THE BEST NAIL SALON! The staff are very professional, on time, so welcoming and always make sure you get exactly what you want. The salon is really clean and well maintained. Management is easy talk to and happy to help out. I usually make an appointment but even when I walked in, there wasn’t more than a few minutes wait. I am always impressed with how Absolutely Gorgeous my nails and toes look after every appointment! I love this place and I am always excited to come back!!!

Never been here before. I was lucky enough to be paired with Mandy today, she was in a great mood. It was a full blissful five minutes, she was able to spare of her time. During this wonderful interaction I got many dirty looks from Mandy, a few eye rolls, and this beautiful paint job I’ll never forget. Won’t ever come back. It was either Mandy or Emily my mom and I got our tickets mixed up, but she had long hair reddish tint.

Ive been to many nail salons around Omaha and was always unhappy with the outcome. Then my friend referred me to Midland Nails and I will never go anywhere again. Every set Ive had done is perfect! Eric and his staff are amazing! Their patience and attention to detail are exceptional. Any nail design I bring Eric, he does it the same or better! I will recommend everyone to Midland Nails!

I got a new full set there for $80 I got home and realized they looked nothing like the picture that I showed them is just horrible. The picture on the left is what I wanted and the one on the right is what I got not even close

My teen daughter and I have always enjoyed our experiences at Midlands. Today we came in and my daughter decided to get acrylics put on and brought a photo of some nail art she wanted added. I had warned her that it may not turn out exactly as she wanted. WOW was I wrong! Yen exceeded our expectations! It was nearly identical to the photo.My daughter will be asking for her everytime and already has one friend who plans to switch from another nail salon to Midlands after seeing her work. I’m traveling through the area and desperately needed a manicure! Due to the great reviews, I called for an appointment as soon as they opened and was given the chance to come right in. Eric did an amazing job taking care to do an amazing dip after I’d had a disappointing service from another state. The environment of the salon is pretty welcoming, the techs are nice as well and they’re really thorough with directions. My nail tech did an amazing job. He was gentle and was not rude when asking to trade hands . He kept telling me “its so pretty!!” 😂😂i can tell he is proud of his work. He had other nails to show that he did in the past and it was amazing!!!. He was very patient and did not rush the process either. I dont mind letting other nail techs doing my nails either. They all work together as a team and they get the job done. I will definitely come back.

First time I (a typical white dude) have gotten a manicure.Staff was professional, polite, and efficient.My nails still look great a week later, and I didnt even get the clear coat.

This has been my go to place for pedicures for a while. Today I had to update my review. I went yesterday, and was super disappointed with the service I received. I booked a pedicure for myself and two friends. When I got in the chair, I was never asked which pedicure I would like, but my friends both where. I was not talked to or looked at one time. I never got lotion, and my pedicure was done a solid 10 minutes before my friends even though we sat down at the exact same time. They were getting hot towels on and my toes were in my shoes painted, with bill in hand. It was a very frustrating experience!

Had a wonderful experience here. My tech was Eric and he was sensational. He took his time, did my design perfectly and made sure I was comfortable. Ill definitely be going here regularly

I’ve been getting my nails done for almost 2 decades now. I was referred to Midland about 6 months ago and I’ll never go anywhere else now. As a business owner myself I understand and appreciate customer service and customer experience. Midland has each and every time gone above and beyond to create my pictures that I bring in. They all do amazing work. Yes I sometime have to wait although I have an appointment time … but let’s be real … I’m not going to complain or leave a bad review for it as I’m happy they’re so busy! I was in today to have a nail repaired that I broke and they didn’t even charge me for it!! This has never happened to me anywhere else! While I was there a lady walked out in a huff over her TOE nail being a little rugged or rough … Wow lady, it’s toe nails. Patrons who find anything to complain about will never be happy, regardless. The disrespectful ones on these google reviews and in the salon really should spend some more time looking in a mirror to fix themselves before they run around trying to fix someone else’s business. Thank you Midland Nails for always taking your time with and not making me feel like you’re trying to rush as many people through there as possible!

I love Midlands but.... I had an appointment for 5pm. I wasnt seated until 5:45 pm. I had booked a pedicure and full set. 6:20 and the pedicure is done and now I am again waiting for a technician to become available to do my full set. Definitely over booked. I dont want to stop coming here but make sure your evening is clear for pushed back appointments!

