Took my car yesterday for new tires and wheels. The guy helping me choose them was so friendly and patient, he updated me every now and then on how the work was going. They finished after about an hour and let me wait beside my car as they did the final checks. I enjoyed hearing the guys sing along to Disney songs. 😂 By far, the best experience Ive ever had!

I came from out of town and had a cracked rim. Nobody had my rim in stock and I didn’t end up going to this discount tire but Miguel went the extra mile for me over the phone and recommended an auto parts warehouse called LKG Keystone Automotive and they had the rim I needed in stock. Miguel was very informative and was very kind. So even though I didn’t go there, they’re customer service was awesome and willing to help. Thank you!

Went to get tires rotated and balanced was in and out within 45min. Only one slight issue with the weights that were put on were rubbing against caliber but turned around and told them they took care of on the spot.Didnt try to push selling tires just said would definitely need before winter. Great customer service all around.

Went to have a tire stemreplaced. They tested the car and it want the tire stem it was the sensor. They fixed it in 5 min. I have bought 3 full sets of tires from discount and my daughter has done 2 sets. We love the service, knowledge and courtesy and prices of discount tire and wont even think about going anywhere else.

I ordered and pre paid online. Michael was very communicative about the shipping times of my tires. I showed up to my scheduled appointment and watched as 4 different technicians quickly did the mounting and balancing on my tires. I bought budget tires and am convinced I got the same quality of service as if I were to buy top shelf products. As an added benefit, I was not told of surcharges or fees at my appointment. What I paid online was final and no attempt was made to change that.

Wouldnt fix my tire even though the hole was in the center of the tread...... I used to service tires, I know for a fact that you can patch and plug this tire. Tried to sell me a new tire what a scam. Dont waste your time..

Terrible customer service! I delt with them for over a week for 2 tires I ordered l, they repeatedly said they would call but never called once.

I came in with a flat tire and they were super fast to get me checked in. They had a lot of work ahead of me and they made sure I knew it would be a bit before they could get to my car in case I did not have the time to wait. I chose to wait and they got my car in ahead of their time estimate. After looking at my flat they determined it could be repaired, which they did FREE OF CHARGE even though I had never been to a discount tire before and did not purchase the tire there. They even took the time to properly put away my spare tire and tools. Next time I need a set of 4 I know where Im going.

This place is a JOKE. I call to DROP OFF two tires to get balanced. See the words DROP OFF? Meaning, get my information. Let me DROP OFF the tires, and let me leave. It should have taken 5 minutes TOPS. I check in, told the guy I was DROPPING OFF two tires to get balanced. He takes my name, and tells me to park, and someone will be with me shortly. I even get a text message that says my wait is 0 minutes. Zero, Nada, Nothing. Meaning someone should see me right away. I waited 15 minutes, and NO ONE came to get my tires, or tell me where to put them. If you didnt want my business, you should have said something when I called.

Seems like a great group of guys. Im from out of state and was here because my Dad passed away. Stopped here because I must have run over something on the trip and had a bad leak; they were going to plug it for me for free! As it turns out, it couldnt safely be repaired as I suspected so I bought a whole new set of tires. They were all so great, from the kid that first aired up my tire to the guys that mounted the new ones, I decided that I didnt even want to bother shopping around. I feel like I got a good deal no matter what. Keep up the great service guys!

Ive only been to the Discount Tire location in Papillion Ne so I only speak for my experiences at that location. I really believe that if these dudes were any better, theyd be on a NASCAR pit crew. They put tires on my jeep wrangler and matched a price I found on the internet. The internet price didnt include mounting and balancing. Today I ran over something (doing the speed limit ; ) ) on the interstate in my Honda Civic. I stopped at two other tire places that were on my way and neither one had the tire I needed in stock. Discount did. The guys there know what theyre doing and will get you in and out quickly. Im sold.

Replaced all four of my tires super fast, let me drop it off after I had to get towed there. Fantastic service!

Don’t ever come here if you are having issues with your tires/ wheels only to get new ones, waited 3 hours for them to tell me “nothing was wrong”, that’s odd considering the tire is losing air almost twice a week. Took it to Jensen and they were able to find multiple things instantly that ended up being the problem. Discount tire is focused on getting you out fast not diagnostic or repair.

1st off they do FREE, (yes FREE) tire patches, as long as its not in the side wall, or a bad patch gone bad... AMAZING. Wont go anywhere else! So polite and respectful of my time. They were a little busy and said it would be over an hour. I was able to work while I waited, so I didnt mind waiting. They got me in when they said they would, and went above and beyond to help me. I wont go anywhere else for tires. I live over 20min away, and we all know how many tire shops there are. I will make the drive and spend the time to get the service I received.Any by reading the other reviews, most people have a similar experience. Keep it up guys!! You are amazing!

Another FANTASTIC visit! This place never disappoints us. Went in at 5:30pm on Friday night, not realizing they close at 6, and decided to just get a quote as to not keep them there late. Ian helped us choose the right tires for my wifes Jeep Liberty. Ian said they have them in stock now and they can install them that same night. I told him we can bring it back tomorrow as we live very close by and it was close to closing time and he said it would not be a problem. We agreed and we were in and out under an hour! We could see all of the technicians though the window and every one of them were hustling to get their jobs done! Very impressed!! This is why we have brought several cars here and recommend Discount Tires to friends and family. Oh, and the rebates and interest free options are a big bonus! This place is great. As a woman that knows zero about tires, they didnt try to force me to buy all new tires, but rather took the the time to see of they could repair anything before replacing. They also let me loan a tire until the one i needed came in. I highly highly recommend this place and will forever use the for all my tire needs.

