I have been on a search for two days looking for reasonable insurance and have been unsuccessful. I just knew I was going to have the same luck today so I was dreading it before I even started. I started googling and Acceptance Insurance was the 2nd one I came across. The reviews immediately caught my eye so I clicked on them and began reading the reviews. After about 6 or so I thought, hmmmm let me check them out, there is no way they can be that good. I started the call already expecting what everyone else had told me in my previous quotes but within the first 2 minutes Christina had me convinced she was going to help me out. She treated me like no other business has treated me in a very long time. She took her time, she took different avenues to get me the best rates, she went above and beyond to satisfy a customer. Worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. Sold my vehicle and bought a new one and they wanted to go up on my policy almost 110.00 for full coverage so I canceled it and went with Direct for 100.00 cheaper. They still took payment out of my bank account after canceling and I have yet to get the refund back as they told me.

I will never go through this insurance company again. The rates are high and also I was two days late on my first payment because I wanted to work out adding a discount to my insurance. They called the car lot where I make my payments and told them that I was uninsured, which made the car lot want to take back my car!!! Never with this company again. Very poor professionalism and procedures!

Ridiculous! Ive been a customer for over a year now, & I would NEVER refer them to ANYONE! They charge these outrageous rates & Ive repeatedly told them I dont want a paper copy of my bill (That costs a extra $16 a month) but still for some ungodly reason It doesnt matter because either way paperless or not thats a installation fee. Like really??!! Wow! What a rip off! Im a single mother & I feel like Im getting robbed in broad daylight! These people are scum, & the company itself is just unprofessional & needs to be shut down!!!!

Extremely high rates professionalism is low score that low as possible, a lady made me feel bad about leaving for for cheaper rates with the same coverage. Do yourself a favor and DONT DO IT. Friendly at first but when u try to go there not gonna be polite about it.