I went in to have my nails fixed after getting them done at another salon in Bellevue. The nails were awful, but Eric was so friendly and really took his time making sure they looked amazing and they did! He did a fantastic job! The whole staff is so uplifting and positive when you walk in. 10/10 recommend ☺️

I was a walk-in and had no appointment and yes I had to wait but they took me still and got me done in a very timely fashion and everything was amazing! My nails are perfect the store was clean very well put together and the stuff was awesome! I absolutely loved it

I have visited more nail salons than I can count, this nail salon is far and above any place Ive ever been in my life over 20 years. My nails always look incredible with a natural curve. They are not only artists with the nail colors and designs, the way they sculpt the nail is unmatched in Omaha.

I went in for a pedicure. A Gel. I was reading and didn’t pay much of a difference until I left. One toe was at an angle and completely jagged. I went back and asked to fix this..please. They had such an attitude. Just filed it all the way down. Now I have the big toe much lower than the other. Very nice. And no fixing the polish or seal it since it was a Gel. Just told me there. You’re done and walked away. $55.00? So much for their guarantee. The receptionist is the worst. And calls everyone ‘love’. Now I’m just venting. I’ll never go back. AND. I tipped. Wow.

Harry is PHENOMENAL. He did my first acrylic set at this salon, and I came back today for my fill, requesting him. This is the first set I’ve ever had that hasn’t lifted, chipped, or broken off. He does immaculate work and even changed my polish after I didn’t like the color. He’s a quiet stylist, focused on his work instead of chatting. I very much appreciate that. I prefer watching the stylist do my nails instead of talking about the weather. Will be seeing him as long as I visit this salon! Beautiful work, friendly, and happy to make my nails look exactly how I want. Top notch work!!

I’m appalled at the customer service I received when getting my nails done here. I asked several times for the nail tech to be gentle around my nails as I have a severe nail picking disorder when getting a manicure done. I didn’t want the cuticles touched as they are badly damaged and she did so anyways. I understand that there was a language barrier so I kindly asked to speak to the manager to see if they could better communicate my specific needs. The manager was short with me and seemed annoyed at my request. Will not be returning.

I showed up with one loose acrylic nail, that I told the tech about as a heads up. I was NOT BLEEDING BEFORE SHOWING UP. And she went in with a fast dremel and ripped my nail to the point where I started bleeding. And then they kept going and just glued it down and then it ripped one more time when she was just going ham with a file. After repeatedly telling her to be softer and more careful since she already ripped my fingernail and I was already bleeding. Then with my nails still actively bleeding acrylic was put on top of my nail without even gluing it back down and was starting to be spread across my nail. Pressing it down further. Causing more significant pain. I was patient and quiet the entire time. While I was dealing with the pain from my finger and allowing them to fix their mistake. I go to the front desk and I asked if I could have a discount, not even free which it should have been for causing my finger to bleed twice. the receptionist fake walked away to ask a managercame back and told me I had to pay full price and handed me a tissue for my bleeding nail. After my finger being made to bleed and ripped TWICE by the tech before being passed on to others, I just paid and left and continued to cry in my car until I was able to come back in and then ask to actually speak to the manager. Who did not offer to cancel my payment who did not offer anything but maybe a credit, which I had to bring that up. And then as I was explaining the situation he was actively talking over me telling me he was trying to finish what he was saying so I took a step back let him finish. And only said yeah okay reaffirming responses to say that I was trying to hear him. Clearly with the response to my boyfriends review who had to deal with the aftermath of leaving the salon he did not listen to me and saying that I was bleeding before arrival which I was most definitely NOT. No gloves were used in the handling of my bleeding nail either. After my boyfriend contacted the spa, they called me twice back to back before leaving a voicemail trying to tell me that my nail was bleeding before I came in, which again IT WAS NOT BLEEDING BEFORE I CAME IN and that my boyfriends review needed to be taken down before I had gotten into trouble. I just wanted to get my nails done after a long day, now Im just left icing my finger hoping my nail doesnt get infected.

I have been coming her for years. Always had great service. Dip mani with Eric or Harry but all the techs are great. They can do incredible things with nail art. Pedi’s area wonderful relaxing experience and never been rushed.