I bought new wheels and tires here. They had to order them, came in exactly when they said they would. Made an appointment for Saturday, when I arrived they were very busy and took a little bit after my appointment time to get to my truck. Made me nervous that I was going to be stuck there for awhile. They put FOUR people to get my truck done in the time they quoted me!!! I was super impressed. They were super respectful and polite, didnt have a single issue. Fast forward to almost a month later, I hear an ad on the radio for 15% off new tires or wheels. Steve told me about their best price guarantee, I received 10% off. So I called him up, he told me to stop in and they will get it taken care of. Five minutes in the store and an extra 5% off. Ive never been somewhere that easy to deal with. Keep it up!

I ordered some tires with the goal of staying under 400 bucks. I needed a set of four and called in about some tires and was sold on some good years around 510 bucks. I was told I would receive a 100 mail in rebate. I was only given a rebate for 50 bucks for 4 tires and not 100. The whole reason I went to the better tires was because of a HUNDRED DOLLAR REBATE not fifty.

If you have the patience and understanding to work with that during the winter, then the prices simply cant be beat.The Good:-Low prices + price matching. I spent hours online, after a point out of pure obstinance, trying to find cheaper wheels. Discout tire was consistently $20+/rim cheaper-Fast, polite, and generally professional service-Management cares about your constructive feedback-High standard/quality of workThe Bad:-Their standards fall short when dealing with odd vehicles. EG my car, a 2008 VW R32, wasnt in their service catalog and they sent me out the door with underinflated tires. Why they dont verify against the door jamb... who knows?-One of the floor staff trash talked my tires I purchased outside their network.-Seasonal rush meant that on multiple occasions that I had to reach out to the store to find out if my order had been placed (rims), and if theyd arrived. Staff are just too swamped with in store customers to handle the out of store ones.I left feedback on the Discount Tire site outlining these issues and received a call from the regional manager. After years of leaving feedback on sites, Id just assumed this would disappear into the void like the rest. It was a really great conversation, and I came away feeling like they genuinely cared about improving from my experience.

Went in to get wheels for my vehicle after being told over the phone that it would take two hours, sat in the parking lot for 2-2 1/2 hours and went in just to be told that there were appointments scheduled before the walk ins. It would have been nice to know that I could of scheduled an appointment instead of wasting time sitting in a parking lot but the employee never once mentioned over the phone that there would be a wait or to schedule an appointment just said to come in and it would take 2 hours to get it done. At the end of the day dont take Steven( the employee who works there who was the one I talked to) word on anything he tried lying to my face about trying to get me to schedule an appointment when he never once said anything close to that over the phone.

Best service and price around the area. They will fix your flat at not charge or air your tires .They offer you other services if your car needs it, if not they move on and let you go about your day . Love this place .

Awesome place! Would definitely recommend. I woke up to a flat tire and called them to see if I could bring it in and they said sure. Brought them the tire, and they informed they would look it over to see what they could do. Thirty minutes later they called to let me know it was ready. Brought the vehicle to them and they took the spare off and put the tire back on. They didn’t charge anything for all of that. Definitely will go there when I need to get new tires. This review comes from someone who owns an auto repair shop. I called and ordered a set of 4 tires for my pickup 4/23 and was told the tires were in stock and set an appointment for today 4/24. My appointment was originally scheduled for 2pm. I arrived on time only to be told my tires were not there, and to come back in an hour an a half. So I go back to my shop, only to return at 3:30 to be told my tires were still not in stock. I ended up canceling my tires though discount and ordered from another company. After I had to work around my current customer load, and having to close my shop twice, they offered to save me $100 if I waited for my tires to arrive.

I am very impressed with their service. I got a flat tire one afternoon and was able to bring it in after work the same day. They patched my tire (which took less than 40 minutes), and I was on my way. And the best part? It was free! I mean, for real? Free? Nothing is free anymore, but this actually was. I had a TPMS sensor replaced under warranty by another location since I bought them a few years back from Discount Tire, but they didnt clone them to my stock sensors. Stopped by this location and worked with Ian and he ended up replacing all 4 sensors as the ones I had would not clone correctly.I highly recommend these guys as they got me in without an appointment and got all my sensors swapped out with new ones under warranty!👍

Discount tire at 22nd and Cornhusker road was awesome!! I waited about an hour for them to put snow tires on my car...their warranty is good for EVERYTHING. That has to do with the tires for the life of the tires...its an awesome place..the chairs are comfortable, they play good music, up beat, I didnt even read my book while I was there....then I paid up front and asked if they would do a good job and the young man who assisted me guaranteed me they would...so when I came outside to get the car all my tires were bagged and in the trunk...so it was easy to take them out and put them in the garage...I thought I would need help but they were pretty light so I could do it myself....if anything goes wrong with the tires I can take them to any discount tire and give them my phone number and they can look up my tires and warranty and fix my tires...so they are amazing...thank you discount tires!!

The way they are set up to keep you safe(from covid19)

Went to discount tire originally because i was having a vibration at interstate speeds to get my wheels rebalanced, got it back, still vibrated, took it back a 2nd time, still vibrated. Called and talked to the manager who i originally was dealing with and told him about the issue and told him i wanted them road force balanced which he said they can do and to bring it in a 3rd time which i did. When i got to the store he claimed they already road force balanced them which i knew was a lie because he told me to bring it in again so they could do it and i also saw that they used the same normal balancing machine that they did the 1st time and i remember him saying they did a dynamic balance the 2nd time. He told me to contact the place i got the tires and wheels from to complain to them which i wasnt going to do. Called Lyles Tires and Wheels and they squeezed me in, and found one of the wheels discount did was off by an ounce and the other front wheel was showing a 20ish pound load difference on the road force machine. They moved the tire around and rebalanced and the rest is history, car doesnt shake like it used to and rides good now. Eff discount tire.
