DONT COME HERE!!! I LEFT WITH MORE INTERIOR STAINS THAN WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN!!!Unprofessional the owner told me he wasnt going to do anything to fix it!!! Stay away from these people $200 IS NOT WORTH IT!!! THEY DIDNT EVEN VACUUM MY CAR COMPLETELY!!! Trust me youre better off doing it yourself!!!

6/14/21 just picked my Jeep after a 3rd detail over a long period of time an again they did an IMMACULATE job . A half galn of milk spilled in my passenger seat soaking. It an my carpet an they got it all out an no smell at all. YOU WONT FIND ANYONE BETTER AND THATA THE TRUTH . I can’t even say enough seriously. This company is INCREDIBLE!! I have used them more than once an have never been disappointed. They REALLY REALLY know what their doing. They did such an amazing job on my Jeep that I didn’t want to drive off in it because I didn’t want to get it dirty. It smells so wonderful inside to! Their prices are very reasonable. They are VERY VERY nice, friendly and personable. We talked about everything under the sun and it was very refreshing to have that connection as where many places the staff is there just do a job not to make the customer feel comfortable and relaxed an even feel like your friends by the time you leave . Paid $100 to have my truck detailed and im off work now having to go over what they missed.Completely missed parts on every wheel.Still dirt stains on my tires.Still build up of dirt inside my truck.I am beyond diappointed.I have pictures that proves it all as well.

Great place to get a car detailed. Took in my car that was covered in dog hair and they were able to get it completely clean and smelling super fresh. It was ready when they said it would be and the price was fair for the amount of work they did. Nice, honest people. Will go back.

I have used them in the past and they did a pretty good job so I went back several several times, but this go round Monte just doesn’t stick by his word when he says he will wash your car... Can’t get a hold of him and he won’t answer or respond back. So my business will be taken else where.

One Is the best card you telling shop in Panama City by far the guys there take Pride in cleaning your vehicles and making sure it looks the best when it leaves their. We trust your Corvette and Jaguar and Turbo Dart with them .They are the best around at reconditioning headlights mine were shot I think and the gentlemen made them look brand new.I would recommend them to everyone that asked me where is the best detail shop in town . 2 Thumbs Up

On Monday, July 13th, I had my 2018 Mazda 6 Signature detailed at this business at a cost of $175 plus a tip. Upon my arrival, I noticed immediately that my four rims where ruined. To repair all fours rims back to their original look will cost $225 plus tax per rim. The Alloy Wheel Repair company determined that the condition of the rims after the detailing was not caused by a manufacturers defect, but was a result of the chemicals used to clean the rims. With the exception of the rims, my car detailing was well done. Monty, the owner has verbally agreed to pay the cost of having my rims repaired, along with paying for a rental car that Ill need for three days. Because of my health, I can not be without a car. I, also am employed, so would need transportation. My rims are scheduled to be repaired on Monday, July 27th. Monty will schedule my rental car this Thursday, July 23rd. Monty appears to be a man of his words, so at this date, I will take him at his word. As he appears to be an upstanding person, I believe he will have no issue with signing an agreement, stating that he has agreed to incur all cost involved with repairing my rims and a rental car. When my car rims have been restored.1 Stop did not follow through with their agreement as Monty stated he would!I would NOT recommend this business!

Detailed my car and did a great job. It had not been cleaned since Hurricane Michael and it was a mess. They did an excellent job and a I will be using them again.

I’ve been looking for a good car wash ever since the storm blew most of them down, I never let anyone other than myself wash my cars but I was in a bind as I had a car meet that evening, I just bought a Very high end Stinger GT2 and wanted a good hand wax, not only did I get a great wax the guys took extra time to clean the engine compartment, they walked me through everything they did to the car and I was very impressed, I will no longer wash my car as I have found a place that treats your car as if it was there own, I own six vehicles and they will get my business on all of them thanks guys

I was shocked at how great my Jeep looked when I pulled in to pick it up. I brought them a mess and left with it looking better than the day I bought it. These guys are true professionals. And to top it off, the price was reasonable and worth every penny. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

I spent about $150 to get my work van detailed inside and out which I did not mind paying, but after I drove away and went to park my car I started noticing that there were little spots of stuff slung on the ceiling and that the windows had not even been cleaned on the inside. The next morning my van stunk worse then it would have to begin with because they had soaked the back carpet so bad that it had soured because it couldnt dry right. I hope the gentleman that did it for me enjoyed his rather large tip because next time I will be taking it somewhere else.

Cleaned my car so fast!

Brought my F-150 here for a basic interior cleaning/protectant wipe down and basic exterior wash and wax, expected to pay close to $100, ended up being $50. Obviously shampooing and more labor intensive waxing costs more(up to $150 for the ultimate package that does everything including cleaning engines and headliner) but Id say they earned every bit of $50 for the hour or so they spent on my truck. I only gave 4 stars because, while they shined up the black plastic side mirrors, they didnt seem to touch the black plastic under the wipers which remained a bit faded. But perhaps thats just not included in the detail I got so Ill addressed next time I go. And I would definitely go back again.

