude on top of that. That was the last straw for me. There are other places to choose from so dont waste your time with Top Q Nails!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in to have my nails done and left with a horrible nail job. It was so bad that i had to go and have it covered up. I went in with a picture of the design and asked if the guy could do it and he said yes. It looked nothing even close to what it should have. it was like a glob of paint on my nail. the nails were uneven and tilted. He dug his nails into my cuticles several times. the overall experience was awful. will not be going back ever again.

I have been coming here for quite a few years. Since Sandy took over the service has been absolutely amazing. Although we miss Mimi! Sandy and her husband do an amazing job on acrylic nails and the staff has been improved. Pricing is fair and they treat you with respect. They have an inviting atmosphere and welcoming. I will never go anywhere else. I now drive 30 minutes to get my nails done.

I went back yesterday to get my nails done only because I had a nail certificate to go there and it was terrible. She left my cuticles cut up and I did NOT do a give me what I asked for. Be Aware.... l should have known that as soon as I walked in and there was no set prices listed for services to turn around and leave. I have never been so disgusted with a place of business as I am with this place. If you want to be ripped off and not get the service you asked for and pay three times what it should have cost then this is the place to go to. Not only did the overcharge me but tried to make me pay for someone elses nails..... Any excuse for language barrier is a laugh they certainly know how to ask for cash..... Never Ever Again...

Most painful manicure of my life! Ive went to Top Q Nails with some remnants of an old shellac manicure on my nails, thinking they would easily be able to remove like so many manicurist have easily done in the past. BIG MISTAKE! The removal was so incredibly painful I almost cried and finally just pulled my hands away so I could leave. My nails still hurt so bad, 24 hours later, that it is a little painful to even type this. The man chipped and rubbed my nails and the sensitive skin on the side so much that some parts of my nails are red and almost see through! I with I could upload a picture to show the massacre that occurred to my hands! To give you a picture, my hands are red, cuticles swollen and red, nails look brittle and some of them are still bright red and tender to touch, or touch anything. Think twice before you go here for a shellac removal! Ouch!

I went to get a full set with shellac yesterday afternoon, the older lady that was doing my nails not only made my cuticles bleed on three different fingers but also got so much nail glue on my skin to the point where it was burning me, continued to have to reapply the acrylic powder because she kept messing it up with the electric file and did a mediocre paint job. I had to pay $40 plus an extra $8 dollars for the cat eye polish that didnt even look good and not even 24 hours later three of my nails have popped off like nothing, I will be going back for a refund!

This place is really easy to locate. And also one of the best place in Nebraska. The play is well decorated and equipped with modern tools & instruments to make the best place ever. This in here I was able to fully relax and feel really happy about myself

Everyone at Top Q Nails was awesome! I took my two daughters, 3 YO and 6 YO, to get pedicures and the staff at Top Q were so wonderful with them! They even did their fingernails while they were getting their pedicures. Great pricing and service.

OMG ........ Super clean, super nice and Katie she told me that it would be best to seal my acrylics with a gel polish and they last up through 2 - 3 weeks before peeling off. Great Gel color and will returning again!

Not great. The last two times I’ve gone have been really bad. The second to last time I wanted dark purple shellac. She spent the entire time complaining about the color choice and said that it was the reason I wouldn’t get an even coat. I left with so much dried polish all over my skin and around my nail, even after I asked her to clean it off, twice.The last time I went I tried their dip powder instead.. didn’t last 3 days before the top coat was peeling off of every nail. Day 5 and the corners were breaking off on most of my nails.I won’t be returning, which is unfortunate for me, being that their location is in shadow lake and I spend a lot of time there.

I had an appointment at 7pm. Was moved chairs about 5 times. They had a lot of walk ins come through and my lady started rushing. I even asked her if they had time for me. She said they did but the service was as if they didn’t. It was a pretty sloppy job removing and putting on the dip and she didn’t match my nails so now I have different size nails on each side. I was not happy with the service at all. She kept telling me when I come back xyandz but I will not go back. I usually go to Venus but I needed a later appointment time before I leave on vacay. I’ll never make that mistake again. Waste of 50 dollars.

Came in with horrible nails, left in with pretty nails for a wedding. The service was awesome and the place is so pretty! Love it!
