I got my car detailed by a different company and they left swirl marks and scratches in my paint. I then called Bottoms Up and spoke to Dustin (the owner) and he ensured me that he could take care of it and get my vehicle better. He gave me a thorough, step-by-step of the detailing process & a reasonable quote over the phone. When they got to my house Dustin & Charliene set up all of the supplies and then introduced themselves and asked me about my pet peeves & got right to work. They went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. My car looks better than when I bought it from factory! Definitely using them again & highly recommend.

Dustin Sliva drove to our home in Lynn Haven to detail our RV. He was by himself and did one hell of a job. Wash and wax/nano seal. Took about 3 hours. The RV has a shine that it never has had before. All the black runs from the weather stripping are gone. Protection will last 12 months. Very pleased with the end product. Highly recommend his company. Cheapest rate we could find. And he comes to you!

After days of searching for a respectable car detailer i came across Justin at bottoms up. Explained to him that we needed both our Titan and Rogue detailed. That both vehicles have had bug damage and sap on the hood. I also explained that im aware that the etching in the paint wont be perfect but hoping for better. Justin didnt come prepared. Left sap all over my Titan. Back of Rogue interior not even touched. When i asked when he was going to be able to finish treating the sap he said when we make another appointment. Not cool. Dropped a nice dollar amount in his lap to take care of us and i feel like ive been hustled.wish i could be writing a good review but feel that i was not taken care of.

Justin and Charlene did a great job cleaning and detailing my 2012 Prius. It looks amazing. They were were very professional, and I would definitely recommend this Bottoms Up.

Bottoms Up Detailing is great. They come to you!! They offer packages but I told them what I wanted and he worked it in. They quoted a timeframe and met it! It was beaibeaut work! Detailed and everything was cleaned so well. It looked like a brand new car! Highly recommended!!!

At first I thought they did a good job till the next day when I was able to see it more . They charged me $225 for a small coup car . They didn’t clean my glovebox / cupholders / there were still dirt around the corners of my inside and didn’t even clean my trunk of my car . They did a half job . iv never paid this much for my car being cleaned but I only did because I thought it was a more thorough clean .They needed a water hose but took my head off & had it in the ground . I also found my makeup brushes in the dirt . I also know I had change under my sets & mates that I never saw . They were nice people but honestly I had to go over my car because there were dirt inside as well as dirt spots on the outside of my car . Then said they didn’t charge me for a pet fee but yet my dog has not been in my car since I bought it . I would not recommend them .

Dustin did a great job removing many of the scratches caused by Hurricane Michael on my F150. He was able to service my truck a couple of days after contacting him and was very courteous.

Does an amazing job. Coming from a mom with a child-trashed car...it looks brand new. Better than when I bought it.

Had an emergency and needed my car detailed ASAP. Called a few places throughout the morning, no one could get me in same day, was happy when I called Bottoms Up and they said they could offer me a same day appointment. They let me know they would arrive at 3-4 PM, later confirmed a 3:30 arrival time. 5:00 came and they still hadn’t arrived and were no longer responding to texts or calls. Never showed up or called me to tell me they weren’t coming. Wasted an entire day waiting on their service for them to no call no show, and now I have to find somewhere else to take my car tomorrow. I needed an emergency clean and they completely wasted my time when I could have found another place to take my car same day if they weren’t able to provide the service. Would not recommend this business, very unprofessional and discourteous.
