I love this insurance agency! I am now an out of state landlord with 2 rental policies through Jeni. She knows my properties inside and out and our situation after Hurricane Michael. She helped us move 2 home owner policies to rental policies after hurricane Michael. Not an easy feat as there were many moving parts with getting the houses fixed, opened claim, and rented to make sure we are in compliance with insurance. She has always been available and has answered all my questions esp when we had prospective tenants who had dogs and what impacts / risk we would have.

Could not contact after hurricane Michael, even months later. Sold wrong home owners policy. Created a lot of headaches and problems with alphabet agencies. Could go on and on.