Well, it was alright. No cleaning under or side of toes.I have very nice feet and this was my first pedicure ever. Not impressed and will stick to doing my own. Had to remove the polish, clean my nails and file them when I got home. Lazy/ shoty job.Drying table for feet didn’t work. 🤦🏽‍♀️ $45 for service. Definitely not worth it and I get it.It’s a Walmart level spa.

I got trinh.She was very nice.I let her decide what to do with my feet and was happy with the results.She also took extra time and care which I appreciated. I didnt feel rushed where I felt my friends was rushed a bit.Its pricier than other places, but they had a discount today.Overall I preferred this to my other experiences so far in Omaha. However at the other places I got them to do a nail design and I did not get one done here.

I definitely would recommend midlands nail and spa. Both times I have been they have went above and beyond. Today was an amazing experience. My daughter enjoy her mani and pedi. Speaking from my own experience, I was disappointed with my visit. The gentleman who did my mani/pedi must have been having a bad day or something cause I walked out with 2 bleeding fingers and the nail polish on my big toes smudged. This might have been because when I asked for a design, instead of hand painting them, he applied stickers. Overall, not sure if Ill visit again.

Absolutely great nail salon.

I took my two daughters to get Shellac on their finger nails. One was 8 and one was 12. They have been getting their nails done since they were very little. My 12 year old started crying in the car that they were very rough with them and were mean in her words. My 8 year old told me the same thing. My older daughters mask fell off one ear, she reached up to put it on and she messed up one nail. The nail tech grabbed her hand, sighed and rolled his eyes. I never make negative reviews, but as a parent please be aware. I was trying to watch but they were in different areas of the room. I told my girls to tell me right away if something like this happens to them and we will discuss it with management right away.

I love my nail tech. From my feet to my fingers they take their time to make sure you are getting what you want. Great people and atmosphere. I highly recommend as they do nail art as well.

I took my friend here for one of the first times and her nail technician was pretty rude you could hear her being rude even though i was on the other side. Her nails look great besides the tips werent painted to match so it just looks kinda messy. I also got the callus treatment and my feet were still extremely rough after the pedicure..

I have been coming here for 2 years, making appts and driving 30 miles for these appts. I made an appt last week with my usual nail technician but when i got there today they told me i had no appt with her even though when i made the appt i asked for her. They asked who made the appt and i told them the only response i got was “yeah she’s new” no apology! But here i could have waited 2 hours to get a new appt!Absolutely no customer service! Very rude and unprofessional especially when they were the ones making the mistake.

Every experience Ive had here has been great, until today. Ive gotten many pedicures from this place and theyve always been great for a great price. Today, a woman named Mandy did my pedicure and when she was about done she started talking on the phone and facetiming someone, I figured that was fine; it could be something important. She left and went to the back for about 15 minutes so I got up when my nails felt dry, put on my shoes, and was about to leave when Mandy walked out and started yelling at me to not wear those shoes (they were crocs and I was being careful to not mess up my nails) She told me to take off my shoes and sit back down and was complaining that I would mess up my nails, however I know I didnt mess them up because she repainted one small spot on one of my nails and there was no nail polish in my shoe. She then gave me the disposable sandals, and I was on my way. I felt very embarrassed with how she spoke to me as if I was being negligent, when she hadnt said more than a few words to me and was on the phone when she was doing my nails. She was very off-putting and rude to me. I do recommend this place, would just be weary about how Mandy may speak to others.

I got my toes and nails done. I was ok with how my toes turned out! I got my nails done with shellac gel, and they chipped within the first 5 days or having them. I went and got the chipped ones repaired and the same one chipped 2 days later. Will not be returning to this salon. The nice man that did my toes was nice, but unfortunately the man that did my nails would grab my hand to put polish on them, and yanked it closer instead of nicely asking for me to bring my hand closer to him. Very upsetting after hearing good things about this place.

I had Yen do my nails, my mom had hers done by Edward(?) at the same time. Wish I had gotten pictures, they were amazing for both of us. Yen took such care and attention to what she was doing, critiquing her own work and redoing something that she thought she did wrong (I couldnt even tell). I dont think I did the best job communicating what I wanted but she managed to give me exactly what I was trying to ask for. Beautiful, durable work that she took her time on to make it look perfect. Absolutely will go back and wouldnt want to use anyone else.