They did a great job on my car! I had an interior car detailing and hand wash on the exterior. However, someone uninstalled my child car seat to clean and attempted to reinstall it without telling me. The seat belt was jammed and it took me forever to get the car seat out of my car! I’m pretty sure it’s ruined. It was my fault leaving it in the car in the first place, but why did someone have to mess with it?!?

Usually I have a great experience here, but sadly the most recent was less than satisfactory. More than an hour of my time and 70 bucks later including tip, My Jeep still had dirt and the inside windows we’re streaky. Maybe just a bad day, but very disappointing.

This place did an awesome job detailing my car and they are very affordable. Staff is friendly, would definitely recommend and return for future visits.

Very bad quality, people don’t go there, i was supposed to pay 90 dollars and when I came to pick up the car they said to pay 200, what is this customer service, they should respect what their pay employees are telling people of how much they cost to clean a car, they started to scream all over the place, because they wanted me to pay 175 not the agreed one upon the phone which was 90 dollars.

The guys work hard and they did a good 😊 job detailing my Honda CR-V. I would suggest this car detail shop to anyone.

This is my new car wash go to place they were about to close but made a exception and cleaned my car for me made my day and there quick too I felt so good leaving with a nice clean car !!!!!

My husband was a regular of this place. He used to take his car there roughly every other week - I say used to because we will not be going back. This past Saturday (March 24th), my husband went in for his usual wash and vacuum. They originally quoted him 10 minutes wait time. After sitting there for roughly an hour, they still had not made it to his car. He asked for another time estimate and was again told 10 minutes. The guys cleaning cars know him as a regular and asked him to go pick them up lunch because they were busy. My husband, being a nice guy, went and picked them up lunch. Over all, he sat there for THREE HOURS before anybody went to do anything to his car. Before anything was done, they walked away leaving his car door standing open in the parking lot. He has a high end car that he takes pride in so this was somewhat bothersome. Since he was there so long and the vacuum was left next to his car, unattended, and his door was so conveniently left wide open, he vacuumed his car and just left. When he got home, he called the owner, Monty, and explained what happened. In an effort to make things right, Monty told him to bring his car up there tomorrow (Sunday, March 25th) and they would take care of everything for free. My husband took his car up there on Sunday - everything went as planned. They then offered to detail my Xterra at a discounted rate. He came home, picked up my car and took them up on the offer. He thanked them for their time planning on continuing using and recommending them. The cars looked wonderful. Unfortunately, this is not where the story ends. Fast forward a couple hours and I go out to run a quick errand. I am unable to find my $165 pair of Ray-Bans. We searched the whole car, in compartments, under seats,... We gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed it was an honest mistake. I called them the next day (Monday, March 26th). A woman answered the phone. I explained what happened and asked if they had seen them. She proceeded to yell to the guys in the garage, Who worked yesterday?... Shes callin about her d*mn sunglasses. I let this incredibly rude behavior go in the hopes that they would say they had my glasses and I could swing by and pick them up. That wasnt how any of this went. I was told they didnt see any sunglasses in my car. I know for a fact they were in my car and this was confirmed by my husband. We looked through the entire car again, hoping that we missed them the first round. Still no glasses. Tuesday (March 27th) I went up there in person to ask again if they had seen my glasses. Still no glasses. So my husband went up on Wednesday (March 28th). After actually giving him the time of day, they still claimed they didnt touch my glasses and told us to look in the seat back pockets - they often put loose items there. I checked them. No glasses. My husband then called Monty again. He was told Monty would personally look for them when he go to the store the next day (Thursday, March 29th). They are about to close today (March 29th) and we still have not heard anything. I can only assume at this point that I will not be getting my glasses back.Long story short: After wasting three hours of my husbands time, they STOLE my $165 Ray-Bans and then proceeded to treat me extremely disrespectfully. Make sure you dont leave anything of value in your car when you go here. And ladies, I recommend having a male family member do the talking if you want to get any where.

My fiance was a regular at One Stop for several months. However, on July 14th he had his car detailed and then drove it home and parked it in the garage. The following weekend when he drove it again, we stopped to get gas and he noticed scratches all over the front of the car and grill. This is a high end car - Cadillac CTS-V! He was very upset and immediately called the owner and the owner asked him to bring it down and my fiance took it right away. The owner admitted wrong doing and that a new employee washed his car. He asked my fiance to get a quote for repairs. My fiance went to the Cadillac dealership and got a quote - $1,400.00 and he took this to the owner. The owner stated to give him a couple weeks because he didnt have the money, but he would take care of it. My fiance contacted him several times after this and kept getting the run around and then the owner said he could have someone he knows fix it for cheaper. Ummm, no this is not a basic car that you would let just anyone fix! it has now been well over a month and we have not heard from the owner. Very disappointing!! If you are going to own a business, then you should have insurance for situations like this and if you dont have insurance then you should have the money to cover situations like this! Your business will not last operating in this manner and I would warn anyone with a high end car not to take it to One Stop! Thanks for ruining our car!