I have had a hard time finding great quality nail salons in this area and I’ve been unfortunate enough to run into very rude and disrespectful workers doing low quality work in numerous different locations. However, today was my first time at Midlands Nails and Spa and I am blown.away. by the quality of work, professionalism, kindness- and overall willingness to give me the best quality product possible!!! My daughter wanted to watch and the nail tech took the time to explain and teach the process to her! She’s only 11, but he still took the time to explain things to her. I also like very thin acrylics, which can be a time consuming and difficult process, but my nails look and feel as natural as if they were my own!! I am beyond grateful to the Midlands team for making my experience exceptional!!! Y’all are amazing!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My daughter had her nails done here with a couple of friends of hers and had a great experience so when she needed to get a fill, she wanted to go here again so I took her. I could see why she liked it so much. Everyone we had contact with was so friendly. They offed me a seat next to my daughter while she was getting her nails done and they offered both of us a beverage. The nail technician took her time with my daughters nails making sure they looked great. And when we told them we were in a bit of rush, they had two people painting her nails. We got a free bottle of lotion and I thought the price was a bit lower than at other places weve gone to. We will be back!!

I absolutely love Midlands, but getting my pedi I did get cut with a nail filing drill (a total accident) my nail tech did notice my pain due to me pulling away, and I was bleeding. But all I got was an “I’m sorry”. I definitely feel how it was treated should’ve been different. But I do continue to go to Midlands.

Wow, I am impressed with this place!! The talent and ability of the people working here is astounding to me. I couldn’t help walking around staring at the artistry performed on the clientele. I’m surprised they didn’t ask me to leave!! My daughter wanted mermaid nails for her birthday. Somehow Harry managed to do a better job than what we found on Instagram! I didn’t think that was possible. If I could give more than five stars I would. Also kudos to the friendliness factor. Free soda and water for the patrons and everyone is actually engaging and friendly. The nail technicians actually gathered around My daughter to see her nails when they were finished and wish her a happy birthday. We will be back!!!

I used to be a nail salon hopper, because I never was that impressed with a salon to go back to it twice. That all changed when I discovered Midlands. HANDS DOWN the best nail salon ever. I’ve been there on busy and on slow days and no matter what they get you in a chair ready to go within 15 minutes tops. Also, they do wonderful work ESPECIALLY with acrylics. Currently I have acrylics still fully intact and almost perfect that I had done weeks ago. Aside from the natural growth of my actual nails, the manicure still looks perfect, AKA I can still run my fingers through my hair without getting my nails caught in my hair. Oh, the little things! Overall amazing experience, customer service, and finished product. Stop your search for the perfect salon because Midlands is the place to go.

The pictures on their page show very well done intricately designed nails. Unfortunately both times Ive gone for simple nails (no designs or extras) I leave mostly disappointed. I hate having to ask for fixes but the most basic aspects just werent done very well at all. I got THE thickest acrylics and had to ask for them to be sanded down again and they still are not a normal thickness but I just didnt have the time to go over them again... I wont be returning. Maybe I have just gotten a less experienced person but I dont want to keep spend money on something that isnt making me happy.

My nail tech was overall very nice and polite. However, he filed my nails extremely hard that I now have cuts on the sides of my nail beds. He also filed my nails extremely thin that one broke off on the same day I got them done! This has never happened to me at other nail salons.

Tam is nothing short of amazing. I went in with a design that I was sure that I was going to be told that they couldnt do for one reason or another but she was able to do the design and it was absolutely gorgeous. I walked in without an appointment and was quickly greeted and seated. My stylist, Julie, was fantastic. She asked me questions throughout the session to make sure I was okay with what she was doing. She took her time and I never felt rushed. I was extremely satisfied with the shellac manicure she gave me. I got my manicure on Saturday, and I am writing this Thursday, and it hasnt chipped at all. I will definitely be returning, hopefully to Julie, in the future.

I come here frequently enough that I can say its a nice salon. They try to get you a spot, even if they are busy. I usually get shellac, and it is very sturdy. They warranty their work, which is nice too. Its super close off the highway and the staff are always friendly.

This place used to be my go-to nail salon. I was charged $45 for an acrylic fill and “fix” although all nails were on. The price change wouldn’t have been an issue if it was communicated prior to check-out. Additionally, staff are unprofessional and distract each other by talking/showing each other things on their phones during appointments. I will not be back and recommend that you choose to go somewhere else. My Facebook complaint was responded to with a laughing emoji. Class act!
